Did a walkthrough with Jose for a couple locations but NEVER heard back about moving forward and paying a deposit on a store front. I tried emailing several times, including the day of and the day after the look through wanting to make offers/sign papers but was ignored. This is weeks later now with absolutely no follow up. Very poor customer service and I will most definitely be taking my money elsewhere.

I was working with TJ to find a location for my growing business and it is clear they do not care about customer service. Getting follow up as committed was near impossible. I do not recommend these agents.
