I recently picked my car up from Tony’s one stop in Greenwood and I could not have been more impressed by their work. Not only was the damage seamlessly repaired, and ready a day EARLY, but they also cleaned and vacuumed my car! Great customer service, great work, overall great experience. Will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Great body and mechanic shop. Honestly they went above and beyond for me. Friendly, professional, on-time, communicative, worked with my insurance. It was as stress-free as it could have possibly been all thanks to Chris and her staff. Highly recommend this place!

Ive been to Tonys one stop shop for body repair and fixing the brakes. As far as I can tell, the work done is solid. However, the price is pretty steep. I later compared their quote to other highly-rated auto shops within the area (e.g. No1 Japanese auto), and the quote from Tonys is about 50% higher, which I consider to be pretty outrageous.

Very competitive prices, sweet hardworking people, awesome front desk employees. I’ve gone here a few times and I’m always shocked at how fair their prices are. I’d recommend them, wish they were a chain and could be everywhere.

I am ever so grateful that I chose this place to fix my car. Someone ran a red light & hit my 2005 car---which I love and want to keep til it dies---and it had some damage to the front frame (excuse my lack of knowledge on the terminology). I was so scared that the insurance company would say it was totaled and that would be the end of my beloved car, which was still completely drivable. I spoke with Chris and even tho they were super busy, she really worked with me, took care of everything, and worked with the insurance inspector to agree on a price to fix my baby, and they got it done so fast & it looks FANTASTIC! They matched the paint perfectly and had reattached my license plate before I even asked, so the mechanics are just super amazing. Chris has been so kind and understanding thru it all, is honest, and seems to care about the customers over just making a buck---this in-turn will cause her & this shop to be very successful, because I am coming back here for more work and now have my place to take my car. She took the time to look over my car, and I was impressed with her knowledge and customer service---excellent!!! Just helps so much to have someone handling everything with the insurance company as well; couldnt have been easier for me. I am over the top happy and back on the road with my car! Give this lady a raise, Tony, shes a gem! Thanks SO much & see ya soon to fix my AC! :D

Tony’s has always given us fair quotes and labor estimates. They are transparent and their rates are competitive. I’ve taken three different cars to them over the years and I’m always satisfied.

I went with this shop despite the relatively high quote of $800 to paint and install one fender (which I supplied), based on a recommendation from my cousin and the pretty good reviews online. But wow, I had a bad experience!The one day job turned into 2.5 - which I cant really ding them for because they mismatched the paint the first time, and at least they went back to repaint it. What I am disappointed by is that they rushed to install the fender, and returned it to me with a 4.7 mm error in fender gap (yes I measured before after and between the two sides of the car). My understanding is that most body shops will hold a 1-3 mm tolerance. I asked this shop, and they said they dont define a tolerance (and they didnt notice that this one was way off). Not my kind of place.It took me an hour of arguing with them before they would even look at fixing it, and I heard several specific excuses for why the fender was not aligned - a bent mounting structure (which upon further investigation, does not actually exist on my car), unibody damage, etc.Since we couldnt make much progress on adjusting the fender, I eventually suggested that they just adjust the hood to even out the panel gap on the left/right of the car. They hadnt considered it, seeing as they didnt notice the issue until now. Since I remained so persistent, they grudgingly did this for me - which actually made a huge visual improvement.Anyways, the fact that they finally did something to fix the issue gives them two rather than one stars in my book, but it was a long, arduous process to get a half-decent product. Ive seen quotes in the $500 range for this $800 Tonys job, so I was expecting a lot better.

After I was rear-ended pretty badly, I took my car to Tonys. Obviously being in a car accident is an upsetting situation, but Tonys made it a lot easier for us. We barely had to talk to the insurance company because Tonys took care of almost all the communication with insurance. They said it would be about three weeks before we got our car back due to ordering parts and such (very understandable) but they completed the work in only 10 days! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Took my car into Tonys when it needed some front-end work. Quick assessment, worked with my insurance to get paid, called me promptly when done, stayed open late so I could pick it up, and the work was excellently performed. A month later and my car still looks, drives, and feels perfect. Thanks!

I brought my car to be serviced 30 minutes before Tonys Greenwood Auto Bodys was closing for MLK weekend. Not only did they show me precisely what was wrong by putting my car up on a lift, but also explained to me exactly which parts needed to be replaced, and how much it would cost. They worked overtime to fix my car the same day, and I was able to pick it up during off hours. I will definitely return.

My front bumper went over a high parking divider, in backing off the bumper was pulled lose. Tonys told me I needed a whole new bumper for $300. $300 more for painting and $300 more for labor. I took it to another shop they bought a $30 part and fixed the whole thing for less than $100. Told this guy about the $900 estimate, he said Theyre offering you what they want, not what you need.

Tony is great. Chris is great. They are honest and reasonable. I live in Black Diamond and still take my car to them.

From start to finish, he provided a quick and accurate estimate, was upfront about the length of time they would probably need to repair my vehicle, arranged for a rental car, provided prompt communication every step of the way, then was able to deliver my vehicle ahead of best estimates.
