Coincidentally there was a technician in our complex as I was leaving to return a box for the bedroom TV that was not needed anymore. He said he could take it, but was not supplied with receipts for such returns while out servicing on his route. In this age of high tech, especially since Spectrum is a cable/internet company, its inconceivable that technicians out on the road wouldnt have the capability to accept customers returns & be able to provide receipts! After driving to your store, there was only 1 person taking care of customer needs, which was another 20 minutes of my time. The man apologized for the delay, & though I was perturbed, he was so efficient & polite, I couldnt take my frustration out on him!Spectrum, however, can improve their overall service!

Always have lapse time while watching. Every other month service completely goes out. I’m currently out of service for 24 hours costing me money with my cabin rental, and spectrum policy is to charge a month ahead, not consider my circumstance, and charge me for NEXT billing cycle. I’ll let them have it but am going to switch to AT&T today.

Told me I was all paid up and then I got another bill from them saying I owed them for a month of service. They said at the spectrum store that I was all paid up. When i called after getting another month bill, they said no it wasnt paid. So someone lied. And i was setup for automatic payments. I canceled service 2 weeks after the payment should had come out. Why did it not come out like the last 5 months had been taken out?Especially if I still had my service during that months automatic payment date, why wasnt that one automatic but the others were?

I’ve had it for awhile, as it’s the only provider in my area.Internet only.. and let me be a day late on my bill and they will shut it off, but they have multiple outages a day.Currently they have an outage going on that won’t be back on until 4am.Yesterday and the days prior. Absolutely ridiculous that the internet is CONSTantly down.

Sold my rental property and Spectrum charged me a full month of service even though I disconnected 2 days after previous billing cycle.They said it was like a pre-paid cell phone. Thats a ridiculous comparison. None of my other service providers charged me for a month where they didnt deliver any product.They were unwilling to budge even after having service with them for 4 years.Greedy.I see there are many good reviews concerning this location. My complaint is against the main company and NOT a knock against this specific location or its employees.

Internet always goes out. Goes out at least 5 times a day. Currently out right now for the second time this hour. I live in brand new apartments with brand new wiring. Worst internet I have ever used. They are lucky you cant choose any other internet company in these apartments.

Horrible customer service! Double charged me on December 31st. Was promised a refund in 3-5 business days on January 1st. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card on January 11th because no refund and nobody at Spectrum could help me get the refund!

Need to update website.in morristown it is located at College Square Mall NOT on the West side of town. Need to also be told that not every Spectrum store Carries equipment that will work for your area. Drove from Dandridge to Sevierville to Morristown for a new modem. Ridiculous!!!

My internet should be 25.99 a month . I rarely use it and when I do it glitches . It doesnt matter really, but then I also realize that scammers are getting my information through the internet . They are in control of the system, so it shows you how much effort they put I to care about the customer when I still get fraud alerts . My router and stuff has to be reset all the time . And no matter what I do I get a virus or something on my computer . You have so many accounts that pays monthly, you should make it to where your customers computers and devices dont malfunction . Thanks .

The CS Rep was really great at the Spectrum office. I had been through a nightmare with Spectrum on the phone multiple times, with no one having any idea how to solve my problem. This person, however, was able to do an intermediate fix for me as well as putting me in touch with someone who could resolve the entire issue. I was extremely pleased.

Slow speeds, 200mps is non existant and has been since we got spectrum 2 years ago. Upload and download speeds dont go up, only the price of the service goes up on a regular basis. It is standard to get 6mps to 7mps, a far cry from the 200 mps they claim. It is unfortunate there is no other provider in our area because I certainly would be going somewhere else without hesitation.

I would put 0 if able!!! Poor setvice!!! I had to get spectrum while i was in AZ working. Had it disconnected on 1/23rd and just got a bill today for service 1/24 through 2/23. I was not even there anymore. I called and finally got a person and she told me it was right because they do not pro-rate anymore. I asked how they can do that when service was cancelled!! Crooks is what this company is!! I have service here at home....nothing to bragg about for sure...internet goes in and out and i live in town but Now I will be looking for new provider who do not take money for services not tendered!!!

Lets be honest with ourselves. Spectrum is a big ripoff. My bill is $166.11 per month for internet and basic TV service. They raise the cost every few months by a $1 here and a $1 there, which adds up over time.

Over the past year my service has quickly declined. This time last year we had almost the 100mb/second that we pay for and not i can not even play simple games like minecraft with out have up to a 3 second delay in my actions. Over the new year I thought it might be my PC but i have upgraded it way past the needed level and i still cannot use it to its potential. Up until recently my TV has been fine but now it is taking up to a minute just to change the channel. You either need to fix your service or you will lose me as a customer and many others who are dealing with the same issues.

Our service is fast when it works but it goes out or slows to a crawl almost every time we try to stream. It is impossible to get a human on the phone or to skip the automated help that starts with....is your TV plugged in, etc? I wouldnt recommend their internet to anyone.

Its ok just cant pick the channels you want when you get a package deal dont like that they always say dont have those channels available with this package because they try to get you to buy the more expensive ones sometimes the wi- fi goes on and out and you have to watch them when you first take it they will over charger you if you dont pay attention to your bill.but overall its a better cable service then the others God bless

I see why they have had poor customer service ratings in the past. I was behind around 6 other customers and more steadily coming in behind me. There were only 2 employees working at the time. Each one of them helping a customer for 10 minutes. When one was finally finished there were well over 15 customers waiting. She makes an announcement stating she was going on lunch or else she would not get a break. Well what if she went on her break and got to the restaurant for her lunch and they told her she couldnt get service bc every one needed a break. That wouldnt happen, but it does at Charter Spectrum.

Any review on here that gives them anything above a 2 is probably being paid off. Charter is crap, if you cant get anything different than them, I hope you like living in the 1800s

Spectrum ultra plan seems to be instant responsive at all times great service blazing fast speeds and tv quality with no network wifi connectivity issues i experienced with AT&T fiber.. also it doesnt lag as much internet speeds are very reliable which is what I demand. Learned my lesson trying out the new better stuff.. Ill stick with Spectrum Ultra.

Really $128.00 for standard cable and internet. Supposed to upgrade my internet to 100 MBs but as ALWAYS its only 2MBs per second. Call customer service and get the Washington 2 step, its your router, (nope, its new), its your old computer, (not even a month old). Supposed to give me standard cable with Science channel. Got the science channel but missing regular channels. TNT and TBS are always breaking up or freezing. Never has that fixed. They are so nice at the counter, its merely a distraction, as they get ready to bend you over and give to you hard. Only other option is AT &T. Like jumping out of the frying pan straight into the fire. TV in the new age just plain sucks.

Ordered several Spectrum phones online and one has a problem. Spectrum store does not offer support for customers who purchased phones online. Ive never encountered a mobile carrier who does this and now Im regretting the decision to put my kids on the spectrum plan because I have no local support.

Im trying to hook up service and I cant even survive their unresponsive and ignorant smart answering system. The automated system is unresponsive and doesnt hear anything I say and didnt acknowledge I pressed my keys when prompting me to answer with keypad. So frustrated I didnt even make it to a representative.

If there were any other service available in our area I would sign on. My price for life has not risen, but the fees added over the years have more than doubled the bill. The internet connection is so iffy it is unusable for downloading almost everything. Heaven forbid I try to watch even a TV program on Netflix much less a movie. If I can ever talk with a real person, he is always polite and tries to be helpful. Too bad they are hamstrung by such a poor system.

Worst insp worst cable company worst customer service. With spectrum my bill was $165. I had one tv one dvr and internet (I own my own router) I canceled my service today and dish was here to hook me back up.I got the same channels I had plus like 30 or 40 more (not talking about those crappy music channels either) now for the best part my tv is 67.99 with tax. My internet is 32.99 with tax making my bill be $64 Less a month or $768 less a year.Internet is limited to 10TB which means 99.9999% of people will never run out and additional 1exrta TB is only $10

Spectrum has provided great customer service every time I have inter acted with them I am used to comcast and Verizon. Comcast is the worst ever. Verizon is ok but charter spectrum is head and shoulders above all others. The girls in the seveirville office are knowledgable, friendly and helpful.

I was having issues with my cable going in and out and no internet service after the contractor repaired the lines. I had a technician come out at 8pm on 3/5/18 the day I called and he worked until it was repaired. He went above and beyond and was very professional

The worst customer service ever. I my cable, internet and phone has been going out every night around 9pm. The tv is like watching tv with antenna it jumps up and down the sound goes in and out like crazy when the cable dose work. The technicians looks like they are straight out of high school And dont know what they are doing. This has been going on for months on in. When they do send out a technician they still dont fix the problem. But they wanted there money ever single month though. My bill has never been the same as they quoted me for the 24month guaranteed when I question them about it is always fee and taxes... This company is a joke good luck to get to talk to a real person too. I wish you could leave half a star.
