I also their pikes exceptional work as they return the damaged truck to nee, and left me better than what I came in with.Additionally....they cleaned the outside and inside of my truck.....left all my perso al things in tact....and took all measures to ensure protection on onside and staying clean.These guys are very knowledgable, outgoing, and professionals of their trade in the Industry.If u are like I am...I always wonder if I will get an honest mechanical service as I do not know that much about mechanics....these guys u can trust.The one way to find out is go there...see the cars before and after....the work speaks for itself, and they come as a preferred specialist.

They took care of towing my car from Hammond, dealt with the insurance company, fixed it up as good as new, then detailed the car. And they kept me informed of progress with a few text messages. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Fortunately I have not needed their services that often, but when I do this is the best shop in town for me. Perhaps not the speediest, but the repairs are done right and they deliver on time.

Three things stood out the best. The quality of the work on my wifes 2012 Cadillac SRX was incredible. It was hit on the front drivers quarter. Keeping my wife informed of the progress by calling her with any changes. Me not having to get involved at all. I cannot tell you how much all 3 are important to me. I got in an accident on the interstate, damaging a door and quarter panel, so badly they needed replacing. I went to Pikes because of the awesome reviews I saw and I was not disappointed.They went above and beyond, everything from handling the paperwork/insurance side of things, to the actual body work, and customer service. They called me and let me know that status of my truck and finished it ahead of time.When I picked up the truck, the body work was perfect, and the paint matched perfectly, too. No rattles from the body work at all.On top of this, they washed the outside of the truck and cleaned the interior.The truck left Pikes in way better shape than when it arrived there.I hope I dont get in an accident again, but if I do, Im taking my vehicle to Pikes!!

Car accidents are always a pain to deal with, but interacting with the friendly and professional people at Pikes was a pleasant experience. They repaired the damage to the back of my car so that it looks like the damage never happened. Not only did they repair the damage from the accident, they removed the caked on goo that was left when a dealers decal came off. No extra charge. They also provided me with a jar of paint in case I get a few dings in the future. They also called a few times to let me know how the repair was progressing which was appreciated.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. Yes they work with a lot of insurance companies, but there services are horrible. Dont know how to buff things out the car, paint job has nicks all in it. Always making excuses why its not their fault. Very sad, and disappointing. The only reason I gave them a two instead of a one star is because the salt water tank was cool in their office.

Im usually one to only take time to write bad reviews when Ive had poor service but this time, its different. Getting in a wreck (whether youre at fault or not) is a huge pain in the rear end. I decided to take my car to Pikes Collision after looking at the other positive reviews on this page. I am happy to report that the reviews were spot on. The office was clean and full of nice people ready and happy to help me, the price and time quote was fair, they texted me the whole time to keep me updated on my car so I didnt have to repeatedly call, when I did call - I was never treated like I was a hassle, the work was done extremely well and (most importantly) on time. I couldnt have been happier and while I hope I dont have another wreck any time soon, its reassuring knowing that I have a quality place to go to. Couldnt recommend them more.

I brought my truck here to be repaired after an accident that was a rear end collision. I was sitting at a yield sign with my foot on the brakes and hit by a 2-ton truck. I looked at my vehicle before even driving it and saw that they had not done any work other than cosmetic. After driving it my truck was shaking still. My truck has been messed up since 2013 we are going into 2019. My lawyer Womack has not corrected this yet and this case is not settled. All in the scam together. I only gave one star because you cant leave a review without a star..
