I am living in rural TN with a direct visual to the Wiretower on English Mountain. We require a single IP address to run and keep most of our equipment running properly. This is the only company that supplied this to us.I can say confidently that we are not any easy household to set up. We have Solar equipment everywhere that requires monitoring and many out buildings that are metal, and therefore cause a problems. For the first time in the 15 yrs Ive been here this is the best service. I can monitor my solar, have Netflix in all of my buildings and guest house and I am now able to get updates in my garage for my electric car. In the past I had to update my vehicle with my cell phone as a hotspot.The owner and his employees are very diligent, and because my property is so complicated it took a couple of days to get everything hooked up. But they actually seem to enjoy the challenge of getting it right. They planned ahead so that if any part of my system malfunctions they will be able to pinpoint the issue to a certain portion of my system. They will probably be able to fix it without ever leaving there office! So, if you are tired of the internet limitations of living in rural Sevierville, I highly suggest you give them a call.
