This place is filthy there is garbage all over the floor. Who manages this place? Disgusting,it definitely needs an onsite person here to clean this mess. This is ridiculous. I visited it about an hour after opening, was here last night and decided to come back because it was trash all over the floor and the trash is still everywhere.

Washing machines washed nicely. They are quite pricy though.BRING YOUR OWN QUARTERS.NO CHANGE AVAILABLE so visit your local bank and withdraw from your account tell them you want it in quarters. I mention actual withdrawal because apparently they wont exchange bills for quarters over 10 dollars at the bank lately( both Chase and BoA because of the coin deficit)The way around this predicament is by withdrawing ...Each load will cost you between 5.50 to close to eight bucks. Not including the drying part. Plan accordingly.USE THE PREPAYMENT APP AVAILABLE AT YOUR OWN RISKThey offer an app to prepay for your machine online at this laundromat but apparently (as I was also told by a couple customers) they do not match up to the right machine so you either are searching and guessing which one got the balance or paying someone elses load. Either way your money is taken.You pay online and have a machine number that supposedly has your balance then the machine wont have the balance.I get the app is suppose to ease the coin deficit situation but a rechargeable card like other places have would have been easier and a bit more secure than the shady app.So use the app at your own risk. Otherwise I suggest bring quarters and lots of them.The place is kept clean and I was extremely happy that we had to only use their machines on one visit because our new washing machine was delivered soon after. I cant imagine myself touching so many quarters weekly just to start each load... let alone driving around to find that many quarters in the first place again.

. This is the last time I would ever go here. Their machines are already more expensive the most other places and its almost always filthy! Edit they have been better at keeping it clean. Unfortunately still havent changed their prices

Paid extra for hot water to wash sheets for work. Water was ice cold . Put a quarter in a newer dryer, pushed the button that said start; it would only run if I held the button down the whole time . Lots of surveillance cameras; NO contact phone number or even name on the door or any way to reach a responsible party if something isn’t working. Just spent 7.75 for a cold wash. This man is a crook and that’s why it’s empty on a Friday evening. Don’t go here

Any positive review of this establishment is an outright lie, or dates back to a time when the owners cared about it. There is no contact information to report issues with machines, the entire facility is disgustingly dirty, and while some of the washers appear to be newer, at the date of this review (5/11/19) 6 out of the 13 dryers are non-functional.

We did not add soap to machine BW5 and it oversoaped anyhow. No phone number here to contact anyone. How can you not have an emergency number?

Very expensive laundromat and bad washing machines! I wont be coming back to this facility!$5.50 for a standard wash and $7.50 for extra-large washer. We went this past Friday and used 2 of the extra-large washers. We used laundry detergent and did NOT pack as full as you can with these front loading machines. When done, our clothes did not seem or smell clean. We also used 3 of the standard washers and our clothes did get clean using those. I told the owner / the person there cleaning, at the time and I was told, next time select extra wash and extra rinse. It will cost more but that should work. Im thinking I shouldnt have to select extra wash and rinse and pay more for clothes that really arent THAT dirty and for a wash that costs $7.50 a cycle...one should be able to expect their clothes to be clean at that price. My clothes come out clean and clean smelling when I use a regular, top loading machine. These washers dont work properly.By the end, I washed 5 loads of clothes and dried them (didnt even finish drying 3 of the 5 loads there) and the total was $43.00. I still had 3 loads that required additional dry time but we ran out of cash by that point. We didnt think it would cost this much and didnt have enough cash on hand. Wayyy too pricey!Additionally, they dont have any laundry carts, it was hot, no air conditioning or even a fan. No moving air. For the price you pay to do laundry here, it just isnt worth it.

My clothes got stuck in one of the laundry machines and it was impossible to reach anyone and finally got ahold of the manager named jaun and he told me there was nothing he could do and to get a lawyer will never come back hear and will let everyone know what horrible business this is

Wow 4 min. (.25) for a drier. Cant believe this. The washers are decent, but didnt use any. This is the last time, coming here. You have to be crazy, I seen better for .25 cents for 8 minutes. Must be desperate to raise that high way robbery.

Large washer and larger dryer worked well for my very large king sized comforter. I had no issues like other reviewers and the street parking was easyI stayed in the area the entire time. No restroom like other people mentioned.

You guys need to fix your washing machine!! I paid $60 for my clothes to be washed and cleaned!! && none of them was even cleaned at all. On top of that the machine didnt even have barely water coming out!!! & its super expensive for only not even 30 mins washed!!!! Im never coming back here ever again!! This was my first time here and i recommend you guys need to fix your machines and the price needs to change!!! And you guys are liars theres no carts here to use either!! Horrible place i ever been to. Waiste of money not affordable and does not even clean your clothes at all.

First timer - last timer! Put money and detergent in to get an error message. No phone number to call posted in the facility. Found number on the web but it just rings busy, no voicemail. What a joke of a business- go somewhere else!

Almost 50% of the machines were out of service, and all of the appliances are vastly overpriced compared to other local laundromats. I started using one of the few dryers available and it not only turned out to be broken, but it was leaking gas. Although its a convenient location, its definitely not worth the saved effort.

Newer machines BUT all washing machine prices went up $1.00. Dryers did not have a price increase.

Every time Ive been here, machines work. Im in and out quickly. People are friendly and personable. 5* if a bit cleaner but I am a clean FREAK!!! Ill be back though.

Hella expensive

I dont review things negatively very often. But.This is the laundromat I go to if all other ones around me are too busy. Its dirty, the machines make my clothes smell weird. Theres no bathroom so if you have a child with you its difficult. Half of the machines are broken every single time I visit. Theres rarely anything to clean spills up with.Theres two driers that are ten minutes per quarter, the rest are 5 minutes and they are slow and dont do their jobs very well. A job that normally takes me an hour takes at least 90 minutes.I really dislike this place. A lot. They need to be better about cleaning.

Machines not working and no phone number to call for help. Just lost $20 dollars got wet clothes no wash. Lost time and money should have follow the advice from the negative comments.

Overpriced machines no sinks no carts no bathrooms. Some of the machines seem to tear up my clothing and I’ve gotten a lot of bleach stains on some of my clothes ! By far the worst coin laundry mat I’ve been to!!

This place has decent machines but DESPERATELY needs carts. It’s a pain to lug around wet heavy clothes from the washer to the dryer and from the dryer to the table.

No carts to put ur clothes in the dryer. Too expensive, very few machines even work, water leaking and there isn’t even anyone here to tell and the phone number listed is disconnected ..🤬 poor management,poor services, wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this laundry mat ever

Update 2/18/19 - 2* to 3* - All the broken machines have been replaced but some machines will occasionally eat coins and become inoperable. Tends to be a cleaner facility now.Update 9/20/18 - 1* to 2* - The facility has recently replaced some of the dryers so at least the owners are starting to care. Unfortunately theyve also jacked up the prices of the newer washers from $3 to $4.50 per load.Not a very good laundromat. Ive been going here weekly for nearly a year because of convenience and it is consistently not good. The facility itself is basic as basic can be. Expect nothing more.Theres an endless list of problems:- More pricey than standard- Often dirty- Only amenity is a sink but paper towels are never available- No supplies sold- 1/3 of the washers and dryers are always out of order and nothing has been done about it for as long as I can remember- Buttons are starting to get broken and fadedGo somewhere else if you have a choice.

So today I went to go do my laundry at that place and I put 7.50 dollars in the Machine just to wash my blanket. And that machine doesn’t work. And the thing is there was NO sign that said this machine doesn’t work. So I want my money back.

Machines XW2 and FW4 will take money, but wont actually let you start the cycle. After losing $6 trying to run a $5.50 wash cycle (machine kept saying I had to add one more quarter), I had to give up and move to a different machine, and forfeit the money because the coin return doesnt work. No one here to talk to, no phone number to call. The change machine is also out of order. It seems clean, but I guess the machines arent very well maintained.

Small but clean and appliances work great.

In months of going here, only had a problem with a machine once. Clean, not too crowded, close by.

Came back to get my laundry at 9:45pm. Door already locked with my belonings inside. 10pm is the posted closing time. So frustrated!!!!!!! This kind of business practice shows no respect for my time.

Clean but overpriced. $4.50 for 1 normal wash. Found other places with only $2.00 for a wash. I will not be back.
