Sumera is an extraordinarily talented, experienced, yet current with trends colorist and stylist. With her husband Sam, who cuts mens hair (but will help his wife with anything,) they have earned many devoted clients, such as me. I will never go anywhere else! Finally, they are both wonderful people. Its a delight to be in their company and look great after Sumera does her thing on me as well.

The gentleman is a magician with mens hair and the coloring I got from the kind lady as well is so on point. And theyre easy to talk to.Super friendly and prices reasonable as heck.Ill be back for sure.

The reason there are open chairs is because the owners care. You cant buy a chair and do a bad job. When traveling I come here for a great cut, and better conversation.

I absolutely love Sam and Samira. I only go to them and cannot trust anybody else with my hair. They have also done my husbands hair which they always do amazing. Very down to earth and sweet.

The barbers are professional and fun. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Cuts by appointment means you are in and out quickly.

I have never gotten my haircut at Creative Cuts, however, I have brought my client with Autism here for a haircut quite a few times with Sam being his barber. And despite the symptoms that come with someone with Autism, Sam works with him very well and patiently at that.At this barbershop, Sam works alongside Samira, who are both husband and wife. One thing that I can always say about Creative Cuts during my visits is that it is always peaceful! Never crowded, nor a long line or wait in comparison to other barbershops that I have visited even my frequented barbershop in Lincolnwood - Georges Fade Salon.Even though appointments are preferred, walk ins are accepted as well which majority of the visits with my client are walk in. And if you are lucky enough, you might be able to find a parking spot outside of the shop which is shared with three other businesses: Aldines Catering, Bites of Pleasure Foods, and Skokie Florist, but if not there is parking along Keystone Ave too.Now, if you are looking for a wholehearted professional barber and a barbershop in Skokie that is never crowded, then look no further than Creative Cuts.~Blessings~Thomas G

Came in to get my hair cut. The guy was really nice. We started talking about the clippers he was using and I asked where to get them so I could keep my hair short. He ended up giving me a pair of the clippers he was using! I was shocked at this generosity. 10/10 would recommend
