Mai and her team were absolutely amazing while we worked with them on water damage clean up in our rental. Elevated was quick to come and place the appropriate equipment to expedite the drying process.They came by once a day and constantly kept us in the loop so we were aware of whole situation. Excellent communication even when they werent on site. I hadn’t heard of ElevateER until I needed help desperately when sewage backed up in my apartment, causing flooding, ruined carpets and cabinets as well as mold. It also seeped down to the apartment below mine causing similar damage. ElevatedER came in, led by the wonderful, very professional Mai Vu, and made my home look like new. She also repaired the downstairs apartment. She and her company checked in with me constantly to keep me apprised of their progress. Their prices were more than fair and they did the work on time. Mai even helped me get everything I was owed from the insurance company, contacting them and advocating for a speedy reimbursement, which they then did due to her persistence. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and Mai. I would use them and will use them for any future problems I might encounter. Try them you won’t be sorry.

They answered all of my questions and checked in with me frequently to ensure I knew the process and that everything was on track. My mold remediation was complete in a timely fashion and we got the all clear. This team is top-notch, highly recommended!

Elevated is always ready to act immediately. They are quick to assess the problem and get the water under control. Had two very good experiences with them at potentially catastrophic water leaks, one late at night. If they had not acted so quickly, the repair cost would have been double.
