Our business rented 2 office suites here for several years until our business was acquired, requiring us to move. The office is clean, well stocked, and well maintained. We had use of the conference room. There is a kitchen and reception area. The management is polite and responsive. The location great- right off the highway. There are several nearby restaurants. Parking is easy and covered parking is offered.
As a small business owner one of the most important things to my growing business is professional and flexible office space. I have been here for 3 years and has taken my business from just me to several staff members. They have been great to work with and unlike the big box executive suites there are not 100 businesses running around and I dont need to pay for a bunch of things I will never use. I would recommend this for any small business looking for great flexible space, with a quiet environment.
This was a perfect choice for us. Right off the 101 on Raintree Dr.. Easy access to everywhere. My company leased a large multi-person office from Paragon Executives Suites for nearly 4 and half years until we moved our business to a different part of town. The facility is well maintained and very professional. The manager is friendly and was responsive to all our needs. Lease included complimentary internet and conference room. Great rates, great location, great management - what more can I say. Sorry to leave.
