Overall theyve always been a help to my family and friends over the years. Recently my friend didnt know what was going on with her tire pressure and they found a nail stuck in it thankfully.But as of recently this worker named, Danny (who also always wears a black cap), keeps trying to flirt with me whenever I am walking around. I am a local and a Minor, I also tell him everytime he asks! But he keeps trying to do it. Could someone please tell him to stop that? It is really creeping me out. Thank you.

This place is fast and efficient! The main guy (whom I believe is the owner) is honestly the best. He always is super nice and TRUSTWORTHY! They’ll always tell you exactly what is wrong with your car, no lies. DO NOT take your car to a car dealer, waste of time. Use this place hands down! You won’t be waiting longer than 3hours unless you have a big service. I needed my tire patched today, having a bad day, and they just MADE MY DAY. Came in with a screw in my tire. I thought I could get it patched but it was in the tire wall.i was told a 40 minute wait. They replaced it in 23 minutes. $110for a tire and labor.Just honest work.

They told me they are going to fix my car and leave the car with them. They had my car for 4 days but they call me after they close to tell me they don’t have key for tires therefore I had to take the car to dealership to make the key. When I asked him will my car be available by Tuesday he said no. What kind of service is that?. What was the reason my car was at their shop for 4 days if they weren’t fixing it. And why do I have to wait for another two days even though it wasn’t my fault. Very poor service. I asked him his manger he said he is the manager and the owner. It’s hard to deal with mechanic if they don’t have chain of command. Even though lots of people have good comments my experience is different. I believe time is important which they lock. They don’t think my time is valuable.

Estimates on anything wrong that they are equipped to do. I feel like they dont jerk you around or just tell you anything because youre a female! They are always nice and friendly. Being new to the area, I needed to get an oil change in my car, and this business popped up in my search. We went in based on others reviews and were very happy and satisfied with the help and service we received. They took my car as a walk-in, explained the options clearly along with their prices beforehand, and had suitable seating for COVID safety measures. The technician working on my car noticed I have a small/slow oil leak in my newer vehicle. They advised we should take it to the dealership as its still under warranty to have inspected. I greatly appreciated that they pointed that out to us and told us exactly what we should do. Throughout our time there, all staff was friendly, personable, and helpful. Id even say they went above and beyond my expectations. We will definitely go back when we need their services again. I highly recommend Express Tires and Auto Services to anyone else needing an oil change or new tires/tire repair. This experience was way more friendly than any Ive received at a run-of-the-mill chain oil change or auto repair shop.

Quick and friendly service! After one of my tires blew out, I was able to get it replaced the same day I came in. Appreciate the hard work the crew put in on hot summer day to get me back on the road.

Professional, friendly, and actively tried to save me money! Sunday, had a flat, called in, and they said they were open and it would cost $20 for a tire change + $77 for a tire. When I got there, they just took a look at the screw in my tire, pulled it out, patched up the tire, and charged me $16. I asked about replacing the tire, but they said they could do it, but told me the tire repair should be good. So I saved $80 and drove off with a fixed tire. People there didnt treat me like I didnt know anything about cars, and were very patient. Highly recommended!

I was looking to install new tires on my Outback in preparation for winter. I got quotes from a few other places, but they were either charging too much or had a long wait. I stopped in at Express Tires and Auto as I was passing by, and they had the right tires in stock and they would be able to mount them same day for MUCH cheaper.Anourath helped me out, and he was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I let him know that I was planning to replace my brakes myself, and he gave me some valuable advice on the best parts and shops nearby.My car was ready in a few hours, and when I came back they put it back up on the lift to show me some issues with the exhaust and recommend some inexpensive ways to fix it.If you are looking for a friendly, reasonable, and fast shop - this is the one. The customer service was excellent, and they are very trustworthy. I will definitely be going back here for tires and other service from now on.

Had been getting a flat tire and warning light over and over. Called and they said drop by. Dropped by and they took a look right away. After less than 10 minutes, they said they had found a screw in the tire, removed it, patched it (good for the life of the tire), $16. Done! And the owner/person at the counter was friendly and chatty. Everything just as I needed: friendly, quick, simple, inexpensive, quality.

Got quotes from many places and they’re pricing if fair. They were very friendly, in a down-to-earth, talking to a friend or family member kind of way. They checked in and even sent me pictures of my car brakes before changing them. I got brakes, rotors, and and oil change and they were very accurate in how long it would take to get it done. There was no surprises, they didn’t try to up charge me or tell me a bunch of things were wrong with my car. It was a quick and easy process. I have no complaints from my experience.I heard about them from my sister that also had a good experience with them. I will definitely go back to them for other services or when it comes time for the same services I had done this time.

This is a great place to go for tire repairs or replacements. Professional, good value, and relatively quick with tire repairs or replacements, like 1 or 2 hours, when in some other garages, you may have to wait half or all day. They live up to their name Express. My first tire couldnt be saved after it started leaking. They took the time to explain my options and costs, rather than try to sell me the most expensive tire right away. Two and half years later, a leak in that same tire sent me back there. There was a nail in the tread, but it could be repaired. Because I bought this particular tire from them, it had a life time warranty for repairs, which they honored. So, the price was free, the nice price. They also do other kinds of car repair there, but youd have to inquire. I would also add that the Vietnamese American owner? manager? speaks English well and was actually giving me advice on what qualities to look for in a potential spouse. He gave service a kind of nice community neighbor touch you dont always see in many businesses. That was 2 years ago, and Im not sure if hes there anymore, but support small business if you can.

Having a local neighborhood service shop like Express Tires is a real treasure. I just dropped my RAV4 off for an oil change and they had it turned around in an hour! Always reliable, always honest, they have talked me out of repairs...weird, I know. They have worked on my Toyota RAV, Ford F150, and my wifes fancy Volvo. I would recommend them to anyone!

Brought my car in to get tires mounted. Anourath (owner) took it upon himself to clean and polish my wheels and even removed some old scratches just because he wanted the car to look extra nice and supposedlyhad some time on his hands. I cannot speak highly enough of this business and am definitely a happy customer. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days but this surely is one.

I brought my car in thinking that I needed to replace one of my belts and to get an oil change. They let me know that the belt was just a bit worn on the sides, but still had life left and let me decide if I wanted to get it changed. I decided to leave it alone for the time being and they told me what to keep an eye out for so I knew when it was time to change my belts. I ended up just getting the oil changed which was super quick. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they didnt try to up-sell me. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I had an excellent experience this weekend at Express Tires and Auto Services. I had a tire blowout, and came in without an appointment on Sunday afternoon, expecting that I would have to wait for awhile. That was not the case at all. The guys at Express took a look at my tire immediately. Even though my tire was irreparable, they gave me helpful advice about replacing it. They were kind and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I felt well taken care of. I had a new tire within 15 minutes of arrival! I highly recommend this place.

This place is fantastic. Walking in for the first time I braced myself for what inevitably happens when a woman walks into a mechanic, being either brushed off or spoken to like you’ve never heard of anything related to a car before. I was so delightfully surprised when I was greeted by friendly and competent staff, who spoke to me like I was as competent as anyone else in the place (I did happen to be the only woman.) They were super fast and fairly priced. I will definitely keep coming back.

My tire popped on the highway and was in need of a new wheel, I called every tire place around to see if they had my specific wheel and no one had it, only express tires had the wheel and told me I could come in day of to get the tire replaced, i was in and out of there in a matter of minutes. the staff were friendly and took care of the job will be coming here more often.

Best tire repair service hands down. I had the tire off the car, asked how long will it take to fix the tire (nail in it). Guy calls someone in the back, they take the tire...10 minutes later, Im headed down the road for $15+ tax! My first stop was Firestone about 1/2 mi down the street. They wanted $40+ and I had to leave my tire and they may or may not get to it. Now I know where I will go from now on

I’m always having bad luck with my tires, so have used this place a lot to replace them. Despite being worried that places like this (auto places) will try to take advantage of me, this place never has. They’ve always given me fair prices, quick service, and do good work. I always have a good experience here. Ive been coming here for a couple of years now and Danny and his crew always takes care of us in a prompt and professional manner. They also get major points for being open on the weekends. He can usually get you in and out for an oil change in less than a half hour. Theres a waiting area with free coffee and TV to keep you entertained. Its also a quick walk to Rainier Ave if you dont want to wait. I usually walk down to the Columbia Bakery or PCC. The services are reasonably priced as well.

I called and they gave me prices but when I got there it was way more than what they said. On top of that the man at the front desk was unfriendly.

Came in 3pm on the Sunday before New Years Day with a damaged side wall. Firestone up the street told me maybe 6pm but probably tomorrow. Saw this place while heading there. TL;DR Go to these folks for tire repairs and oil changes, but maybe not for anything else. I got quoted for an expensive repair, but got a second opinion and found out they were wrong and the actual repair was much cheaper.Details: Ive had mixed experiences here. Firstly, when Ive taken my car in for a routine oil change theyve never tried to upsell me products or services I dont need. They also work pretty quickly and are polite. However, I was recently having some issues with my car when starting up. It was taking a while to catch and it seemed like a battery issue to me (having accidentally left my lights on too many times Im pretty familiar with how a weak battery acts). I wasnt sure though, so I took it to Express Tires because I had good service in the past. They were able to look at it quickly, which I appreciated. BUT, they told me it was the alternator and that it would cost $500 to repair. I pushed back a bit because Ive had an alternator go out on me before and this just didnt seem like an alternator problem. The person chatting with me wasnt the mechanic and so he couldnt really answer my questions beyond saying we measured everything and your battery is fine but your alternator is not. He pointed the mechanic out behind me and the mechanic didnt really seem like he wanted to chat (but to be fair he may not have heard our convo and realized what was happening). Anyway, I was pretty skeptical so I decided to get a second opinion. Turns out it was just the battery. I got it replaced and now its running fine. So big expense avoided there. I dont know if they were incompetent or were just lying, but either way, I dont recommend going to this place for anything beyond oil and tires.I will say that they were very polite through out this, but they werent really engaging my questions, and I find that a reluctance to explain the car issue in depth can be a red flag mechanics. If your mechanic wont engage with you and have a conversation with you about what is wrong with your car before making an expensive repair, go somewhere else.

I’ve grown up driving by this place, but in February I needed a nail repair fast, and within $20. So, I could return to the road to make more money. Everyone said they had a wait, and it would be $25+.This place saved me. $15 to start the first tire, and a deal for any other tires that have nails or whatever. Express had me patched up, and on the road in 15 minutes for 1 nail, with other projects going on around them. Express indeed. Will use again. Actually using now. They just told me the one nail I saw, was accompanied by 3 others that I thought were just wire pieces from the road. They’re still my best option in Seattle. Next. An oil change!
