Friendly, honest, and helpful service. Im used to having to be a bit on guard when taking my vehicle to the mechanic, but not with this shop. The manager is super helpful, honest, and upfront with what work needs done, why, and how much it will costs. I have an old car that is in bad shape, and when inspecting it he was very honest about safety issues he saw, and what options there were to resolve them. This is a small busy shop, but you will get quality service by people who genuinely care about their customers.

Brought my old corolla in for a regular service a few weeks ago. Honestly this is one of THE BEST automotive repair shops I have EVER used. Cedar was exceptionally polite and professional. He was 110% transparent about the repairs needed for my manual car and even beat another quote by $400! The other repair shop was about to drain my wallet on fees that even he said made no sense. If youre looking for someone who is going to be upfront and not upsell you OR add ridiculous fees this is definitely the place to go. Ask for Cedar! Tell him Lauren sent you!

Took my Fusion in awhile back to get regular maintenance done. Cedar called me and let me know that they found an issue with the driveshaft throwing grease during the inspection. Was upfront and transparent about my options for replacing it since it was likely to be more than the value of my car. Since everything else looked fine and it seemed like I just got a lemon from Ford, we agreed to replace the part. Instead of simply going with a replacement from Ford, Cedar went to work looking for good quality replacements that were cheaper and saved me a few hundred bucks as well as a big headache.The repairs were completed ahead of schedule and for less than I was quoted. What more could I ask for? Cedar, you rock!

Best mechanic Ive ever been to! My car drives just as good as the day I got it now. Cedar was super friendly and spent the time to walk over the estimate in detail with me and even show me the worn/broken parts they replaced. The prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend if you need repairs in Ballard!!

Brought my 1993 Toyota pickup in to have a head gasket replaced and some other issues. After getting it back I was amazed how good it runs they did a great job and I will definitely be returning for routine maintenance and oil changes.
