I have used the laundry since it opened. It was wonderful to have a business that was so clean, people on site, front loaders. Later on I found that they would wash and fold wish I used and found it life changing. Many of my neighbors are now using their services. Angela has been great and will only drop off when she is there. She is a great asset to the company. Thank you for making my life easier.

The only place I will do my laundry! I have a small washer/dryer at home, but whenever I have bigger loads or am doing a seasonal load (i.e. winter blankets), I come here. It’s always clean, not too crowded, and the washer/dryers are easy to use (instructions or printed on all of them). The prices are pretty comparable to other places. Every time I come in, Angela is very helpful when it comes to answering questions or helping to reload my laundry card (THAT can be a little tricky). Definitely recommend using Simi Valley Laundry Center.

First time there and I had experienced lot of help from clerks. Those two young gentlemen, help me with everything and explained all needed details. Nice and quiet. I highly recommend it!

$1 for 10 min of drying? Since when do we pay that much at laundromats, good ol days were 25 cents for 30 min of drying, I get the economy has changed but definitely not to this point to rip people off specially when some rely on laundromat due low income.

Let me start off by saying, this laundry mat was my absolute favorite and Ive been going there once a week for years. I have recommended this laundry mat to numerous people. A few days ago I was there around 3pm. I got my laundry started and then went to use the restroom. There wasnt a line to use the restroom and maybe 3-4 other people there doing their laundry. So about 30 seconds after I shut the door someone knocked on the door. I said very nicely that I was in there. Then a few seconds later another knock. I said again, even louder that the restroom was occupied. (There is a occupied/vacant sign that pops up if the door is locked/unlocked from the inside so it was obvious someone was in there) At this point it occurs to me that the person could be a child or someone would doesnt speak English so I decided to hurry up and finish. While Im washing my hands another knock at the door. I answered again. Whoever was knocking never said a single word to me. I opened the restroom door and the lady who works there was standing there glaring at me. No other customers, no people waiting in line, just her. I was surprised to see her but I attempted to apologize and she said nothing and just gave me a look like I just stole her first born child. I can only hope that she was possibly just having a bad day and Im trying not to take this personaly. The more I thought about it the more I really think that she maybe needs someone to give her some tips on proper customer service protocol. Im really upset about this and dont feel comfortable going back. I didnt take a super long time using the restroom. I mean heck theres not even a mirror in there so it wasnt like I was in there fixing my hair or makeup. Thats a great laundry mat, but she has ruined the experience for me and now Im forced to find a new place to go. Thanks for that.

Great place to do laundry, bathroom requires money to be entered and youd think it would be kept cleaner since itd being paid for.Too many people wash their dog beds and hair can he found everywhere. Avoid washing near areas with dog hair. Its the customers that make the place dirty, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Attendant is super nice and helpful however the owner needs a serious attitude adjustment. Will not return and give this guy my business. Also the internet is slow AF.

Best washing machines

I have been to this laundry for at least a year, and go about once a month, using their second from largest washer with whites and colored washed together using Persil detergent. This morning I also used their largest washer to wash a heavy sleeping bag.Every time the place is clean and the attendants superbly helpful. The clothes come out clean and bright, and the sleeping bag is now as good as new. The driers work effectively, requiring two ten-minute sessions to fully dry even the terrycloth towels. (I did not dry the sleeping bag—that will air dry.)Although doing my laundry is not my favorite task, I cannot extol the virtues of doing laundry here. If there is one criticism, it is that I had problem once with the card-reader and had to get the attendant to do it correctly—I guess I did it wrong!

Clean, safe, secure. Great staff cleaning and maintaining facilities. Three size washers, loaded laundry cards so no need for buckets of quarters.

Convenient. U can drop off your laundry and pay for someone to do it for u and then pick it up. They did an amazing job. Worth it when your busy and dont have time to wait for your laundry.

Machines wash good. Wont leave cloths sticky like if soap or fabric signer wasnt rinsed well enough. Dryers dont take long to dry. Laundry card is very convenient. Instead of putting 15 quarters each time.

This is my favorite place to do laundry. If I lived closer by I would probably do all my laundry here instead of the laundry of my apartment community. I mostly come when I have a lot of laundry to do and its always been a fast, pleasant experience. You dont use quarters here because you load up a laundry card either with cash or debit/credit card. Thats super convinient. Debit/credit has a min. of $10. I think the price per standard load is little more than other places Ive been to but its well worth it because the machines are always clean and effective. If you forget your detergent, dryer sheets, etc. they have a vending machine for that and one for snacks. Those take money. Theres also little vending/arcade games for kids. There are many places to sit that are benches with tables (if you dont see available space there are more in the back kinda hidden by a wall). Plus, they have tvs running on different channels. Never have had an issue here.

Great machines. Staff could be a bit more friendly. Machines need more attention. I found paper, sand and grit in my machines. Bathroom could use some attention also.

This place is great. I go every Sunday to wash. Great prices and you can even leave your laundry to be washed and refill water gallons.

Very clean with newer machines. Its quite big. One of the nicer ones in Simi Valley. The only drawback I found is you have to buy a card to use the machines inside. The machine doesnt display the price except for the dryers. I guess its a way to get people to put more money on the card than necessary.

The place is kept clean. The woman who worked there was more then helpful. They have some super big washers there that can accommodate my oversized bedding.

Machines have a lot of program failure they dont usually wash your clothes good, I always use to find Clorox in the compartments and nobody checks them regularly or clean them up/disinfect as they presume.!!!!

Tons of washers but most of them have clogged detergent, fabric softener, or bleach compartments. No mildew smell but they really need to clean the compartments for detergent and such.

Waited almost 10 minutes just to be told i couldnt drop off for wash and fold, same day. 7am. Apparently, 12 loads is too much for todays youth to do in one day. Went to stonegate.

One of the machines wasn’t working, the water never came out, asked this girl with red hair and glasses for help, all she said was “I can’t do anything” and told her if it was possible to give me the money back to use another machines all she was saying was “oh” “aha” “yes” very rude they charged me 7 dlls for nothing I had to used another machine (another 7 dlls) since she couldn’t help, i like this place but employees are rude specially that girl. And if the machine isn’t working just put up a sign or something. Some other couple came in and they were going to use the same machine I have to tell them since that girl didn’t.

Employee i believe by the name of sylvia is extremely rude and has no customer service skills place is always dirty at the day time what are the employees getting paid for here super unprofessional the females in the day time.Aside of that the machines work great but this place needs more friendly and professional Female employees and less rude unfriendly unpleasant ones.

I love that is super convenient.... Machines are big enought for big loads and located in a great shopping center. But the restroom are always sooooo dirty!!! I always take my son to Vallarta restrooms because its so dirty! When i let the person working know they say ok. Only once did i see someone clean it after i let them know of the condition of the restroom.
