Honestly amazed this place functions. People running it on weekends are rude, says mask required but the people running it dont wear ones them, and MACHINES NEVER WORK AND 35%+ SAY OUT OF ORDER. Literally held together by pushing brooms into lint holders. Like i had to jump multiple machines because they keep failing...btw these machines have mot worked for a year plus. Did i mention the carpet is always wet for some reason???????

Absolutely unacceptable behavior towards customers. The owner lies on their comments here on Google to make themselves seem like they are in the right instead of trying to address an area of opportunity voiced by customers. I personally recommend going to Lunar instead if you have the ability to travel a little further. Nicer machines and WAY nicer staff. Hope this place takes feedback better in the future for their sake.

I cannot believe how terribly rude, inconsiderate, and demeaning the operator was for 8/27/2021 (didn’t get his name). The hours are listed as LAST WASH at 7pm. So, I planned accordingly, arriving at 7:15 when mine had finished. The door was locked. Me and another customer knocked the door which was opened by an elderly man who began to say “it isn’t my responsibility to watch your things” and “you need to grow up and not expect other people to watch your things” without being prompted by me or anyone else. I then pointed out that it’s last wash, not closing, and that they need to change their sign if that’s the case. He said “well you better watch your attitude as a customer—you can go somewhere else if you don’t like it here” and “you try running a business.” I grabbed my things and will NEVER return. I do, in fact, operate a business and I do manage assets valued over 50M and happened to be in town and needed to wash my clothes. I am astounded at how terrible your service is and would be mortified if I had a financial investment in this establishment and would advise rehiring personnel. To whomever was operating the floor this evening, shame on you.- Mr. Hot Stuff (a name he so nicely called me)

I am not able to give this establishment any stars. However they make you put at least one. My family and i showed up riding bicycles and my son in a wheelchair @6:45 pm. It is posted last load at 7pm. How ever the woman working waited for me to turn and grab my thighs and locked the door and said she is closed. I could understand if i showed up at 7 or even 6:55. She was extremely rude and said she has the right to close when ever she wants to. Not only is this un ethical its also just down right rude.I have never seen this in my life. I should have listened to the other reviews.

A dryer load on high for 40 minutes and still quite wet isn’t good. Getting so tired of the poor laundry services available in Victoria. Although the people are pleasant, making money off the poorer population in this way is not good.

Machines arent maintained well.

Tried to get a roll of quarters to use for laundry but was told by the owner if I didnt use all the quarters there then they wouldnt give me the roll in the first place. Pass.

Not looking clean and neat. About half of the self-service washers and dryers there seemed to have out of order signs. And despite the fact that the restroom was closed, with a sign stating that it was due to the coronavirus crisis, not many of the customers were actually properly wearing face masks. Also, when I went looking for a trash can, I thought which was possibly located behind a closet door, the door actually fell on top of me, because it wasnt secured on hinges.

Very racist and rude staff. Very unprofessional. They only service Spanish speaking customers. They play in the laundromat. One time in which they almost hit me with a stack of folded towels. I don’t know who the owners are but the hired a whole Hispanic family to work there, and now the place is terrible. The speaks in Spanish to the top of his lungs yelling and playing. And he tries to hook up with random guys that come in to wash their clothes. They invite their family and friends their to hang out and socialize, mainly Spanish speaking ppl. They show a lot of favoritism towards Spanish speaking customers and treat everyone else like dogs. I cannot believe they work their. They are very noisy. They allow their friends and family to block the aisles so that paying customers can’t use the machines. I’m never going back. I was a big spender there. I hope all the negativity you cause me comes back on you ten fold

The lady who was working here took our whites out of the dryer because it was stopped for literally 3 min. Theres about 6 dryer that dont work.

Great atmosphere and the Asian gentlemen behind the counter always greets me with a friendly hello. I saw him help a lady to her car with her laundry while she was struggling with one arm and 5 year old. Sweet guy!

Over half the washers arent working the guy working the counter was more concerned with giving the kids candy than giving me change for a five dollar bill so i can dry my clothes. I have been here several times and this is defintely my last time. Plus its sunday and the flat screen t.v. keeps going out.

Real people doing real laundry.Note regarding staffing; your overall experience pivots on the person who is working the counter at the time you are there.I did not encounter any rudeness on my visit, instead there was young man behind the counter who was polite as can be expected for a coin laundry on a Sunday afternoon.Tip: if you dont remove your clothes from the dryer, they will do it for you.

Attendant very pleasant and helpful BUT only reason for -1 star there are over 1/3 of dryers and washing machines that are out of order ... And this place is not very large. Plan your trip during non-busy hours if you need multiple machines LOL there is a massage chair while you wait

The only laundry place in the area of 101St. & Aurora Ave N. It is generally clean and offers only washer & dryers with the vending machines for snacks and soap to wash your clothes, a change machine and a flat screen TV to wait out your laundry. It is in the Oaktree Village strip mall located on 101 St & Aurora near where IHOP restaurant is located and there is the Oaktree Cinema for your enjoyment if you fancy a movie after eating pancakes.

Whent here the first time last week to wash my clothes the gentleman working behind the counter was really helpful had a slight problem with my dryer door not wanting to close and before I could ask he was already over taking a look and fixed the problem with it the only reason I didnt give this place 5 stars is due to limit experience with the establishment but I will be going here from now on

The machines are clean and well serviced. The staff are nice. I have gone during the week because the weekends can get extremely crowded.

Go there if you dont need to ask a question, the counter person is an esl. She couldnt ask me what I wanted and assumed she knew based on what other customers wanted. So I washed it myself at home and saved the $15 she wanted to do a fifty cent job.

Rude management. The machines are outdated and need replacement and cleaning. I only go here out of convenience. I prefer lunar laundry.

The dryers didnt work, clothes are still wet after a second session. The washers ate my quarters. Would not recommend.

The lady is constantly in your face. She doesnt speak English. Shes extremely rude to people when she wants to be. She turned off the tv because she wanted me out and I hadnt even folded all my laundry. Neglected to label the dryer was not working and then made it seem that I was at fault for that

Incredibly rude. Had over $120 worth of laundry stolen from me while the attendant was on duty. The young man was incredibly rude and even laughed at me.This laundromat is one of the worst I have ever been to and should be avoided at all costs.

BAD BAD BAD BAD !!!!!!!!!! I am business owner in the same complex and these guys let someone walk right in off the street and STEAL 26lbs of my clothing. They didnt even refunded what they charged me for cleaning the clothing or reimburse me for my lost items. I Lost over $ 2000 in clothes. If this is how they treat their neighbor I can only imagine how they are going to treat you if you chose to do business with them. I own a business in the same complex and these guys let someone into the street and STEAL 26 pounds of my clothes. They did not even reimburse me for what they charged me for cleaning clothes nor did they reimburse me for lost items. I lost over $ 2000 on clothes. If this is how they treat your neighbor, I can only imagine how they will treat you if you decide to do business with them.

Terrible laundry. Rough staff, which throws your things out of the machine, immediately after washing. Even if all the other washers are empty, and you are 5 minutes late, they will throw everything out of the typewriter. Its terrible! Terrible customer service !!!!!

Everything is ok, inexpensive :) but many cars do not work
