Weve been here for about 4 months now and have loved every minute of it. The team was incredibly accommodating and helpful while moving in sending us courtesy reminders on needed paper work and made moving in seamless. The units are spacious and for the most part, pretty sound proof for an older building (single pane windows). The amenities are incredible and they keep them in working order and perfectly staged. The pool / patio area looks like its cleaned hourly - always propane for grilling. They just installed a latte machine downstairs thats always clean and loaded with fresh beans. I could go on. Theres an eclectic vibe about this apartment, a little old, a little new. The location is choice too. ~One minute from hwy access, minutes from local bars / restaurants / about 23 minutes from the airport. A great pull in area for loading and unloading. Someone is almost always available at the front desk which just provides peace of mind. They seem to be on it with packages too as packages always went missing at our old apartment but we get the locker alerts here and havent missed a single delivery yet. We get pretty frequent community updates from the management team which is great as well. They also put on a couple community events every so often which is cool to see as well - you can tell the team here strives to make it an overall positive experience for everyone that resides. I legit have little to complain about - Ive been renting for over 10 years and to date this has been the best apartment experience overall. Seems like a lot of the negative Google reviews are based on old management that from what I can tell has been since rectified. 5/5. Great views day and night.

This has been my favorite apartment since moving here in 2014. The apartments are huge especially compared to all the new buildings going up in Seattle. Im within walking distance of grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals, bars, restaurants and tons of public transportation. The amenities are always clean and in good order and Ive never had to wait if I wanted to reserve one for a party. The office staff is always helpful and informed and go above and beyond to make sure Ive got everything I could possibly want. If there was anything I could complain about its that we have had a problem with the fire alarms going off but truthfully the office staff and on site staff handled it so quickly and efficiently that it wasnt really that big of a inconvenience all in all this is a great place to live

Shady building management who push illegal practices with tenants. Units were nicely remodeled but it’s been a few years and repairs are often cosmetic versus remedied, and things break often. When I moved out they tried to charge me full rent for the 10 days of the month my lease went through. The pool access is not worth dealing with thus building.

Extremely professional team comprising Michael, Michael and Breanne. Michael and Michael are super supportive and willing to help you out .for any small queries you have. Sean is the maintenance person who ensured our unit was well attended to. He personally ensured that expectations are set around the heaters and delivered a stand alone heater at my home. Heating system is old and they are changing it. Panorama has one of the best balconies that I have come across around and we are enjoying the view from here. My two dogs love the company they have.. this is a pet friendly community so that is a huge bonus.

We had the fire alarm go off two times in 24 hours in the middle of the night. These turned out to not be attributed to fires, but a faulty sprinkler system. The funniest bit was watching the Firemen come in with a groan since they knew this was a false alarm.I know that Panorama advertises themselves to have a lot of amenities, but the basic amenity of sleep is missing. The heating systems are pretty weak too -- youll have to buy your own heater. Also, no air-conditioning for the summer. This is not worth the $5,000 that I pay every month.

I would give 5 star for the apartment itself. Great location, great view and amenities. However, the new owner and management team are professional and friendly but not efficient. Would come back if theres a new owner or management.

I have been living here since Nov 2017 and there is no heating in my apartment. When i came looking for the apt the management was very nice to me but after i signed the lease and figured that the heater is not working they havent done anything until now. I have wear thermals at home all the time and keep the windows closed to keep myself warm. I cant believe something like this can happen. If I fall sick due to cold, i will take very serious action against Panorama.

I worked here with previous owners and I was very happy with them but the new owners(existing) they wants me to stay but to drop my wage by $6 less per hour, can you imagine that? The old owners had the apartments rent a lot less then the new owners and they could still afford to pay me !!!Conclusion: They want to charge people more for rent but to pay less for their employees!!!!

I enjoyed living here but the property management team is laughably bad. I took over a lease with my roommate. I was added to the call box 6 months after living there, had to request a mail key and a new fob that was abruptly shut off, and received no notifications by any channel of communication. Somewhat petty until you consider they dinged us for over $500 after our lease ended to cover normal wear and tear; painting of the walls and to clean the balcony. I received no notification. Meanwhile my roommate was asking for details on the charges, didnt receive them until a day before payment was due, and was ultimately sent to collections! Terrible, inconsiderate business practices.

I left because of the bed-bugs.No amount of Ikea Cabinets and Home Depot tile is going to gloss over that hell.Oh and did I mention that youll probably be stuck with the same crappy heating system, probably the same windows that might as well be mold farms with all the condensation that leaches through them.Great views, great location, but theres a lot of that in Seattle right now in buildings that arent 50 years old.How many times did the garage get broken into....?

I am a current tenant at the Panorama Apartments and Ive got more than a few good things to say about this place, its management and maintenance team, and the community who lives here alongside. When looking for an apartment, I was seeking out something in the area that stood out as special. For a few weeks, I explored my options in Capitol Hill, First Hill, and Belltown, and by an amazing stroke of chance I came to the doorstep of Panorama.Immediately I called, and the building manager, Ivone, gave my roommate and I a tour of the building. This tour included every amenity they offer: the very stylish common areas, heated pool, full gym, bicycle storage, Amazon Locker-style delivery system, and the inside of several apartments; some with a five-star view of Lake Union and others with a cozy view of University Street and neighboring areas. We left with the sense that this is a building where good people are working to get good tenants, and now as a tenant I have exactly the same feeling as when I left here.In fact, being here and experiencing first-hand the quality of their service as a management team and the readiness they have to answer any question and solve any problem, I can say that my opinion of Panorama Apartments has even grown better. I will choose to live here as long as I remain in Seattle. The price of living in the Panorama Apartment community is not unreasonable by any regard. It is a luxury apartment complex, with several fantastic amenities and sweeping views of the Seattle area, with an amazing team keeping it running, and for everything that is offered, their price point is reasonable and comparable to the other housing options offered in the First Hill neighborhood area. Please, readers, disregard hurtful words directed at any establishment on Googles review system. They are written typically by individuals who are hurting, or hoping to create a hurtful situation for the establishment. If a luxury apartment complex is not in your interest or your budget range, it is still an act of disrespect to scorn those who wish to live this lifestyle. For those who are reading this with the desire to find a new home, give Panorama a try. Hope to see you here, neighbor!

Making money at the expense of others is not only cruel, it is inhumane. I hope your children and family know what kind of person you are by throwing elderly out in the streets so you can make money You cant just wait and remodel as people move out on their own or pass away,, you have to get the money now and let nothing stand in your way Would you throw your own parents out too-I bet you would if it were for a profit.

I was assaulted by the renter of a Uhaul van (who lives here) in front of the Starbucks on olive and a few minutes later that I followed him as I was calling the police he punched me in the garage of Panorama apartments and snatched my phone. The manager (confirmed identity by the cops) was leaving his car and I asked him to call 911 and the guy came back running and yelling at the guy helping me and asking what was wrong with him and why the %#@& he was helping me. The manager immediately told me he had to hang up and more that I’m sure you already know. First of all no one should feel unsafe anywhere, no one should deny assistance to a victim and no one should turn their back on a woman you clearly see in distress and crying who is telling you she was kicked, punched and her phone was stolen by your very tenant.Your manager and tenants are a reflection of the kind of place and people you have here.

PRIOR to the apartment staff of 12/01/2018 They were EXCEPTIONALLY great. The new staff here whose names include Tori Larson, NIKIKI krum, Diana, and Anthony, these guys are ALL crooks and EXTREMELY sneaky! I wont recommend this place to ANYONE and Ill let anyone in the future know about this Crooked place. DONT RENT FROM THEM THEYRE CROOKS! THEY also have a PENDING lawsuit due to ILLEGAL home activities and false allegations spread about tenants! This place is disgraceful to say the LEAST. Glad I left. Good luck tenants and future tenants!

Management is very poor. We went without hot water in our kitchen for 3 months with no compensation. We had to boil water to sanitize dishes because our dishwasher wasn’t getting hot water either. You pay over 12 thousand dollars in three months for rent and they can’t fix the hot water? They reel people in with the amenities but then halfway through the year they are either broken, not working, or you get charged additionally to use them. To top it off, single pane windows which means water leaks into your apartment and causes mold which management tells you to just wipe off. Such a rip-off.Update: Panorama has withheld our overpaid rent for over 35 days. We will be taking legal action.
