Ashley Harpe All State made my move to SC very easy. They provided all the necessary guidance for my coverage on my new home.

They have always found every discount possible for me and some that I was unaware that they existed. So far they have been well under other top Insurance Companies for my 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-300. My first claim just got started so I am interested to see how they compare to my other claim experiences. None have been good. Im hoping that Ashley Harpe Allstate will change that trend and I will experience a trouble free process. The reason for the claim should be the worst experience of the entire process. However, in the past that has not been how things proceeded. Im confident thst this one will be the changer. Im as confident as I need to be.

Im very please at the service i receive from Ashley Harpe Agency!!! Every last person in that agency knows how to give great customer service. I love Jo she is my girl!!!! The services that Im getting from this agency is auto insurance, home insurance and Im looking to purchase some life insurance. I would recommend this office to any potiential insurer because they love there customers and they have patiences like no other. Keep up the Great work!!!

Horrible experience. Premiums kept increasing. They combined with another agency and service quality decreased. It took two calls to get policy actually cancelled.

They r the nicest people that work there and they care about there customers and they treat u like family.

Very friendly and diligent. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to save money on insurance. Better rates than even USAA. Only catch, it seems the online system and the actual brick and mortar location dont communicate effectively.

Do not ever go here for insurance coverage. They are very unprofessional. They say they will call you right back but never call you back. Im calling the corporate office to handle the matter if that dont do any good I will keep going up the ladder until something gets done about how they treat their customers. I would rate this place negative 5 stars. Ashley Harpe does not deserve to have his office on West Georgia Rd. He wont call you back so dont go wanting to talk to him.

This was the worst insurance buying experience of my entire life. I was told they would take care of everthing. It would be a simple easy process. It has been anything but that. I would never recommend this agency to anyone especially if it is for home owners policy.
