I had my first haircut with Taylor this morning and couldnt be happier. I am newer to the area and am so happy to have found her and Entourage itself. She was so lovely and professional. She gave me exactly what I was looking for with my hair. I will definitely be back!

Definitely felt at home the minute I walked in. The front desk staff is really nice and polite, offered me water and coffee, took my coat. Even when making my appointment they were really polite, and didnt give me to just any stylist. They recommended someone based on my hair and needs. Tera cut my hair and she is just amazing. She fully understood what I wanted, and gave me an awesome cut. She is very kind and warm, made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. This was my first hair cut in a really long time so I was definitely nervous, but really glad I came here. Such a clean place and for what I received I was surprised I was charged so little. Will continue to book with Tera. Couldnt be happier.

I have been here 4 times now for roots and highlights with the same technician all 4 times. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I have had to go home and wash my hair because there was still so much color under my neck and near my ears. I also leave with globs of color in my forehead and near my ears. This last time, there were spots missed and the root color was not the same as what we have been using. Sloppy work. For what this costs me, I should be able to leave in a presentable state. Instead, I go right home and wash my hair. I will not be returning.

Went for an hour massage, got to enjoy a baby screaming the entire time while getting his hair cut. Which I totally understands happens, but at least let me get my massage restarted once the cut is done. Nothing was done or offered to make it right.Then I went back to get a crazy snarl out of my daughters hair. Told me $30. I got to sit there for an hour watching them do nothing besides cause her pain and then doubled my price without letting me know it would be more.

Its been years since Ive been there but my stylist was absolutely amazing. She not only did an amazing job on my sideshave but also gave me tips on managing the crazy that my thick wavy hair is.

Michelle did an amazing job! One of the best haircuts Ive received. I was in town for the afternoon and got a morning appointment. She gave me exactly what I was looking for. The service was top notch as well. If youre a man looking for a new regular, Michelles barbering skills are definitely worth the trip and more!

Rachael does an amazing job on my hair and during processing adding either a pedicure or manicure she does a great job. Mai is a genius on lash extensions. I have been going to Entourage for about 20 years. I read some of the reviews on this site and realize that mistakes happen. I have been lucky to have had excellent service from haircuts to eyebrows, eye lashes to massages, hair coloring to facials. I have been there for business events, special prep for vacations, make up classes and more. I give my niece a massage every year for Christmas. We make it a girls day out. The receptionist are great to help me move appointments around when something comes up. We are so lucky to have a salon of this caliber in Sheboygan. The new owners are making small positive changes. I look forward to many more years of pampering from the best group of people. This is a shout out to all the women there that make me feel beautiful in a sometimes ugly world. Thanks!!

Went in with thoughts of donating my hair, was not aware they take care of everything here! Its fantastic, so happy a salon around here works with places that donate hair!! My stylist did an amazing job cutting and doing the Balayage. So happy with the stylists here. Super friendly staff and environment.

My daughters wedding was this past weekend and we had some of the bridal party come in for hair and makeup. It was a great experience! We felt pampered and well taken care of. The makeup artist was personable and talented, she made every one of us look beautiful. The hair stylists took our individual pictures and did exactly what we wanted. Nikki did an awesome job on my hair! Best cut ever-it is exactly what I wanted! I have naturally curly hair and have a hard time finding someone that can get it to do what I want. Shylar did my pedicure and she was so friendly and helpful-she even gave my her opinion on mother-of the bride dresses! :)

I just recently had my hair dyed and highlights put in by Rachel. She did an amazing job and she’s super friendly! She made sure she found out exactly what I wanted and that I was comfortable. I had a great experience and would most definitely recommend :)

I have never had a bad experience at Entourage. All of the people are kind, friendly and provide great service. The people that have cut my hair have always done a great job. The first time I went to Entourage, I wasnt at all sure of what I wanted, only what I didnt want. I didnt want my LONG hair cut too short, I didnt want to have it look great when they were done, but then not be able to fix it myself at home. The look was great and its easy to care for. I cannot say enough good things about Entourage. The staff is amazing! The products are very nice too.

Im taking away 1 star from what would have been a 5 star rating. They need some work on the clerical end of things. I booked Entourage in January for my October wedding - for just make up. A few weeks prior to the wedding I received our itinerary - they had us down for both make up and hair - which was incorrect. As brides would know chasing down unnecessary mess ups a few weeks before the wedding is annoying and tedious. The day of the wedding when we arrived they moved one of our appointments to one hour later. They never contacted us to let us know. Our day was planned right down to the hour and we couldnt make an hour later appointment work. Thankfully they got us all in on time and everything worked well. The staff was great and Kaylee and Lauren did a fantastic job on the make up, we all looked beautiful. The mimosas and fruit was a nice touch

Made my appt and drove 40 min to get there. Told 5 min after I arrived that the stylist had messed up the dye job before me and had to redo it so due to her incompetence I was bumped. Offered new appt so I could drive back again. Called back shortly after I left realizing I didn’t want a new appt with someone who couldn’t manage a dye job and asked for new appt with alternate person. Gave me new appt, had to spell my simple last name three times, and then told the new appt time they told me wouldn’t work and they would have to find a new date. Had enough at this point and declined anymore run around by this business. Plenty of other salons who are willing to take my business and are organized.

Came here for my sisters wedding.. Paid $392 for makeup that melted off before the ceremony! Absolutely no blending was done.. And the entire party had to fix their faces before the festivities even began. This place is an absolutely over priced joke...

So unhappy with this business. I and an appointment scheduled for 3 months . The salon sent me reminder text which I replied with a confirm. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment checked in and waited. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went back to the reception desk and was told at that point that my appointment was not going to happen . I took off work, had this appointment scheduled, checked in and they let me sit . I was the only one waiting, they brought me tea, they knew I was there . This was the second time this happened to me at this salon . They did call me and offer 15 % off if I would re-schedule .....probably not .

Again I just want to comment on the exceptional service and skill of Keisha! She is by far, the best stylist I have ever come across in my years of visiting Luxury Salons. The facility is extremely comfortable and the entire staff shines professionally. I highly recommend Entourage to anyone visiting from out of town or any locals seeking out a new establishment for regular beauty maintenance.

This is where I get my massages. And its the best massages i have recieved in my whole life. I only go to Alyssa and she has corrected all my problems. I couldnt take my own shirt off because of my shoulder pain. Fixed. Migraines are gone. Neck problems gone! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Very friendly. Nice place. Although took my son there for a rock punk kinda hair cut she said she could do. Even had a picture. The cut looked nothing like the picture. She pretty much just layered his hair. Did not at all give it the punk look. It was a total was of my money. Plus they are not cheap at all. I would have thought they would have done a better job for that kind of money. My son was so upset cant fix the cut cause she cut the hair to short.

This place has the greatest customer service! I just recently had colored my hair for the first time ever, and even though it was done very well and the color was very pretty, it wasnt quite what I had hoped for. I called to ask if they could fix it and they were more than happy to, with no extra charge whatsoever. They fit me in the same day I called even! Alyssa did a fantastic job and was so sweet, and now Im in love with my hair!

First time...I loved it! I am 8 months pregnant and getting a bikini wax done and I felt like I can connect and relate with Sara. She made sure I was comfortable. It was a GREAT experience as a new client. Looking forward for my second visit.

I have my hair cut/colored/styled, facials, massages, etc. I stick with Entourage because the quality of the services are always top-notch and the personnel is very friendly and accommodating! Today I was looking for a change in my hair style. I allowed Kayla complete freedom in creating a new style for my once long hair. She was very kind in considering what I was looking for and balancing with what she suggested. Yet another great experience at Entourage Salon & Spa and worth every bit!!

Very professional. I can go in dressed to go out right after my appointment and i wont have to stop back home to fix anything. Definitely feel pampered by these hardworking women. Relaxing and personal atmosphere. If you are looking for a stylist or any other personal services this place is a definite must! Prices are a little more than average, but you do get what you pay for!

I have gone to several great salons in my lifetime but Entourage is my favorite. I start feeling relaxed as soon as I walk in. Tera gave me such a great cut and style I dont want to go anywhere else. My hair is quite difficult and recalcitrant but behaves nicely after a visit to Entourage.

Got a beautiful updo done here. Truly amazing work. Got my eyebrows done here and they put you in a nice, relaxing private room. Well worth the money.

I have been going here for a couple years and have loved every minute of it until recently. I went in to the same girl I always go to and had kind of like highlights and lowlights done. Red and blonde and the red had turned the blonde ones kind of pinkish.....was told to wash it that it should fade out so I have been washing it a lot and still has not. I called to see if she could just touch up the blonde at no cost since it wasnt fading. Had to wait back for 5 days because she was gone and talked to her and she said she was UNABLE to redo the blonde because we had talked about it bleeding through and I new that coming into getting my hair done. Yes we talked about it but I feel with how much it cost and how I was unhappy she could have at least done the blonde. I loved that place and thought I had found somewhere I could always go but after that I lost respect for the company. I felt hurt and so i will not be back to see that stylist again.

I booked an appointment for a trim today, because I have an event this weekend. I arrived before my appointment time, which was 1:00. I was told that my appointment was scheduled for Monday, and the stylist they booked me with wasn’t even there today. They didn’t offer any alternatives, so I left, and will NEVER go back again. The receptionist didn’t even apologize. And I was ready to book my Daughter’s wedding with them!! I called Moxie Salon, and they had an opening, so I went there and I’m so happy I did. Friendly, accommodating staff, great stylist and I booked my daughter’s wedding with them. Very unhappy with Entourage.....they were wrong and unprofessional.

Truly a beautiful group over there. I brought them a terrible “cotton candy,” Joe Dirt meets troll doll nightmare mess from a local salon and what they had to try to fix was maybe the worst they had. 😞😰I just cry. (Grown woman crying.. geeez) My hair has really changed much in life for me it’s that bad and I work with public and or am always in public I don’t get to just hide but I want to. I am so embarrassed uncomfortable so finally went in to this place. These girls here worked their magic to get a grip on this mess and it feels better. I Loved them all. Beautiful souls. Very professional very kind and everyone of them of skill. Seems like the place to go. 💝 Beautiful. I can’t get over how badly my hair was ruined and can’t be excited of shorter hair but I am very happy with this place and these girls. Relaxing as soon as you walk in. Smells of aveda and definitely one of the higher quality salon and spas in the area. They treat their customers like gold and its always a wonderful experience.

When I arrived the front desk receptionist asked for my coat and offered me something to drink. I waited maybe only about 5 mins from my scheduled appointment time before Sarah approached and introduced herself. Sarah made me feel comfortable for my Brazilian wax and was very professional. It was not as painful as my past experiences elsewhere. She talked me through it to ease the pain and asked if I needed breaks (which I didnt take). She made sure every piece of hair was off and tweezed little hairs if needed. I highly recommend Sarah and would go to her next time!

As an accomplished stylist myself, I tend to have a very difficult time finding someone that can make me happy when it comes to haircuts. I decided to try Kim Benzschawel based on a haircut she had done on a complete stranger. Kim was able to give me the beautiful,soft, blended short bob that I was looking for.Thank you Kim for saving me from the horrid, choppy haircut I walked in with!

Ive been going to Entourage Salon and Spa for many years. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to meet their clients individual needs. There is no other salon in Sheboygan that I would entrust my naturally curly hair to. The facility is always clean and I live and breathe Aveda products, so that is an extra bonus.

Ashley is a true professional and always takes excellent care to provide the best experiences when I have an appointment. With regard to the environment though these are just my observation. Interior could use some updating, seating area needs new cushions, some periodicals i.e. Sport Illustrated, Golf, Time, etc. Tv channels also like sports and news. And in closing some easy listing music in the back ground would always be a welcome asset to the overall atmosphere. I understand that these amenities might be available currently in other areas, other than the Mens styling area, would like to see them here also. Thank you . A Loyal Customer.

Went on for a balayage and was there for three hours just to end up with three highlights on the top of my head. Paid over $150. Looks terrible.

My wife convinced me to give this place a try. While it certainly caters to women, there is a separate room with a few chairs dedicated to mens cuts.

Tea was nice, warm towel for hair washing was nice as well . Being flicked in the face by my own hair while being trimmer, not so nice. No layers or definition.

My pedicure with Sara was pleasant and relaxing. I felt pampered.
