Not very busy dropped in and were able to get me set up for cut and dye job. Hairdresser was great took her time.

I asked for long on the top and the lady there gave me a very poorly constructed buzz cut. I would highly suggest to not go here and if so do not get a hair cut from the lady with the big hair and looks like shes from the 80s.

Went to Supercuts at 3610 W Touhy on 5/4/2021. Claudia gave me a great haircut. Shes the best! I highly recommend her.

The shop is most clean and attractive. The covid precautions spot on. More importantly, that Claudia is very personable and great representative for the Supercuts brand. Ive been coming to a couple SuperCuts for now 23 years. Highly recommend.

I rate service and haircut easily 5 Stars. Claudia gave me an excellent cut. I have paid easily $45-65 for this type of cut. She is great with all hair. I am African American which can Sometimes present a challenge at certain place. But Claudia was Awesome!

Horrible place, last time I came there with my boyfriend a barber started asking us if we are brothers or what, she did horrible job and was very rough to both of us, honestly I wouldnt even pay a $1 for that.

Easily the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. Choppy and rushed, even though I was the only person there. Highly recommend spending a bit more at a nicer salon with trained beautiticians who wont mutilate your hair for $17

I made an appt through Google online close to their last cut for the day and they completely rushed my 2 kids haircuts and was cut very uneven. Crooked hairline at nape of neck and barely took any hair off the top of my other son. I paid 40 bucks for 2 kids haircuts (w/ tip). Needless to say, I had to recut their hair at home later that evening and fix the terribly crooked line. Was going to come back for my hair cut, full color with foil highlights on a different day, but after examining their 2 min cut, I realized that would be a huge mistake.

I have had good experiences at this Salon previously. This time I was served by two ladies who I did not know from previous experiences. I waited half an hour before I was told that they could not do what I wanted which was a color and cut. I have very short hair. I just wanted a reshape. It seems that color has to be done 3 hours before they close. Which is posted nowhere and I was never asked when I signed in what I wanted done. This is very poor customer service.

I like this Super Cuts. I always get right in to get my haircut. Place is always clean and hairdressers are friendly and efficient.

So, walked in at 6:20 for a bang cut and was turned away... there was one woman in the chai getting HER bangs cut and no one else there....they close at 6:30...just saying...oh well, won’t be going back there. And, this was gonna be their second chance. The last time they completely mangled my 15YO’s hair. Silly me.

In town, did not have time to get cut before leaving Fla. Went in on fathers day and got a SUPER Cut from my stylist Lang at a reasonable price.

A good haircut, for gentlemen, at a reasonable price. This location never makes me wait too long.

After waiting patiently for just over 30 min I see my sons name on top of the board. Glad that my wait is finally over, so I thought! A gentleman walks in goes up to the front desk talks to to lady and sits for a min and before you know she finishes her client and that same gentleman gets up and sits in her chair. At this point I am confused and wondering why my son is not next, so I stand up say excuse me but we are next, her reply was no this gentleman was next. I replied, no, my sons name is next on the board! Her response was that he has a number, and when I asked how do I get a number she played dumb and answered me again with he has a number! The only number I could think of was $20. I got up and grabbed my boys and proceeded to leave and she said I would be next, but it was to late for that. If you dont mind waiting a long time and getting skipped over by bribes this place will be ok. It was my first time in this particular store but it will be my last time in this franchise!

Worst haircut I have ever seen. Do not go there, they just practice your hair. I see my hair now. It looks so terrible. Unskilled people. Wasting money and time

I am writing this while in the salon and waiting .I scheduled over the phone for 7pm. Arrived on time in the salon. Was told that there are 2 guys infront of me. Waited for 40 min. One of the guys even appologized, they did not have appointments. The lady that told me to stay and wait responded that regulars are first. So because i was not regular my appointment and time worth nothing. And that infront of me, appology no....i receive this.Never again!

Its what you expect. It gets the job done, but you always kinda regret it. They cannot fade thier buzz to cut to save thier life.
