I loved the color, left tip, however they do need to make sure to have an appropriate price before telling the customer two different prices. The service went ok but when I got to the car I noticed a small cut on my ring finger. The person that did my mani, instead of trying to remove the nail polish/clear coat, decided to use the clippers to remove it and he gave me a small cut. It hurts a little. I also notice skin irritation, from having my hands in a bowl with nail remover for too long :/. He didn’t put lotion or anything. I won’t be recommending this place. It was my first time and I didn’t have a pleasant experience.

Had a appointment for 6 didn’t sit in my seat till 7:10 after they took someone who had a appointment at 6:45 and 6:30 and 6:15 so they got in a seat before my 6:00 appointment then they guy doing my nails was being rude rushing my nails only did one coat of polish didn’t even let them dry all the way… yea never againHere is a side by side of what I want n what I got

First time visit, I Had an appointment at 1:30pm today, arrived a couple minutes ahead of time and in no time I was in a chair. Got my toes done, the gentleman who did them was extremely friendly & very nice, my toes look amazing!!! Got French tip acrylic nails done by Annie she was so sweet and friendly and my nails turned out absolutely perfect, the length and shape is great. Best experience I’ve had at a nail salon in Kansas. Would highly recommend!! Clean environment and super friendly staff & prices were reasonable!

I had an appointment and when I arrived there were 2 waiting. I don’t get my nails done often and haven’t had great experiences in KC. The employee who checked me in actually explained the different options and procedures. I wasn’t familiar with dip polish vs gel. Regular polish never lasts on my nails and I didn’t want to go with gel. One of the customers schooled me on the difference also and was also helpful. Since I had an appointment they took me first which was so professional. My gel pedicure and dipped manicure are fabulous. I’m excited to see how long it lasts. They didn’t hurry along when they got busy. Again, very professional! I’m beyond pleased. I work with my hands in the garden daily, fabrics, and paper. Nails are my last worry but I’m feeling very good bout the care I’ve been given. Thanks so much to Nail Art in Shawnee!!!

This place is the best! I have been coming here to get gel and dip for the past 5 years! I have tried other places and there is no comparison between the quality of products and the quality by the staff! I have seen them all and they are all equally good without a doubt! I typically see T who is great! She is quick and always does my nails well! The dip has never peeled and rarely ever chips! It last me 6-8 weeks without any issues! Don’t listen to any of the bad reviews, try it and you will not be disappointed! I love this place and everyone is so nice! Will never go anywhere else!

On both occasions the young guys made my skin bleed with the nail machine so bad that my fingers throbbed all night and kept me awake. The nails are not straight, nor are they the same height, nor are each nail the same shape on both edges. I mentioned this to the manager on my previous visit thinking she would maybe provide more training but I had another young person that again made my fingers bleed and did an even worse job than before. Given that I had informed the manager beforehand of my previous experience and had an even worse experience this time I definitely will not go back, my skin around my nails are so painful I have them wrapped in bandaid, great look for a grad party.

HORRIBLE Experience. I visited this nail place with my sister to get some relaxation. The following events made a mani and pedi more stressful than relaxing.- One of the employees was coughing with mask away from nose.-My sister asked if the materials the tech was using were clean. The tech said yes, but then started laughing ans speaking with another co-worker in his primary language. Soon after, a woman whom had brought her child in to get her toes done yelled at another tech b/c she observed that he was obviously not using clean materials. When she outwardly addressed her disdain, the tech then went to the back and brought out clean materials.-There is no where to sit to let your nails dry-They have you pay after they have painted your nailsWill Not be revisiting

Due to the pandemic 😷 they have upped their safety protocol by installing plexi glass, requiring masks for all and mandatory hand washing prior to appointment. Safe and comfortable environment. My family and I went to Nail Art a few months ago before my wedding. The staff here was absolutely incredible! We had an evening booking on a Saturday so there were not many other guests when we arrived. All 6 of us received various combinations of manicures and pedicures. The work was beautiful and the staff gave great suggestions on colors and nail designs that would look nice together. Aside from the professional and quality work with reasonable prices, the whole team was so welcoming and kind and really made it a great experience. I had not told them ahead of time that we were coming in to prepare for my wedding. But as we became the only ones in the store they cranked up the music, celebrated with us, and somehow managed a very exciting impromptu dance party. This was my first time coming to Nail Art but I will definitely be using them exclusively from now on and would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

They recently updated the shop, added brand new massage chairs. Almost fell asleep during my pedi. All of the staff is great, knowledgeable and professional.

Everyone here is wonderful! They do everything they can to make sure everyone enjoys themselves. I love coming and seeing everyone.

The manicure itself was very nice and looks great. However, several employees and I believe the owners were not masking, were not social distancing, and surfaces were not cleaned in between uses. I sat down right after someone and nothing was cleaned. I was very uncomfortable and wanted to leave, but the employees were loudly talking to each other and not really paying attention.Disappointed and will be looking for a new place to visit.

I love this salon! In fact, it is the only salon I go to. The staff is great and the salon is always clean. It is newly renovated and very stylish. We hosted a nail party here for my wedding and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My entire wedding party came to get their nails/toes done. We had the whole salon to ourselves, they set up a table and let us bring in a few snacks & provided a speaker to play music. It was so fun!

I went in for my wifes annual birthday annual pedicure and manicure and received a pedicure myself and always great times at this place. T is the best and always so funny! I was even hot and she offered to turn the AC down for me and I cooled off right away. If you need a classy place to get your nails done, this is it! Oh and dont forget they have new massaging chairs that are AMAZING!!! Definitely recommend!! Thanks T

Went here to get a manicure and the older male nail tech scrubbed my feet so hard that it broke the skin, and then when I asked him to be more gentle the staff cracked up at me 😔

I have been going to T for awhile. She is so good at helping me pick out colors and remembering which one I had before. My nails look great and last for weeks without chipping. I get dip. She is busy so an appointment is highly suggested if you want her. The rest of the nail techs do a great job as well, I have never left disappointed.

I usually get dip on my nails and a regular pedicure. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. The technician who goes by T is especially good and I prefer having her do my nails, but each employee is great and Im always satisfied when I leave!

This salon is a gem hidden in Shawnee. I almost feel reluctant to post my review and attract more clients to this place. The owners and the stuff are exceptional- providing outstanding attentive service. I have been a client for about 10 years and I have been consistently happy with the quality of work. I prefer acrylic nails: I lift weights and I am very actively using my hands for housework. The nails last for 3-4 weeks looking fabulous.I recently talked my husband into pedicure with my favorite miracle worker from this salon( not disclosing who- I know you want to know) . Every time the man comes home he announces that he died and went to heaven- and this is the only way he can describe the experience. He does a lot of work standing- after pedicure he feels like he walks on clouds and his back pain lessens.I highly recommend this place!

We love coming to Nail Art! We have been coming to this nail salon for many years and have never been disappointed! The staff is always so friendly and my nails always look flawless! They even hosted nail parties for my sister and I’s bridal parties, so fun! We always feel so pampered when we’re finished at the salon.

Went here last week (7/2020) for the first time and asked for a shape and polish. Nails looked great.....for a day. Day 2, the polish started peeling off in entire sheets, as though it was some sort of applique. The price was cheap- if it would have lasted- and the staff was friendly. I got right in with no wait.If I hadnt had to repaint my nails myself three days later, this review would be entirely different.
