First time customer. I had the older Vietnamese gentlemen. He was rude. Didn’t cut my cuticles or anything. Got mad at me when my nails wrinkled underneath the heating machine. He said the machine is tricky so I said “then get better machines.” Then responded that it’s not his responsibility since he’s not the owner. Never had this problem with wrinkled nails. So he tried to fix it as quickly as possible. You can see both thumbs are not well covered and the coating sucks. Ive seen children paint nails better than this. This place sucks. Avoid at all cost.

Love this place! Ive been going here on and off for at least 5 years. They did my nails for my wedding, went to a different place about a month ago for the same design and they totally botched it. This place, is kind to their customers and really care about the work that they do. I have never left here disappointed! I recommend going during the week, not as busy and your able to have genuine conversations with them. I went by myself and felt right at home. Thank you VIP nails!

I got my manicure done yesterday and I love this salon. I was here once before and now Im going to be a dedicated customer. John is the one that does my nails.

Sunday I went to go get my Manicure (acrylic) and pedicure (Gel) with a “deluxe” massage. Not even 12 hours past and my nail chipped, my nail polish looked like it was melting on both hands & toes(gel). Went in to get my nail (index finger on left hand) re done it is already starting to peal off. Also, my finger hurts and my nails look like I need a 2-week fill-in on day two of getting them done. The side remarks was: “what happened?” Or “What you do to your nails?” For something so simple for what I got, the prices should not be this high. I’ve had way better with designs. I’ll will get them removed and not return. Would not recommend.

Ive have had my nails done there for several years. The nail tech I really like does great work however I have to say there is a male tech who is not very respectful of the patrons. Once I was the only patron in the salon. He chose to talk to my tech distracting her and her work. He talked with her most of the time she was working on my nails. I did not want to just drop their conversation but found it very unprofessional. I still had to pay full price and settle for a mediocre job.I’ve called to get an appointment and he is in charge of the phone and will not set up an appointment for me.

I went to VIP nails for the first time and it was nice! I got a fill in, eyebrow waxing and a pedicure! Lam did an excellent job relieving the pain in my feet! Her fill in was also done with precision and patience! The customer service was excellent! I will definitely be returnimg and telling a friend!

I have been coming to VIP nails for about 4 years now. I normally come to them for when I need acrylic nails for special events which has been about 6-7 times in 4 yrs. and every time they exceed my expectations. Always friendly and nice. The salon is always extraordinarily clean. I have recently decided on getting pedicures regularly and am excited to keep coming back. They have done an amazing job keeping the salon up to code with covid. Sanitizer, social distancing. And plexi glass between everyone. I feel safe going there.

My mom and I are satisfied, the one gentleman even got her ingrown out! The girl that did my mani and pedi was very nice and talkative! 🙂 Our new go to place!

My wife always comes here for her pedicure. They always do a good job, because she keeps coming back. Eventhough there were 8 customers here getting work done, they were able to get my wife in within 5 minutes. I like it that someone always greets customers as they walk in or call on the phone, making this business welcoming. Keep it up.

Im new to the area but have been frequenting this nail salon. The workers are always friendly. This time my gel manicure was a little lumpy and some nails were more opaque than others but they usually do a good job.

Everyone there is nice and wonderful they do amazing jobs on my nails every time!!! :)

Was not happy. Just because I wanted my nails a little shorter the second time, the man I worked with told me to make up my mind. Kind of rude if you ask me. Will never go back again.

Literally the best pedicure Ive ever had.I got to the back and the massage chairs were comfy and spacious, the water wasnt too hot or too cold, and Danny (my nail tech) was very sweet. He didnt say much, but it was very clear that was just due to the language barrier between us. However, he was SO thorough. His massages lasted so long and he did it evenly among both legs/feet.His coworker, Ja, who was a bit more fluent in English, was so sweet as well. (I cant comment, I know absolutely no Vietnamese, so theyre doing much better than me!) Their music selection overhead is really eclectic so theres something for everyone.Rarely do I get my nails done, but when I do, its a complete spa day and I splurge. Will make this my new home for all things nail-related.

My daughter and I had pedicures at VIP nails a month ago and had excellent service. I went on 1O/1 and was very disappointed. I called 2 days before to schedule an appointment. When I arrived there were only 3 people working and a group of 4 waiting for service, and a woman getting a manicure . My pedicure service was much shorter than usual, employee seemed rushed to get to the next customer. She didnt clip my nails- guess I should have asked- but that should be included in even basic pedicures. My polish chipped after a day. If they had so many people scheduled they should have given me another time.

Was walking by after getting a blowout and wanted to get a pedicure....GREAT DECISION!One of the best pedicures Ive had in years. This place is wonderful!! Ladies were so nice, quick service, comfy chairs, relaxing music and even a bottle of water! So happy I stopped in here, I live a few blocks over and will absolutely be back!

Love my nails!!!! This was my first time here I decided to choose this place based on their reviews. Overall, I had a great experience. I had the pleasure in getting my nails done by Lily. She was wonderful, she took her time and really made sure my nails were done to her standards. You can really tell she takes pride in what she does. I will definitely go back to get it done but as for now I am satisfied with what I got done.

Ive been looking for a nail salon around Sheboygan for a while now and I think its safe to say Ive finally found one. I was able to walk right in and sit down with Danny. He was super friendly and easy to carry on small talk with. Not to mention he did a wonderful job on my nails which I am very picky about. He was was thorough and paid close attention to detail making sure they were just what I wanted. The rest of the staff seemed friendly as well and the salon is very clean and nicely decorated. Ive already made my appointment for the next visit.

This is my first time here. Based on reviews on here, I made an appointment. I have to admit that I was a bit nervous to go to some place new. Im very particular how my feet is handled because Im a diabetic. Danny was wonderful! He made me feel comfortable and confident that he knew how to handle my feet and toes. He gave me a great leg and foot massage paired off with the massage chair, it was a very relaxing end of the work day and end of the work week treat. I got to meet the owner as well. She was very polite and very caring especially with the special note that I am a diabetic. Thank you for making my first experience a pleasant one. I will definitely be back again.

I made a last minute appointment - with 45 mins notice. The salon is more than accommodating.The exterior of the salon is not fancy. But do not let that deter you. The service here is fantastic. And I feel thoroughly pampered. The gentlemen who did my nails, I did not catch his name unfortunately, did not rush through the service. He took his time working every step.The price is very seasonable. I would definitely come back. Hopefully next time I will have more time, I would like to try the manicure as well.

Just moved to the Sheboygan area, and Danny did my nails! He did an amazing job! The atmosphere was comfortable and they offered me wine or water as I waited. Definitely will be back and I may have found my new nail home!

An amazing experience and quality work and very reasonable prices, I got French tip acrylic fullset, eye brow and lip wax, I will definitely be going back. :) as soon as I walked through the door I was happily greeted by Danny, who ended up being the one to do my nails. It seems his coworkers were on break at the moment and Danny ended up doing my nailsand another ladys nails at the same time. I thought he would rush the job, but I was happily mistaken. He talked with me the whole time and made sure my nails were perfect, just the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing. They definitely gained a new regular customer. :)

I recently went back to get my acrylics removed, and I was a walk-in again. I originally wanted gel because an upcoming internship opportunity did not allow long nails. However, the nail tech (I forget her name, but we had a nice conversation) introduced me to powder dipping - in between a gel mani and an acrylic set. She shaped my nails perfectly into almond/round, and powder dipping is now my go-to method to also keep my nails healthy - as opposed to always getting full sets. Thank you for the recommendation!

My sister and I got our first pedicures done just yesterday. We were both super nervous and these ladies made us comfortable. They were patient with us and did amazing work. We will definitely be going back!

Manicurist was under the influence. She spent an hour clipping my cuticles, nails were unevenly cut, and she had to have a friend finish the job for her in the end. Service really depends on who you get, the owners are generally great though.

I have been wanting coffin shaped nails for some time now. Danny was able to do this beautifully for me. I came from another salon that just couldnt seem to get it right. Im so relieved and excited to have found a well trained nail tech! Im looking forward to my next visit.

Each time they were very friendly and polite. The first time i went, the manicure I got was bad.. The Polish yellowed badly and cracked the next day and my nails werent shaped well.So I looked at who people recommended and made an appointment with Danny a few days later. I had to wait for a little bit, but it was worth it! He did really well and I am very happy with how perfect my nails look and feel!It just goes to show that its best to look into individual peoples expertise and not lump every employee at a buisiness together. Not everyone has the same kinds of talent or amount of skill. Id recommend making an appointment with Danny.

First time customer here and fell in love with the service and staff. Danny did my nails (just the basic mani pedi french tip) while snow was doing my pedicure. It was so relaxing and the place is really neat and clean. Im a happy customer and will be coming back!

I am not amused. The lady was unprofessional and did not make me feel comfortable. She was hurting my nails and I have multiple cuts from whatever she was doing. My nails are lumpy, the shape is not great, and they look outgrown even thought they were done yesterday. The color swatch was also wrong and I got a color I didn’t want. NOT amused AT all.

I had Lam do my nails and she did a GREAT job. VIP is my place to go for my nails.

Charged $55 for a new set. When i asked why they said $40 for the new set alone $10 to take off the old set and $5 for the shape. This is THE ONLY nail place in sheboygan that has prices like that. (Ive NEVER been to a nail salon that charges $10 to take your nails off when you get a new set.) Not to mention, when they took off my old set they used a nail clippers and ripped them off. It was so incredibly painful. when taking off an old set of acrylic nails they should be soaked in acetone. I had gone to VIP since they opened. I will never go again very disappointed.

The lady overcharged me. Manicure says 30, made me pay 40 ... my gel nail polish completely pelled off 2 days after getting it done. Just peeled off. Very bad experience, will never go back.

The people are very friendly and squeezed 4 of us in quickly. However, I paid extra for the callous removal and they barely took anything off. My heels still looked pretty bad when I left. I should have said something and given them a chance to correct it, but I was with a group. Thus 4 stars rather than 3.

This nail shop is beautiful! I love getting my nails done here, usually going for an sns mani. My nails lasted about 4 weeks, as well as my pedicure. Staff are super nice, sometimes there may be a wait but its only because they are busy and they try their best to attend to everyone, so I understand. Definitely a staple place

So Ive been to this salon twice now. The 1st time I got a no-chip mani and was happy with it. Today I got a regular pedicure and no chip removal and Im very UNhappy. They started with the pedicure. An older woman (probably 70s) began the pedicure. 1st of all I was too far away from the footrest and didnt want to slouch. I kept trying to get the womens attention (saying excuse me) but she didnt bother ever looking up. Finally the customer sitting next to me told me she didnt speak English and the lady working on her helped me. It wouldve been good customer service to show a customer how to USE the buttons on the chair right after sitting down dontyou think?? This woman was a little rough with me also. She dug her nails into my toes a few times. WTF? Another woman took over the nail polish part and did an incomplete job; she only put 1 coat of my color (I should have asked to make sure she put a 2nd) and I noticed later some areas were missing polish. This same woman did my no chip removal. She left some polish on my nails & got so much acetone on a few of my fingers that the fingertips of those fingers are dry, wrinkly, and have small patches of dead skin.

First time coming and I was impressed I love my nails

I honestly had a horrible experience I got my nails done a week ago and fit lasted about 4 days. I spent 35 for a basic acrylic, she said they popped off because of the length but I have been getting my nails did like that since I was 16 and never had that happened. I also got them done because my birthday was the 21 of August and I was going to get add on and a touch up. My nails didn’t even make it that far and when I said something she politely brushed it off as it was nothing, this will be my last time coming here and I don’t recommend it . I was so upset I could cry .
