I took our Corolla to dealership first and they wanted over 3k to do the axle work that our car needed. I took it to Matts and they did everything for $950. Excellent service and value. Take your car here first!

What I would tell a friend:Honest, communicative, super knowledgeable and extremely respectful of your money.Why:Came across them on a nextdoor thread about catalytic converter theft and how they installed someone’s guard a reasonable price. When I called them and told them I had a gen 3 Prius they informed me that gen 3s made improvements and it was relatively difficult to steal. I still got it installed for piece of mind but here they are giving me as much information as possible which could have potentially lost a sale.Why more:When I picked it up I asked about a small repair on my Subaru Outback that the dealership would have charged easily 500-800; they said A) they can do it but B) if I was semi handy I could do it myself and if I had problems I could CALL THEM FOR ADVICE! Unreal.I left and immediately called my wife to rave about these guys and how any future issue goes to them. Allen is awesome!! The crew is awesome (but I only got Allen’s name)I guess I can’t wait to see them again?

We worked with Matts Greenwood Auto at the Aurora location. We dropped off our Subaru Impreza and they were fantastic to work with. The coordinated with our insurance company and set us up with a temporary loaner car. They were also good with maintaining social distancing and following pandemic safe protocols. We will certainly be going back to Matts for any future work on our Subaru.

The HID headlight on my 07 Prius was out. Dealership and Midas charge over $400 to replace one bulb, other places in the neighborhood charged between $200 and $350. Apparently they remove the entire front bumper to do this. Matts did in 10 minutes flat and didnt even charge me for labor. And they were super nice! Kind of reinstates your belief in humanity... :-)

Had a pool of oil under my car in the morning. Had it towed to Matts Auto (first time customer, found them online) anticipating the usual treatment.However.... Matts on it quickly, despite my end of the week drop-off. The transmission fluid cooling circuit in the main radiator had broken. Needed a new radiator.For a pretty tedious job, the price was fair.Car was working again without the expected $3000 Subaru transmission replacement I had been dreading!An additional associated issue was dealt with super quickly at a drop in, at no cost.Staff interacted with me while I was waiting and seemed genuinely interested in the issue and the fix!After reading many, many, many online reviews of this business, I would have to side with folks giving this place great reviews!Thats coming from a jaded cynic too! Recommended.

I cant say enough about these guys. I have been taking my Prius to them since moving to Seattle. They are so honest.This week I took my 2013 prius to Toyota of Lake City for recall work and they wanted to replace the timing cover for $2,500. Good thing I took it to matts the day before and had the oil changed. Matts saved me probably $2500 by being honest. Toyota of Lake City actually told me my oil was low less than 24 hours after an oil change.

My second experience was just as good as my first. No pressure, down to earth, quick and extremely personable staff. Its a little hard to get on their calendar, but well worth it.

The team at Matt’s has been nothing less than incredible to my wife and me. They have absolutely won our business with a consistent combination of expertise and kindness. Unless we’re unable, Matt’s is the only place we’re going to take our cars.

Best auto repair shop Ive ever been to. Since Im a girl no shop takes me serioualy and is just out to take my money. This is the only shop Ive found that is honest with me and charges me fair prices. Ex: my brakes were about $750 here and pep boys was asking $2700.

I ran into Diva Espresso to get a drink but realized that I had locked my keys in my car. Seen Matts auto repair a couple businesses away and asked if they had any way to jimmy the lock. A guy grabs a couple things and proceeds to my car and unlocked it for free. I insisted he take at least 20$ because it saved me over 100$ to call a locksmith. Thanks for helping me get into my car.

This autocare place is one of the best ones I’ve been too. I got my first car almost a year ago and it’s a ‘97 toyota so it’s not perfect. And over the past year I’ve been to so many different auto care places to fix up all the little problems my car had. This time my car had malfunctioning auto windows, 3 of them stopped working. I brought it in to this shop, dropped it off with John. And the next day I picked it up and the problem was fixed easily with a fair price. My car also has an AC issue that other mechanics haven’t been able to completely figure out but John and his team were able to give me some more closure on what the actual problem could be which I deeply appreciate. I trust their judgement/insight and I will definitely do service with them again because knowing my oldie (but a goodie) car I will need it. Thanks Matt’s Auto Care!

Honest, fair, and quick. These guys do amazingly good work, will never try to sell you on a service you dont actually need, and are super flexible to get things done when you need them done. We just purchased a new (used) car, and specifically narrowed our search to makes that Matts works on so we could continue to take our vehicles there. Ive worked with many, many mechanics over the years and do what maintenance I can myself (oil changes, filter changes, etc.), and these guys are far and away the best Ive ever encountered. 6/5 stars - take your cars here.

Great, honest shop. I had my vehicle inspected here and they didnt try to upsell me on anything. They noted a few issues (struts starting to seep, as well as valve cover) but let me know that these items wouldnt be in need of repair for a few months. So far so good, so Im giving them 5 stars. Ill edit the review in the future as needed.

I was really bummed when my mechanic of 2 yrs closed his shop. I have trouble finding good mechanics, and, these guys are just as awesome as my last mechanic. Im thankful that I dont have to stress about finding honest people to work on my car. :)
