First time pedicure customer. Holly was wonderful. Good service and a great price.

This salon has zero professionalism and no idea what they are doing! My appointment was rescheduled three times within a day and then cancelled the next. In between the third reschedule and the cancelation I asked numerous questions about my hair then was questioned about my hairs integrity. Mind you I have had one dye job done in the last 3 years and do not blow dry, curl, flat iron etc. The front desk has absolutely no idea what they are doing and I can very well say the salon doesnt care about new clients for sure. Not an ounce of professionalism.

I go there to get my Swedish massages. Mel is awesome. I have had many different massages and I have found that she is the best. She really listens to what your having trouble with and personalizes your massage to you and what you need.

This luxury spa is anything but luxurious. Service is a joke. I have made three massage appointments and every single time there had been some incident.the first appointment they booked me out two weeks then rescheduled the day before another week out. I’m in pain for weeks. The second appointment was for me and my wife to have a message at the same time for a birthday present to her and when we come in for the appointment they didn’t even have to books organized and didn’t have anyone for my wife to message her. So they lied to use and let someone who admitted to getting her wrist cast off the week before give her a message. My wife took a week to tell me it was the worst message in the history of messages. This ladies name was jean and literally rubbed lotion all over my wife with no pressure and talked about politics for 40 min of it and didn’t play music. Asked her questions the whole time and just in general didn’t seem like she knew anything about messaging. She didn’t even want to tell me because she felt bad because I got her it as a gift. It was extremely awkward for her and felt uncomfortable. She even said she messaged her face for 15 min for no reason. And lastly my last appointment was rescheduled two hours before and refused to give a refund. Don’t waste your time on this place. Idc care what you can legally get away with. Right is right. Wrong is wrong. And this place does not care.

Enjoyed a great massage and hair cut here the week after the Fourth of July. What a gorgeous setting, and talented staff, too!

Tracy is a terrific Stylist! She took the time necessary to appreciate and understand my unique situation in making the switch from a Barber to a Stylist after 30 years of going to the former...she then carefully listened to what kind of haircut and style I was looking for, knew exactly what I was talking about, and then proceeded to make it happen!! In short, the overall experience at Jomaji, including the outstanding customer-service provided by Receptionist Alexandra and the rest of the Jomaji team, completely exceeded my expectations!!!

I had purchased a rather large package as a gift for my wife for Christmas last year. She has now attempted 3 different times to use this gift certificate. The 1st time she was told nothing was available to schedule. The 2nd and now 3rd time she had appointments she went in for them just to be told when she got there that her appointment had been canceled. She even made sure the 2nd time that they had her contact information. Why wouldnt they call ahead to tell her that??? Very disappointing...My wife even asked for a refund and they refused. It does not state on the gift certificate that it not refundable. I will give my business to someone else who actually values their customers.

I recently had my hair cut & colored by Jennie. I wish I had before & after pictures because the transformation was amazing! Jennie is fantastic & a wonderful person. I really like the salon & would love to try a spa service soon. I will definitely be back to have Jennie take care of my hair! Not only did my hair turn out beautiful, but the prices are very fair.

Very friendly and kind people. but the polish job on my toes wasn’t very good. good thing they send the nail polish with you because my mom had to touch them up when i got home. my nail technician didn’t get my full nail. there was a huge chunk missing.

Jen gave me the perfect updo. Showed her a picture and she nailed it. Would recommend!

Heather gave me a fantastic deep tissue massage. I had been on my feet quite a bit for a couple of weeks and my legs and back were very tight. She relieved much of the stiffness...I had very tight muscles in a couple areas that will have to have more attention in the future. Felt so much better. I also have some foot issues following botched surgeries...my foot after the massage has reduced tingling and pain. I plan to go back!

One of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. I received a gift certificate for a one-hour massage. I stopped in to makes an appointment and grabbed the paperwork so I could fill it out in advance and save time on the day of the massage.I arrived five minutes prior to the massage with paperwork in hand. After waiting 10 minutes, the massage therapist finally escorted me to the room. She asked a few questions and provided a few instructions. By this time we’re15 minutes past my appointment, but figured they would still provide an hour massage since they were slow to get started. I was wrong, I only received a 45 minute massage. I’m not sure if they don’t like gift certificates or men, but I can’t recommend this establishment.Upon leaving, I confirmed with the woman at the front desk that I was scheduled for an hour and she said that I was. There was another woman sitting in the waiting area who chimes in with a complaint that she too was not given her complete time allotment.This was one of the most expensive massages I’ve ever received and easily my worst experience.

I spent the morning getting my first professional cut & color here & it was so relaxing! The stylist did a wonderful job of narrowing down the look i was going for without making it too complicated. She even took the time to curl my very straight hair & Im taking her up on her suggestion by going to dinner with my husband tonight & making it extra special :) I love the work she did & even if I dont keep up the maintenance of the look Id definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for a fresh look or a place to relax 😊

Best Salon experience I have ever had! Hollys talents are amazing. My hair was extremely short and butchered by a previous salon. Holly fixed it! Her suggestions and ideas have made me feel beautiful!I had a manicure/pedicure about a month ago. No pain! No cheese grater used on my feet. All professional equipment and oh so VERY relaxing!The staff is amazing! Love this salon and love my stylist! ❤️

My mother and I were there for Pedicures, had Lori and Sheila, they did a wonderful job, very professional, clean, friendly, just cant say enough positive about the entire experience. The price was higher then other places weve been but definitely worth every penny. Peaceful, relaxing environment.

My hair was totally burnt and falling out from my previous salon, I asked if I could get a wave for my hair and was assured it was totally safe. It took about 7 months and 2 visits with Holly and my hair is already filling in and it doesnt frizz out any more. It is now under control. It is wonderful to find someone knowledgeable and can fix something that was soooo bad.Linda K

First, I had my hair colored with Holly! She was Amazing! And in the days leading up to my appointment she provided me with extra info even if it meant I decided to cancel my appointment she wanted to make sure I had all the facts going in! Today, I just received my 1st ever massage! That was with Melanie, also Amazing! She made me feel very comfortable! Couldnt ask for a better group of girls! The receptionists are also, yep, you guessed it.. say it with me: Amazing! 😊

I had the very best of time! From the moment I walked in the door I felt so very welcome. Oh the wash was magical I could have fell asleep... I loved my cut the day it was done and I still love it today.I think that everyone needs a day to be pampered.

I came in for a couples massage with my mom. The place was beautiful, and the service was great. My massage therapist did an excellent job, and listened to what my issues were. However the massage therapist my mom had talked through a lot of their appointment. It was very distracting to both of us. It felt kind of unprofessional.

If its a new do, a trim and color, or one of the many spa services, Jomaji has something for everyone! I have used many of their services and can say the stylists, nail techs, and massage therapists are super talented, friendly and welcoming. The support staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Simply Amazing, You must go and see her. The Facial is a dream. Pedi, hair cut and wax. Definitely a bonus. Elegant, kind and friendly atmosphere.

JOMAJI is a great salon. They have responded to the guidelines for the reopening of businesses with professionalism and show that they value you as a customer in doing so. You are always greeted warmly as you are shown into their reception area. Stylists work hard to give you the look that you envision for yourself. This is a tough time for small business owners and they have earned my support.

Will never go back. Stopped in to get a haircut. Stylist was great by the way, Krista. Front desk lady, unfriendly and a few other choice words. Check their website on pricing before you get a haircut. $27 for a haircut, WAY overpriced. Kids cut clearly states $18. I was charged the $27 for my 10 year old sons haircut. When asked about the price difference I was told no. Will not return.

Ive been going to JoMaJi since it was established. A couple times I tried other places looking to save a nickel but ALWAYS came immediately back to JoMaJi. Tracy is the BEST!

If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would. I am incrediblely dissapointed in their services. I make an appoitment for 11 am. Show up 30 mins early after driving 30 mins for my first time seeing their place. Then get told by the woman the receptionist goes and get that if I would return my calls I would have knowen Chelsea canceled the appt. Now I checked my phone saw a missed number but no voice mail. Now if they knew Chelsea was not going to be there they should have made sure someother therapist stuck around. This is one person very unhappy. I waited a full day to post my reveiw because I did not want to do it in anger. I am very happy they have so many clients that they dont need to take care of new guests. I do hope noone else get Chelsea out of fear of canceling on you and then not being able to be taken care of. I will find a new place one that values their guests. And a therapist that can be counted on.
