I did the Mind, Body, Soul combo and added fire cupping to my treatment. Laura did my facial and was gentle with my skin and provided recommendations on how to continue maintaining. Jared did my massage and starts off asking about injuries, pain, firmness level, and performed some reflexology pressure points. I really appreciated some of the breathing techniques used in order to release the muscles for a deeper massage. He was great. I ended with Somaya who started my TCM with an incantation and setting intentions for my treatment and focused on my pain points. She walked me through every step on what to feel and where to feel it. The fire cupping was an add on treatment and really helped release some of my more tense muscles; I definitely recommend doing this. Overall, every person was professional and did fantastic work.The place is smaller, so theres no large bathroom with showers, champagne, plush robes and slippers. So if thats what youre looking for, youll need to pay double somewhere else. BUT if you want 5 star service and walk away relaxed, then this is definitely the right spot.

Came here to get nails done before my wedding with 2 other girls. The spa worked hard to get other techs on so we could all get nails done at the same time, and were great at communicating leading up to the day.I opted for a French tip, but the polish was acting up a bit and not staying on smooth. My nail tech (Malia) ended up re-doing at least 6 of my 10 nails over the course of the treatment but was SO patient and sweet about it. I was really grateful she took the extra time and care to make sure my nails looked perfect for my wedding day.

I just finished my 90 min body glow session with Francesca and wow! What an incredible experience! She is so knowledgeable and attentive and knew exactly where I needed work done to fix my back pain. That was definitely one of the most in depth massages I have ever had with focuses on areas no one has ever done anything about before. I feel amazing!

Malik did an amazing job! I haven’t had a massage in almost 2 years and he was the perfect person to get me back into it. I can’t rave enough about him. My best massage to date!It was tough booking the services we wanted at first and the other guests didn’t get what they originally thought they were getting but even so they had a great first time massage here. Even though I was confused about what services were available over the phone the front desk staff were very accommodating and so sweet. We will be coming back on our next visit but will book well in advance to make sure we get the services we want.

If you are looking for a luxury spa experience, this is not it. It’s basically located in a strip mall next to a gas station. The walls are thin, the hallways are narrow, the waiting areas are cramped with cheap furniture, the lighting is too low in some areas and too bright in others, and most everything was generally showing wear. The staff were efficient and polite, but hung out in treatment rooms and talked between treatments which detracted from any quiet relaxing experience to be had. There were also several staff chatting behind the desk when we checked out. Hearing about their work schedules made it seem more like I was checking out at the grocery store than a spa. No one followed the recent CDC guidelines for vaccinated people to wear masks indoors, and at one point, part of our group was asked to move so that another party could be seated in the waiting area which resulted in violating the social distancing signs they had posted in addition to being awkward and somewhat rude. Why break up our group so their group could sit together? Why not seat some of them in one area and some in another? Each person in our group had at least two treatments, and overall, we found the body work and skin treatments to be mediocre at best. During my esoteric acupuncture session, I was left alone in a room face down on a table for 50 minutes. I was unable to change positions due to the needles. There was no indication in the website description or the practitioner’s explanation of this part of the treatment. It was painful and worrying about when someone would come help me negated any possible positive energy. Also, the practitioner forgot to include my intentions in the incantation which just seemed careless. There are not many good things anyone in our group had to say about their experiences.

Came to Sedona for a weekend, Ive heard its an excellent place for relaxation. So much so, that almost every place was booked until Tuesday. Luckily, Namti spa gave me a call back with an opening and I was able to schedule a massage and facial for the wife.She had a really good massage, taking care of a 1 year old causes a good amount of stress. She never had a facial before and I can say she looked like a new woman afterwards.Overall, excellent customer service, pricing works and a very memorable experience.

So I am a guy who doesn’t get a whole lot of massages. (No clue why I haven’t been) Jordan R was absolutely phenomenal. Down to earth guy, super helpful, and very good at what he does. Not having gotten a lot of massages over my life I didn’t really know what to do and Jordan helped coach me through it so I could get the most out of the massage. I highly recommend him for a treatment.Also shout out to the front desk. You all were the most friendly and helpful staff. They were so energetic and helpful on the phone to help get us booked for the most wonderful experience. Keep up the good work. The place was clean and accessible. I got the Myofascial and Reiki add on. The myofascial was relaxing, however if you want something more pressure or deep tissue than dont get this. I did not know it was very light pressure. The reiki was interesting and I would probably do a full session next time. A 10 min session does not suffice

Im local to the area and have been here several times to get a massage. 3 out of the last 4 times the massage has been subpar I ask for deep tissue and always recieve a basic swedish. This last time I went I asked for deep tissue when booking and also made sure the therapist knew exactly where I needed the most pressure. My neck, shoulders and lower back. My therapist started out by putting hot towels on my back for the first 30 minutes of my massage while she rubbed my feet and legs. I got maybe 15to 20 mi utes of work on the areas where I needed it most. I paid 90$ for a 60 minute massage which is 30$ over priced from every massage parlor I have been to. I have gotten massages in 4 different states and never paid that much and have gotten a lot more quality of a massage. I hate to say it but I will not return. I have given namti multiple trys and the bad out ways the good.

They are warm and welcoming. We visited in December and twice in May when we returned for another Sedona vacation. Very good pricing, clean, and relaxing. Try calling to book; the website is awkward, especially if you want a couples massage. Dont miss this place if you are traveling to Sedona.

As a Sedona local, this is my favorite spa in town. Their practitioners are very talented and they have the best prices in town. Mark and Brandon are my two favorites for massage. Mark has the most intuitive hands for massage, and has truly been given a gift to help people heal and relax. His knowledge of the muscle network and how everything works together, is very impressive. Hes also a very kind and funny person, who immediately puts you at ease. If I could give Mark 6 stars, I would! Hands down the best masseuse Ive met.Brandon is also a very talented masseuse and knows a great deal about holistic health in general. He has wonderful energy and can really help you attain a deep state of relaxation.Youll be in good hands with either Mark or Brandon, and at Namti spa in general.

Absolutely lovely spa. the front desk ladies were very friendly and welcoming. had a 30-minute Reiki session with Lori. BEYOND POWERFUL. Lori provides a hands on approach and works with the aura/colors on a very deep level. I wish I had done 60 minutes with her. Post Reiki, I had a very relaxing, lovely pedicure with Malia. she was very friendly, gave a great foot & leg massage & was meticulous about shaping & polishing. if Im ever in Sedona again, I will be stopping by.

I had a 1 hour hot stones massage with trish, and I have to say I appreciate this woman so much. If you are on the fence about who you should go to there I HIGHLY recommend this woman. She was down to earth, professional, authentic, kind, straight forward, clear and consice with her communication and knowledgeable in her practice. I left feeling rested and rejuvenated and with a huge smile on my face. My boyfriend said I was glowing, I felt calm and secure the entire time and as someone who has suffered abuse and trauma these things matter highly to me.. this woman was amazing! She made me feel welcomed and comfortable and helped me relieve some of the tension I had been holding since having my daughter. I honestly cant say enough about this woman. I felt like a tip wasnt enough but its all the cash I had in my wallet so I came on here to write her a review.. I hope her bosses read this and give her the recognition she deserves.. I will 100% be going back to her again.

After the Esoteric Accupuncture, I felt like I was in 5D. I keep feeling lighter but grounded.I think its worth the cost if you are trying to move to a higher level of consciousness.The acupuncturist is warm hearted and highly skilled.

Came to Namti for a couples massage for our honeymoon in Sedona AZ. Was thankful to be able to do a couples massage as many places were not allowing this at the time. My therapist asked if there were any places I would like extra attention to and I felt this is where she spent the least amount of time. She also did a lot of stretching and I would have rather her focused more on massaging. I felt the overall atmosphere was not very relaxing. I’m not sure that I would recommend this facility for a romantic couples massage.

My friend and I were very upset! We werent expecting our nail time to be cut so short! We went in at 2:30PM and it was 5PM by the time we got our nails clean! No nail polish on our fingers! Instead we got burns and a couple if cuts on our fingers! We were going to cancel our massage just to get our nails done but our schedule wasnt going to work out, and they charge for you canceling! 50% off does not make up for our waiting and forced cancelation! There was only 1 nail tech too! Very very upset! Im sorry but we wont be returning!

If I was allowed to give 10 starts, I would!This place blew my wife and I away today, so much so I couldn’t wait to get to my hotel to write this review.We were scheduled for a couples massage today at 10 am, and upon arrival was immediately greeted by the front desk and taken to a quieter, socially distanced lounge to wait before our massages. After about 10 min and a bit past 10:00, the receptionist came back to let us know that one of our therapists was stuck in traffic and was a little late, but they would make up the time once we got started. Due to the delay getting started, they treated us to complimentary aroma therapy of our choice during our massages, which is absolutely a MUST.Shortly after 10 am both of our therapists came out to greet us and took us back to the massage room. My wife is currently 7 months pregnant and they had THE MOST comfortable pregnancy pillows she’s ever laid on which absolutely made the experience so much better. Her therapist, Stephen is trained in pre natal massage and she said it was one of the best she’s ever had in her life. I was treated by Kat, who alleviated every ache and pain in my body, even into areas I didn’t mention.My wife and I are both chiropractors and own our own clinic with a full time massage therapist, so to see a business pivot they way they did and then extended our massages by an extra 30 min was exactly the customer service we strive to deliver to our own patients.Upon leaving I snagged a big stack of cards for future referrals to my patients who visit Sedona as the experience overall was unmatched. Don’t waste your money at your hotel spa, if you don’t go to Namti you’ll surely regret it!

Samaya’s 2 hour Esoteric Acupuncture season is a MUST for those undergoing life changes or in need of a re-boot. I left feeling uplifted and excited for the future. The Reiki she mixed in along with the protection grids and everything else lengthened my auric field and I couldn’t be happier. Samaya is a total magic goddess and I look forward to getting to experience this service again!

Went to Namti for a massage and my therapist was so kind and sweet! She was receptive to feedback and helped relieve my pain. My friend and I also booked a mani and pedicure and there was only one nail tech which was a bummer because it cut into our time on the last day of our trip. She got hers done and then they did me and the whole process took about two hours because we had to wait. The nail tech was amazing though and my nails looked bomb!

My partner and I each did one of their combo specials and got amazing service for the price. The spa is clean and the service is great. Even though one of their technicians had an emergency last minute and they are usually a fully booked place, they still switched things around for us to make sure we had a relaxing stay in Sedona. I got the hydrafacial with massage. Nicole did an excellent facial. I had never had a hydrafacial before, so it was nice she explained all the steps, and my face has never felt better! She customized her recommendations for care steps and products for me, which I usually find to be somewhat of an extra money-maker for them, but I actually love what I purchased after using it at home for a week. It was really what my skin needed and Nicole knew it! Hunter was my massage therapist and he took great care to ask exactly what I needed. He has great big hands but was still quite gentle, and also did some breathing exercises with me during the massage, which was a refreshing addition to a standard massage. Great job with the hot stones as well! My partner said the massage at Namti was the best hes had, too!

They were courteous. The spa is beautiful with many rooms and mild lights - soulful music. They also have spa deals to pick.I had booked for royal combo for 3 hours. Their Ayurveda massage is exceptional and Tina checked about my body and concentrated on the areas more where I used to have pains.I had facial with Cathy and she was explaining me as what was going on with my skin whenever she applied mask/scrub on my face.I had reiki too with one of the experienced therapist who has been doing this for last 25 years.

Char is absolutely phenomenal! She helped us with a same day booking and was super accommodating to our needs and preferences. She is the epitome of 5-star customer service. We will definitely be sending friends and family to Namti Spa because of Char!

My son was visiting me in Sedona and wanted to get a massage while in town. I booked us the 1 hour massage. I had Jeffrey and he had Alma. Both of us had an amazing massage! We had been busy cliff jumping all week and were sore and in need of a massage. We called same day and booked the evening spot. The whole vibe of the place is nice. Very hippie-zen like. Totally my kind of place. Very nice location in West Sedona. I run a Bed and Breakfast here in town and get a lot of guests requesting info on where to go for a pampering massage. Namti is where I will be referring my guests to.Thanks Jeffrey and Alma you two are skilled !

My friend and I had a scheduled appt at 2:15. We didn’t get sent til 2:35. We had wanted gel manicures with our acrylic to be taken off. It took them over an hr to take mine off (the place we went to previously did it wrong which is why it took a while), then she said we weren’t going to be able to get our gel manicures because there was another appt she needed to do. All we had done was our acrylic was off and our cuticles pushed. That was it. And yet they made us pay over 240 just because we canceled our massages because our time ran out for us. It wasn’t our fault it took forever. We had a scheduled appt for a reason and we expected to pay for what WE MADE AN APPT FOR. They were so unprofessional. Didn’t care or have any concern for what happened. They just wanted us to pay. Will never go back. So disappointed.

Probably the best massage of my life! This was my first 90 minute massage and I dont think I can go back to 60 minutes now! Amy was my therapist and she did such a phenomenal job really working on my problem areas and was extremely kind and professional! If I wasnt from out of town I would be a regular here it was so wonderful!

We came in for a couples Body & Sole massage and we had a younger man and woman that took care of us.Pros: They were very accommodating with our same day appointment. The atmosphere was wonderful and serene. It was the least expensive we had found in Sedona.Cons: It seems there was a miscommunication from what we booked to our masseuses. We booked for a 2 hr service (90 min massage, 30 min foot reflexology and soak) and we got a 90 minute total session (Id say our foot session was actually closer to 15-20 min at most.) My massage therapist was very timid and pretty unsure of herself, it seemed. I didnt get the same experience as my husband beside me. She worked my neck, calves, and triceps VERY well, but the rest fell by the wayside (I was really craving attention to my feet since I am a hairdresser and Im standing all day.) Towards the end I could tell she had progressed quicker than the masseuse working on my husband and she rubbed my neck/shoulders/head over and over and over (it started to actually hurt) until her partner was finishing up, and then she ended our session. But she was sweet!Overall I would recommend this place because the price is definitely worth it. Id just probably request someone more experienced next time I come.

We had a family of 7 all getting different services and they were ALL wonderful. Each person walked out feeling relaxed and renewed. The staff and therapists were all wonderful and even my 13 year old was able to enjoy a wonderful massage! The massages were amazing but, the facial was awful! She was so rude and clearly was not wanting to do the facial. She was rough and quick and made no effort to ensure I was comfortable. It was supposed to be an hour facial that lasted maybe 30 min. by the time she got done complaining about a mix up in appointments and than rushing through my facial. I was very disappointed.

I had a wonderful massage by Brandon at Namti Spa. He was professional, used some great techniques to address the areas I mentioned, and still managed to give the rest of my body the relief it needed. I highly suggest him.4 stars is due to covid as I had already read in one review that mask wearing was partial and this was definitely true at the front desk. It’s annoying for all of us to wear masks, I get it, but if you are at the front desk where talking to multiple people throughout the day is required, mask up.

So far I have had amazingly healing and therapeutic massages with Jacob, Malik and Nicole C. I had a wonderfully relaxing pedicure with Alma and a soothing, calming facial with Jessica.

The Energy Healing and Intuitive Reading I had with Tracy was more profoundly amazing than I can describe. She is very psychic and healing! My trip to Sedona was great, but it was so much better because I had a session with her.Also, the receptionist (Catherine?) was very helpful and polite, even though I was a lot of trouble with complicated and changing requests.And I had a great massage with Brooke.

I had a VIP facial with Logan and it was fantastic! Recommend it! So easy to book an appointment too

Spa services were great (I got a deep tissue massage and VIP facial). However COVID protocols are really lacking for a staff that provides such personal experiences to so many. Many staff members keep their masks pulled down to their chins, some weren’t fitted enough to remain over the nose. I was asked each time if I wanted the staff member to keep their mask on or off during the service. When I inquired about staff safety, my esthetician instantly became defensive and said they’re not worried about the virus and nobody that’s worried should visit a spa.

My two friends and I visited Namti during a day trip to Sedona and each had a 60 min massage and facial. Mark gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had! My two friends who had Cyrus and Jeffrey also gave glowing reviews. The facials were just as amazing with Nicole, Laura, and Jessica. They listened to each of our concerns and recommended great products based on that. We all left feeling very relaxed and pampered. I will definitely visit Namti the next time I’m in town!

Jacob did a great job; however, when I booked I requested a particular massage therapist. I would of have liked to be notified of the change ahead of time. Awesome staff and atmosphere. I started after my scheduled time. It would of been nice for the therapist to pull me into the room five minutes before so my massage could of have started at the schedule time.

I had a 90-minute body treatment by Jacob Massey. He is amazing. Ive had numerous surgeries (recent AND past) and he managed to find the points that needed the most help without me even saying a word. Jacob is extremely intuitive. I am thrilled that some old trauma was released during the process. I look forward to many more healing treatments by Jacob!

Probably the best gel manicure I have ever had!

I went in to have a reiki healing session with Trixie. I honestly couldn’t be more content and fulfilled with her help. It was an incredibly empowering spiritual experience. I would highly recommend her to help with any healing past traumas, balancing chakras, and just helping us on our spiritual journey. I can’t thank her enough!!

This was my first massage experience and they were happy to explain what I needed to do. I felt absolutely secure in Maliks hands, he did an excellent job working the tension out of my shoulders and legs. Left feeling calm and soft and new. It was a fun and relaxing experience at the same time and I am enthusiastic for another go! Thank you so much Namti and Malik!

Just had an amazingly relaxing oxygen facial today with Jessica and it was just what the doctor ordered. I lost track when was the last time I got a facial done and after this long quarantine I well earned this one. Highly recommend Namti Spa.
