Ive called on countless occassions, and have even just popped by and Shannon and or his team always provided guidance and support. Even when I purchased a new car, they were there to move swiftly and ensured that insuring my new vehicle was a breeze. Theyre amazing.
I was a loyal customer for almost 3 years and was never late on payments. My premium slowly increased when I renewed the policy but the most recent renewal no one could tell me the reason why my policy jumped to over $200 a month and when I was late for the very first time my policy was cancelled. I spoke to Wendy, Jeff and Shannon and was given the run around that my policy was reinstated but then received a letter via the USPS that my policy was cancelled from the original date. I’ve never had any accidents or tickets in the last 10 years or more and I tried for months to speK with the agency directly and my issue was never resolved. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Canceled policies today after 14 years. Allstate is by far the worst insurer to pay out on damage in the country, and this agency merely sends inspectors out to write $150 checks for $3000 in damages then jacks up your rate for filing a claim. My roof leaked in 6 places during the storms and somehow there is not a single nailhead missing and the blown off ridge vents miraculously went away. The last inspector was my former agent who sold to Shannon...cant imagine that is legit. Ill never insure through them again. And I saved $800 annually by switching. Good riddance.

I ve hit my limit with this guy. I have had home, life, and auto insurance with this agency since Doug Keel owned it (about 8 years). Now that they have changed owners it has really gone down hill. The lady that answers the phone, Wanda is so rude every time I call so I know I am not just catching her on a bad day. I called five minutes ago to ask if they could start another term life policy. I was informed that I had to call Justin and she was about to give me his number. I politely asked her if HE COULD CALL ME? I mean I am the customer. What happened to customer service? I have changed my address literally 5 times and they still send stuff to my old house...and get this, they provide my home owner s insurance! Wouldn t you think that they would at least get my address correct when they are the ones insurance that particular property? I am so annoyed. Then, I removed the towing and roadside assistance because I never used in in 8 years. Then, four weeks later they called to offer me some great special on roadside and towing...shouldn t you have given me your best rate right off the bat? Usually don t write negative reviews but had to get this one out there so no one else was subjected to the aggravation.
