Quoted me through texts and pictures and were out the next day to remove my citrus tree. They did a good job, cleaned up well and the price was competitive and reasonable. I will use them again in the future for trimming and removals.

Came out on the day they said they would for the quote. Worked with me on pricing. Had some problems with scheduling though, due to Covid. I understood that. They reached out to me to address my concerns and the guy who worked on the trees did an awesome job. 4 trees really overgrown look beautiful now.

Tree Removal Phoenix really helped us out. They were one of the first companies out and when their price matched another companys price... they then offered to beat it. In addition they got the job done with 24 hours notice. Their guys did a really good job removing 2 trees for us. The trees were in a tight side yard, but they were very careful with the house and wall and AC units. They cleaned up their mess and did exactly as we requested. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. Their price was REALLY good and I am grateful as well for their advice regarding our particular situation. Give them an opportunity to bid on your tree needs and theyll probably beat anyones price. It was nice to pay a fair price and get good service tool! On top of that, the guys (Mark, Steve, and Brian) are all really nice people which is always appreciated in my book.

We had a crazy monsoon storm last night that broke a huge branch off of our tree on the side of our home. We needed it cut into pieces to get part of it off of the roof and they came out in the middle of the night to do that for us! When I first call Mark, I knew I made a good choice. He was very polite and professional. His crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were very meticulous about how they removed my dead tree, which had blown over onto the fence and on the neighbors roof. They took their time to ensure no damage occurred during the removal. Afterwards, they completely cleaned up the area around the tree and my neighbors yard. When they were done, I couldnt even tell I had a tree that had blown over, nor could my neighbor. Great company. They did a great job trimming a large mesquite tree in my backyard. I had them remove a few large limbs that were shading the grass. They also thinned out the rest of the tree nicely. They came out just a few days after I called and had everything done and cleaned up quickly.

Company did an excellent job on two projects -one taking out a large tree and two trimming/shaping a large Palo Verde tree. Workers were thoughtful, respectful and cleaned up the areas before leaving the two locations. Price for the work was fair and the follow-up was good.

Called & set up an estimate for last Saturday. 10 to 11AM they said. Straight ghosted me. Never showed up, never called, nothing. I called Saturday around 1230PM & left a message asking essentially, whats up? Never called me back. Take that for what it is. I have a different company coming for an estimate this Tuesday.

Great job removing the palo verde tree from my front yard and the price was equal to or lower than 4 other estimates. Appointment was same day and I came home to a fantastic clean up with no traces of the old tree. Definitely a 5 star service!!

Tree Removal Phoenix came out the same day I called and gave me a quote. The very next day two young men arrived first thing in the morning. They went right to work, first moving a glass topped table & chairs so they wouldn’t get bumped. They also remembered to put them back when the job was complete! They worked quickly and efficiently and were very polite. They removed two Paolo Verde trees, roots & all, two very large dead ocotillo and a small greasewood bush. I had multiple palm trees with several years of dead palms hanging unattractively in both the front and back yard. Way too high up there to trim by an amateur, the Pros at Tree Removal Phoenix scaled my treacherous, skyscraper-like palms and restored their beauty. These guys took away all the strangling branches from the trees adjacent to the house that where brushing up against it. The trees look amazing at my house and I owe that to the guys at Tree Removal Phoenix. 5 Stars!

This company suffered a power outage and they were not getting my calls. As soon as they got back to me, they offered to come out the same day to provide a quote, which is better than most other companies I have called. I have not received a quote yet or done any business, but I wanted to update my review since it was unfair to rate them based on them not getting back to me. Will update again if I use them for tree removal.

I live in North Dakota and have a winter home in Arizona. My neighbor called me to say the tree in my front yard had blown over in the recent high winds. I had never used a tree service before so I went online and found this company. Steve took care of me. Within 24 hours the tree was gone and all cleaned up.
