So I havent actually been to this gym but I live across the street from it. I can tell you waking up at 6am every morning to positive yelling actually isnt so bad. I see people running outside a lot. I see men and women of all shape and sizes giving one another support and high fives. Just from an outlook perspective I think the place is pretty cool. I might have to look into it myself.

A quick and fun 45 minute workout that is effective and will leave your muscles burning. Best part is seeing the same faces week after week and getting that accountability aspect. Give it a try!

This place is awesome. Honestly, the gym and people are so fun they make you forget how hard the work out is. Jill and her team always welcome me and make me feel a part of the community. I highly recommend this place. Great energy, and awesome culture here.

LOVED working out here. I completed the 21-day challenge and have nothing but amazing things to say about it. The food plans were attainable and were easy to incorporate into my life, the workouts were a blast and the trainers were so kind, supportive and genuinely cared about me and helping me meet my goals. I would have continued on with working out here if my budget would have allowed it.

I signed up for a free 6 week challenge online. When I showed up for my appointment time no gym staff was there to conduct my initial introduction. A helpful fitness instructor, Juan, took my contact information and said a gym staff member would be in touch the next day. 7 days later I still hadnt heard anything. I e-mailed the owner Ian to let him know of the horrible customer service I received. He responded back 6 days later and did not even apologize for the bad service I experienced. The customer service needs major work. I wont be joining this gym!

I walked into IanFitness West Seattle and within minutes knew it was a place that I wanted to be. A bootcamp class was finishing and folks in the class were visibly tired but still offering one another encouragement and high fives. The feeling of community was palpable, and I knew thats what I needed in a gym.The first few weeks of the class were tough, but the coaches were all fantastic. The staff is open, energetic, funny and, importantly, kind. The classes are 45 minutes: long enough to get a good work out in and short enough to convince yourself to go, when you otherwise wouldnt. I like that I can scoot in just 2 minutes before the class starts.What makes this a 5 star gym?1. The coaching staff: Amy, Jen, Jill, Juan and Karen keep you focused and energized.2. The community: Theres no unfriendly competition here and dont worry about your workout clothes, just wear something you can sweat in.3. The workouts are solid!The website is a little gimmicky and isnt very representative of the gym atmosphere. Walk in, talk to a coach and try a class. You wont regret it.

This is far and away the best gym experience Ive ever had. I have never felt better about myself or had more energy. The trainers are all wonderful full of positivity, encouragement, and sage advice. The work outs are actually FUN albeit challenging. They are different everyday so nothing becomes boring! Seriously go to this gym.

The BEST workout ever! You dont need to be in shape to start but you most definitely will be if you continue! The extremely awesome trainers, high energy from the group and adaptive workouts make Ian Fitness addictive!

I joined Ian Fitness as part of the Six Week Little Black Dress project and it was such a great experience that I decided to continue on after the 6 weeks were over. I attend the West Seattle location and I love it. The instructors are awesome: they work you hard and are very supportive. I love how much my strength and stamina have improved!

I recently just joined the Ian Fitness in West Seattle, and it has been such a welcoming place to come and get my workouts in!! The Boot Camp classes have really helped me to start reaching my fitness goals which is to lose some weight and feel confident again. The Seattle personal trainers at this studio are amazing! They are very good at motivating me to reach my fitness goals, in fact I just started this challenge that has me eating clean and there is this awesome group of people working together and supporting each other!

Good and diversified work out, short but intense! The trainers and members are super friendly and helpful. I will recommend to start with a private session with a personal coach if youre out of shape before attending the group classes.

Finally, a place where I look forward to working out! Classes are 45 minutes long and different each day, which is perfect for my short attention span! I have tried everything and never managed to stick to a routine, until IanFitness. I have been a member since Dec 2016 and I love the mix of cardio and strength. I have also participated in one of the fitness programs that was 6 weeks long, and it was fantastic with the support it offered. I have met so many great, supportive people in the process. The WS location has a good schedule too, with times in the early and mid morning, and in the evening (and weekend mornings). And the trainers...they are amazing people. Jill and the others each have their own ways to encourage and motivate. Seriously, I never thought I would laugh while doing wall squats and star jumps. No excuses not to exercise! Go to the website and sign up for a week to try it out. You have nothing to lose except fat!

Ive been coming to IanFitness since October when a friend convinced me to join a Little Black Dress challenge, and I cannot overstate how much I love it. The energy, the genuine enthusiasm, and the encouragement of everyone there (the trainers AND the other bootcampers) put this facility in an entirely different class than any other gym I know of. The workouts are constantly changing, theyre really hard, and theyre REALLY fun. Not only that, but Ive seen better results with this program than Ive ever had before -- I started with a basic goal to lose some baby weight and ended up with a complete lifestyle transformation. Thanks to both Jill and Chris for being so inspiring and so completely awesome!

I joined IanFitness about 7 weeks ago. I saw they were hosting a weight loss challenge that included unlimited classes and nutritional help. I needed the extra push so I went for it! Over 5 weeks I lost a little over 10 lbs, lost 4% body fat and made gains during the rounds! I feel stronger, more motivated, and the best feeling of all...more positive. The community at this gym is so encouraging! Ian and the trainers really care about your health, it shows in their personal reach outs and cheers during class. If you are looking for a gym and great community of people to help reach your goals I would highly encourage giving Ian a try!

I joined the 6-week Fitness Revolution and it has been the best decision EVER!!! I needed something to get me back into working out and this fit the bill to a T! The location is ideal, the people are awesome and the trainers are the BEST!!! I highly recommend Ian Fitness!!!

I joined Ian Fitness in November with the Little Black Dress Challenge and I am now a full fledged member at the WS location. It is the hardest and most fun work out I have every done, every day is different, it is super challenging, the instructors are AMAZING and its certainly not boring... I am so glad a friend convinced me to try it out and the best part is I am seeing results and others have noticed also and that is EXCITING and rewarding. Thanks for being in my neighborhood!!!

Well, my life changed as soon as I walked into the West Seattle Ian Fitness location and met Jill VonBuskirk, Trainer Extraordinaire! She is the most positive & energetic person you might ever meet! I have never belonged to a gym and was not sure I really wanted to start. Jill talked to me about what I was looking to get out of working out. Well, I signed up for the first week free-trial and after my second Bootcamp, I felt better both physically and emotionally. I love the positivity and encouragement that Jill brings each and every day. I joined Ian Fitness full-time and attend regularly. I once again have a body that I am really proud of and I earned it with Jills and Ian Fitness help! I look forward to working out as soon as I wake up in the morning even though I attend the evening sessions. I also make myself eat better because I know I will be working out and need a proper diet! Try it out, you will see me there in the evenings! Also a shout out to Chris Cuffee, also an amazing Trainer that has the same awesome energy and positive encouragement!

Im so pumped that theres finally a fun personal training studio in West Seattle! This bootcamp is the most fun Ive had working out since... I dont know. Maybe ever. lol. Who knew you could get your cardio and your strength training done at the same time in under an hour?? Ive never had visible triceps before! I cant say enough good stuff.
