Wow almost all the machines in this place are not working. I have been using this laundry mat for over 10 years and its sad that today will be my last. I was here before they opened and went in 5 minutes after the doors were unlocked. Someone let me use a machine that they were going to use because they had used 4 machines. Seriously there are only about 6 machines working.

This place has been remodeled. All new machines. There is even an app to pay on your phone, although I didnt use it. Very clean! Do not hesitate to come here. With the coronavirus going on, they need the customers!

Very nice laundry .. new machines and you can even use your smartphone to pay. NO need to save your quarters.. just click, scan and wash.. just click, scan and dry... so easy... you will love it.

They have 29 washer machines, all operational. They have 40 driers, 39 operational. There is 1 soda & 2 toy vending machines. 1 Pac-Man game machine. 1 restroom. The place is undergoing renovations still. The attendants are courteous. Plenty of parking space, a liquor shop next to it, a pizzeria, a Jack in the Box and a Carls Jr. etc. all in the same plaza.

This used to be the best laundromat in town, but whoever the new owners are, it seems theyve basically given up maintaining the machines, and its been going steadily downhill for the last three years. (Ive been going there about 10 years - so I know how good it used to be in 2009 compared to 2019). The attendants are friendly, but they cant do anything about fixing or replacing the equipment. Back in the Summer of 2018, they had signs up stating that about 10 non-working machines would soon be replaced. But soon the signs disappeared, and there was never any replacement. Its almost as if they want the place to go out of business now. This sad situation doesnt give one much confidence that the machines that do supposedly work are working properly. If theres already three customers doing laundry, then you might as well walk out, as there wont be any machines available to use. For the record, I hate writing this negative review. Id really love to love this place again. At this point, I go out of habit, but woudnt recommend the experience.

I came here because the laundromat a few blocks down the street with 4☆ reviews DIDNT HAVE a change machine so I couldnt do my laundry. Aside from that it was filthy and I walked into a puddle of water as I walked in the store because one of the machines was leaking.This place is one the largest laundromats Ive been to and this old man, whom Im assuming is the owner, was cleaning the entire time I was there, from the machines to the floors. I counted the # of working machines due to the bad reviews and he has at least 14 working washers which is more than what some of the other laundromats in town can fit in their store. Theres a change machine, two vending machines, HAND SANITIZER, and paper towels available for everyone to use. I was able to sanitize the basket before transferring my clothes to the dryer which I havent seen in other laundromats in town. He even has complementary candy on the counter! The price he charges for his triple load machines is what other laundromats charge for their double load machines and his double loaders are the same price as the top loaders in the other stores.Maybe if not for the overly exaggerated bad reviews, he would make enough money to fix the broken washers. This is my go to place from now on, specially since its down the street from me.

Used to be a great laundry mat! Almost all the machines are now broken. Cant figure how they are profitable unless they are laundering something else besides clothes!!

Just found this place to have my towels and sheets washed ..Service is called Fluff and Fold. fancy name LOL!! but I tell you it is a great service they even pickup from my place and deliver same day.Very professional laundry service A+++

Excellent washing. Excellent folding. Cleaned and smelled nice, not too strong. *BUYER BEWARE*: When I gave them my whites, telling I told them some were knits and to hang them up (which they didnt). Even though I pre-spotted them they came out looking dirtier! Yes, I will probably go back, but never ever for the whites. Deeply disappointed, and may be deal-breaker.

Opens too late on Saturday morning. People waiting outside. 18 broken washers and 13 broken dryers. Signs on every washing machine saying no towels in any of the white washing machines. Only three silver washing machines working, these are the ones that accept towels. The place is dirty and rundown. The attendant is nice only if she knows you.

Terrible place. They don’t maintain equipment, especially dryers so it will cost a fortune to dry anything. Your better off washing your clothes in the Simi Valley wash.

Excellent fluff and fold service, lady that works there also very nice she always helps me carry my laundry.

Not the cleanest place. Most of the machines are always out of order. They do have drop off service and an attendant.

This place has old washers & they also said no blankets or towels I didnt realized why they said that after I finished doing one of my laundry the towels were full of water also they have most of the washers out of service,the time on the dryers is way to little just for 25 cents. Not a good experience on this place!

OMG!!! So disgusting. Ton of machines down, and the ones that were open, looked like grease traps! How is this place still open?!?!

80% of the machines were broken, washer and dryer both. I ditto the comment that if the owner does not know you, youre treated poorly. Will not go back even for occasional needs.

Worst Rip-off! Ive been going here for more than a year, same washers still broke. But the more expensive washers get repaired.
