I purchased a Living Social deal to this place for a car detail, and I had a terrible experience. This place is only open Monday-Friday, so I had to bring it in during work hours to have it detailed. I thought that I could drop the car off and pick it up before they closed for the day, but I was informed that they are not a parking lot and that I can wait an hour for them to be done.So, I went across the street and waited an hour and a half for them to detail my car. When I returned to pick it up, I noticed that the garbage that they found in my car (Starburst wrappers, plastic water bottle, etc...) was placed on my seat instead of being thrown away. I also noticed that it wasnt up to my standard of clean -- which, to be fair, I had purchased a Living Social deal so I wasnt going to be too picky.I went in to get my keys and I was informed that I had to pay $2.86 for tax. I pulled out a $20 because I had no smaller bills and he informed me that he did not have change. I gave him my card, and he was not going to run it for that little of an amount. I was forced to go look for spare change in my car, because he would not accept my larger bill or a card for the tax.If a company does not want to honor a Living Social deal with respect, then they should not offer Living Social deals. Needless to say, I will never return to this shop as it wasted 2 hours of my day and I was treated with absolutely zero respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

There is no customer waiting area but some restaurants are nearby. Fast service. Everytime I have needed car service it had been same day or next day. Better than dealership service in my opinion.No frills, no upselling just the work needed at an affordable price. I did notice the tall man helping me (Michael I guess) spoke Russian, Mandarin and Spanish to detailers and shop mechanics while I was there.

Michael provides top level services at amazing values. He is a 100% honorable with all he does and his.customer service levels are top notch.

Grill and other key areas still had bugs, oily film was over interior and every plastic surface, didnt properly check under the seats. Save yourself the money and just do it yourself. These guys arent the real deal.
