Where do I start... we were running out of options and disgusted with our current insurance company.. prices went up, service went down.. we reached out to Spears insurance and we’re introduced to Michelle..I’m hard to impress and please and I’m sure I tried her patience, but she stool it out and was able to save us a lot of money not only on car insurance but on our home also. I give Spears credit for hiring outstanding associates, no I give Michelle a grade A+ for being someone other than my wife who could understand me. She’s prompt, professional, and treats us like we matter!! When someone goes above and beyond to make my life easy and takes care of my wife and home they need to be recognized!! Great service as far as being there when needed . But Rates are through the roof if you stay with them over 10 yrs like I have with minimal reports or wrecks. In 10years I had 2 Deer hit me and a Winidshield replaced. Rates finally got so high Im getting quotes elsewhere a lot cheaper and better coverage

We have been policyholders with the Brian Spears Agency for 5 years. Tamara Hall immediately won me over when I called the office with some basic questions when I was shopping for insurance. One of our main goals was to get set up with a local agent where we could get personalized service, when the time comes. Up until this year we had no claims - but then we did. Although we had some serious issues with the insurance company who held our policy, Brian Spears and his team advocated for us and made sure we were taken care of. I really appreciated the extra effort that they took to make sure our house was put back together, that is was a safe environment for us to live in, and that it was covered by our insurance. Brian personally spoke with me on the phone and helped me understand what my rights were as a policyholder and got me in touch with the right people who pushed the issues we were having to the highest level and we were able to get most everything we were requesting. We highly recommend them :)
