These guys did a fantastic job. I was in a minor accident earlier this week that did some pretty severe damage to my rear bumper and trunk. While i had the car at the shop I also asked them to look into repairing a really bad dent in my door, that i had been told would require a body shop.They not only finished all of the work on my car 5 full days ahead of schedule, but the repairs are perfect. The car looks brand new. They also fixed a second, less noticeable dent in my door without charging me extra. They were courteous, polite and very helpful all the way through. they stayed in close contact giving me frequent updates. I worked with Paul directly throughout the process and he was a really stand up guy. He even stayed a few minutes after closing so I could come pick up my car.I cannot recommend this place enough. If I ever need work done on my car again this will be where I go.

Staff was great! Very professional. I took my car in, they explained the process and an estimate on how long it was going to take which it was faster than they had originally told me. They called the car rental for me which I appreciate since I’ve never had to take my car in for more than 1 day. Received updates and calls which are very much appreciated. I got my car back and noticed that they had cleaned it! I was not expecting that. So thank you! I would totally recommend this place.
I brought my truck to Service Kings Collision and Repair to have a damaged front passenger door fixed. The dent was fixed and then paint within a day. They did a great job on the repair and were extremely professional throughout the process. After completing the repair, the manager noticed there was a large amount of double sided tape stuck to the back of my tailgate where an emblem used to be. The manager didnt hesitate to have the tape removed and cleaned. I appreciate the quick and professional work displayed by this business and will be using them for future repairs.
Tom was very helpful, informative from the beginning to the end of my service. I was in an accident that caused damage to my bumper and left rear fender. Other than getting my car in and out less than a day, he went above and beyond to buffer a few scratches I had on my car door prior to the accident. Even my neighbors commented on how good my car looked after the repairs. Another neighbor thought I came home with another brand new car! This place was fantastic! My truck was done early and they cleaned it inside and out. The work was done by true professionals. Paint match is great. No body or mechanical issues after I picked up my truck. The women in the office are awesome! They keep you up to date with an app, texts and emails. They genuinely listen to you about any issues you have with repairs. Would definitely recommend.

I have had two cars fixed at Service King over the past 18 months because they are Geicos preferred repair provider in this area. Overall Service King has provided excellent service, both in terms of communication and customer service and the quality of the repairs. There is also the convenience of having an in house Enterprise car rental service, so you can pickup your rental right when you drop off your car for repair. Recommended.
Believe it or not, I had to have collision repairs 3 times on my 2 cars within a 2 month period. My Service Advisor Justin was awesome. The cars looked brand new after they repaired the damage. The price was reasonable and they finished sooner than anticipated each time.

Was offered them through insurance after an accident. Took them a week to get the job done, which I assume was because of the parts they had to order. Sams Tow company vandalized my car but Service King replaced what was stolen, which was incredible!

My girlfriends car got hit in a parking lot and insurance had her take her car here. Customer service was friendly and accommodating. They did an excellent job of matching the tungsten grey on her mustang and making it look like nothing ever happened. Also if you need a rental car, Enterprise down the street will come pick you which is pretty cool.
My 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe was taken in on a Friday afternoon & Raymond H. Assured me that he would get everything taken care of & get my car back to me as soon as possible. On Monday, he called me & explained the damages that were made and what he had to do to replace a part. I was given two options and I asked him what would he do in my situation. Raymond was totally honest with me and saved me from having to fork out any money. I was so pleased with his customer service and the work he did on my car as well. He even washed, vacuumed, & wipes down the dashboard of my car - was not expecting this at all. Thank you so much Ray for your prompt service & for making me feel like my car was in good hands while being serviced!!
Got an estimate on bumper replacement. Estimate included erroneous charges that had nothing to do with bumper replacement. I wont be returning.

Consistent incorrect timelines and lack regard for my time. USAA recommended this location. The original timeline I was given for my vehicle repair was 3 days. I dropped off my vehicle on a monday morning and only once I had turned it in did they update the timeline to a week. I was told I could expect it to be ready for pickup friday afternoon, but that I would receive a call that day with an update. I get no call and around 2pm I reach out for an update. They tell me repairs are not complete and they dont even have all the parts but they might have it done that day. I was told to call back the next day. I call back saturday and wait on hold for 30 minutes. I am then told the part has still not arrived and the new estimated date of completion is the next monday. I call corporate to complain about the missed timelines and lack of communication and I am told they will get back to me in 24-48 business hours, whatever that means. I refuse and insist on lodging a complaint with a supervisor. I am then left on hold for an additional 50 mins. Tired of waiting I hung up, called back, and was promptly hung up on. Called back a third time and spoke with Mark in Chicago. He told me he would funnel the appropriate feedback to the District Manager, and that I would receive an update monday. This company is NOT reputable, NOT reliable, and NOT professional.Update: After receiving my vehicle 3 days later than I was told I found that the front quarter panel was incorrectly fitted and rubs against the door. I now need to take my vehicle to a different shop to have them correct the terrible job this shop did. When I pointed this out to Frank the mechanic he tried to tell me that it was like that before the accident. It wasnt. Liars.

I think they forgot the Service part of Service King. I had an appointment at 0800 to go over the repairs to my VW Jetta. I arrived early at 0730 and was greeted by the receptionist and told that my claims adjuster wold be right with me. Fifteen minutes passed without any contact from the adjuster - Justin. Another gentleman arrived and announced he had an appointment at 0800. Within 30 seconds, his adjuster came out and began the process. I looked quizzically at the receptionist who stated I told Justin you were here. I left and started the process with another collision repair facility.Generally, Im pretty easy going, and I get that stuff comes up. It would have been a much different story if Justin had come out and said Ill be with you in a few minutes, I got something going on. But nothing. There are too many fish in the sea for me to waste my time on this place.Forewarned is forearmed.
Ray was awesome-great customer service. My van was beautifully repaired not only on time, but they fixed a large scratch that was on the other side and not included in the estimate. The service as fantastic and I am so happy. I would highly recommend Gamboas to everyone.

Not responsive and unreliable. Once you drop off your vehicle, you will never hear from them again. They will promise a date to have your vehicle completed and will never call to advise you if they are going to miss the due date.They will never call you back, or apologize or thank you for the business. Very expensive and marginal quality.They must believe they are too big to care or fail.

My wife had some bumper damage, so we took it to Gamboas in Roseville and had the repairs made. There were minor scratches to the back bumper. As some customers have said, they had the car longer than they said, by several days. I am ok with that if the work is good. After getting the car back, I noticed some damage to the fender just behind the back passenger side door. Someone at the shop had touched it up, but it was noticeable. I took the car back, and they reviewed the photos that they take of the entire car when it is dropped off. They could not see any damage to the fender in the photos, so the production manager came and inspected the damage. He hand one of the body guys test the touch up paint and say that we did not do this because we use a water based touch up paint, and this is not water based so someone else did this. I ask the production manager for the photos they took of the car prior to that day, and all he said was have a good weekend, and he walked away. I was not trying to scam them, and the work they performed on the back bumper was awesome, But now they will not show me the before photos of the car. And now claim that they did not chip the paint and try to cover it up with touch up paint. We bought the car new and I never had it touched up. I would not recommend them to any of my friends, solely based on the denial, and rude behavior of the production manager. he did not even give me his name. but he was working there on May 27, 2016.

I was supposed to have an appointment for today to get my car started for water damage, but I didnt hear from them. When I called the man said there wasnt one for me. I said I booked it over two weeks ago and he said it must have not gotten put in but I could come on April 25, a month from now. He didnt seem to care my appointment didt get scheduled he just wanted to know if I wanted the one for a month from now. Poor customer service.

Gave them one star because zero is not an option.This is Geico recommended place. DONOT go there. Stay away from them and the adjuster Roj. Both Roj and the Service King, no follow throughs, no one knows what they r doing, false promises, no call backs. I could write like a whole page regarding my problems with them but would wrap up with stay away and let my attorney deal with this all now.
My car looks good, took a lot longer than originally thought. Small issue that needs to be taken care of but overall pretty good place.
NEVER take your car to this place. Do not go with this Geico recommended shop. EVER. This shop will sit there and keep your car for 1 1/2 -2 months after being told 2 weeks for a rear end incident. This shop also will lie to your face. When reassembling my car apparently they had multiple issues including hearing about issues falsely blamed on from the accident. Youd think Id see a check engine light would have been on when it was taken to the shop. My date of return was prolonged severely. I was told 1 week on about 5 different occasions. When my car was finally returned... Was told that the check engine light was supposed to be off within 150-200 miles and if it wasnt bring it back. No, at this point after having my car in the hands of such an irresponsible company that tries to horribly pull one over on their customers.... Its not going back. It got taken to the dealership to find out that Service King was supposed to take it back so they can run a final diagnostic and get my check engine light off. THEY NEVER TOOK IT BACK. There is plenty of documentation to prove this was not miscommunicated. But negligence and failure to follow proper protocol. Ive only been in one other accident that wasnt my fault. The collision company went through someone elses insurance was by far better than the recommended company of my own. I dont know who gets to recommend companies. But I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. This is the lowest of the low. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. If your car is drive able but needs a few things fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend just driving it around than taking it to Service King. You are more than likely to end up with more problems with your car then there were to begin with. But, at the very least.. your exterior MIGHT look nice.
BEWARE!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! The only reason they received 1 star is because 0 stars isnt an option! I could write a book on all the problems with this place. FIRST they promise to return calls, promise to have your car by a certain day, promise, promise, promise and then fail to do anything promised. My cadillac had minor to slightly moderate front end damage - basically, bumber, grille, minor hood and minor rt fender damage. Had my car 2 months, returned 3 times because all front end pieces were misaligned, hood was wayyyy off, headlights in crooked, cracks and bolts missing etc etc etc...Upon returning the 3rd time they try to turn things around and tell me its my fault everything is misaligned and that I hit something to cause all the misalignment. My car actually looked better wrecked than it does now. AND they charged almost $9000 for their crappy repair job! STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY FROM SERVICE KING ROSEVILLE! They are a serious joke! Gamboas they are NOT!

Jeep had some moderate front end damage which required whole new bumper assembly, headlight and minor metal straightening of bumper support. Ray provided estimate and accepted as insurance was covering. Work took at least an extra week but was not updated by Ray and only found out of delay because i called them the day prior to make plans for pickup. They did nice job on paint but fit & finish has suffered. Two days later i smell burning and its because wheel well plastic cover was hanging rubbing on tire because wasnt reattached correctly. Called Ray had to bring in to show. Took another 8+ days to get parts and schedule me. Had to use motorcycle hangers to reattach until could be fixed..no sincere apology for inconvenience. Like i snnoyed him by bringing it back. Finally fixed now top bumper is unattached from lower because its flexed out? OEM parts not sure how that happened. 3 weeks later until could schedule me to fix now Service King? and cant find my records/paperwork and Ray says hang on ill get them-all he does is get a invoice from front desk and puts blue tape on paper for notes and expects this to be adequate documentation? Even as my service order? True joke. I said no thanks ill pass and will use J&J body shop to fix this shody repair work. Stay away thats crappy business practices.
