Anthony gave great attention and care to my pedicure! I will go again. He was excellent!!

I have been supporting this business for a long time, today I walked in, they didnt even acknowledge my existence! There are mask signs everywhere too, and Arizona is a mask free state! I have a disability and nobody should have to wear a mask, oxygen is a God given right, what is this, the dark ages?

Came on vaca. They did an excellent job (Husband and I got pedis)! We were the only ones there and they were very attentive, took their time and did a good job. I had read reviews before so I wasnt sure what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. Would recommend.

Sign on outside says “walk-ins welcome” but I was informed after walking in that they are by appointment only. The older woman was a bit rude. Did not come across as a great place to get your nails done sadly.

Great, quick service at a very reasonable price. Very clean. Highly recommended!

It is a wonderful local nail salon. He did a excellent job on my feet which were very tore back. Will come here again and highly recommend it.

The nail tech was so sweet! Great location and lots of parking. I had an appointment and Im glad that I did. Its a very busy shop in a busy shopping center. The place is clean and uncluttered. Even though it was busy, I didnt feel rushed. She took her time and did a great massage with my pedicure. The shopping center had a stop light at the corner which made it easy to take a left. That was one reason I choose this place because traffic is VERY HEAVY during the season in Sedona.

What horrible experience. I asked for pink and white nails. The older gentleman acknowledged my request. He started doing my nails and I asked again if he was doing what I asked for. He then said that he was not doing what I asked for. I told him I wanted the tops white. He said okay. He painted the top and then used a light pink top coat. My nails looked horrible and told them that when I was paying. Within 3 days the nails started lifting and I had to go to another shop to fix the mess that was made. BEWARE because you ask for will not be done and they are done terriable.

I am appalled at the service at Silky Nails in Sedona. Im waiting for a phone call back from the owner as to how this is going to be fixed. My friend and I both got pedicures and nails done. I was very happy with my pedicure, the woman there did a phenomenal job but my friend said Tom, the man who did hers nothing with her cuticles and barely spent any time on her. Im not 100% happy with my nails, they are a little thin for gel nails but my lady spent a lot of time on my hands so I didnt care too much. I will have to get them redone sooner than normal though which is unfortunate. My friends acrylic nails though are terrible. As you can see, her nails are already lifting after 4 days time. When she went to have them fixed they didnt believe that damage was there and argued with her until she was on the verge of tears. How can you treat someone like that?Silky Nails will not have ANY business from myself or anyone I know again.*sorry about the awkward stickers, I just dont know how to block out her name*

I am very unhappy with my nails and service. I got an acrylic manicure by Quinn, I wanted them almond but they were rounded and shortly after I left, I noticed they were not even painted all the way up on my nail! They looked like they had been growing out for a week. So went back and he fixed them. Again later noticed he hadnt painted all the way up on all of my nails. Only some were fixed. They started coming off within 4 days! I went back there to tell them I just wanted them taken off and to get my money back and he told me it was my fault they were coming off (I had clipped them because the rest had come off, they were coming off before I clipped them) he wouldnt listen to what I was saying and told me the nails are suppose to come off after 3 days. !!!!! I have never heard that anywhere before! I am VERY unhappy with my service and regret giving a tip!!! I will not ever go back there and be sure to let people know how horrible it was. I paid too much money for crap nails and rude service!

I have had 2 pedicures there and and they last a month!The massage chairs are awesome! I am making another appointment today.👍

I took my mother-in-law in to inquire into their services. My mother-in-law wanted to ask them some questions. They would not even come up to her and talk to her. Very unfriendly people. We walked out and will not be giving them any of our business!

I get pedicures only. Theyre thorough and good.

Only 2 people on staff, says walkins. They looked at me snobby and just said we busy right now. Not, can you come back, or well be available soon - nope 👎🏻

My nails were terrible, I got acrylic nails in coffin shape and my nails were way too round and they didnt paint my nails all the way to the top. I ended up paying $40 for nails that I took off the very next day. Terrible service.

My husband and I went for pedicures while on holidays. While my husband needed one badly, the lady named Lucy remained unprofessional by continually showing how much skin was removed and making horrible faces. It is after all the profession they chose. At the end we paid and they asked for a tip. Crazy!
