Such a beautiful and friendly salon! I came here for my birthday nails (first ever visit) and they did an amazing job! They even changed it up for me when I changed my mind 1/4 of the way thru. They stayed late to finish my nail designs for my birthday and I’ve gotten SO many compliments, I have been referring this salon left and right! It was comfy, cute and clean - 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Wish I lived closer but I drive out here just to get a good dip nail! They are helpful and very kind. I asked for a different kind of color scheme and they not only made it work, they came out so beautiful and unique. Prices are perfect for the job and quality. It’s all good work!

My sister and I were traveling through Scottsdale with a need for a mani/pedi and no idea where to go. She found Scottsdale Nails 1 online. When we walked out of there after our services, the first words out of both of us were, “That was the best mani/pedi I’ve ever had!” We are from two different places on the East Coast, so that is saying a lot. Great price, courteous and attentive service.

Not my favorite. Felt rushed and when I asked for a little glitter she told me no and to wait for next time and “that it will be cheaper”… um I don’t care how much it costs that’s why I’m here. SMH very disappointed.

Since the nail salons are closed in California, I had a friend fly me to Scottsdale in his private airplane to get my nails done and this was such a wonderful experience, they adhered to ALL CDC guidelines I had a wonderful gentleman take his time and put a full set of acrylics on and they look absolutely gorgeous, the price was right,; best money I ever spent. Now my problem is how am I going to go back for nail fill every 3 weeks? Clearly, I would highly recommend Scottsdale Nails to anyone -you won’t be disappointed - the ambience in the salon is also quite beautiful and tranquil.

Ken is THE BEST for a gel manicure. Very even nails, and they look “natural” with not too much polish on top! SN1 is also doing a great job working through Co19 with screens and masks. Highly recommend!

Had my gel/manicure done with Tran and shes super sweet and amazing! She seriously cleaned my cuticles so good and she painted my polish on so perfect. No bubbles or lint at all in my gel. Everyone here is nice. Will definitely come back when in town.

Have gotten a manicure and pedicure a few times in the past. First time coming here and It was an okay experience. Quality of my gel manicure was not phenomenal. Corners were not cleanly done (like the past ones I have had) or were chipped. Noticed today on my left thumb I have a glob of clear nail polish at the end that was not smoothed out. Also was not impressed with my pedicure. Toenails were cut unevenly (slanted up or down). I only gave 3 stars because they all were very nice technicians and tried to fix the sections I was not happy with.

When a customer asks twice to have their nails trimmed more because they prefer short nails. Lose the attitude-filled response about how short YOU think they are and do what is being asked and what you are being paid for. Now I will have spent $ to go home and cut my own nails! Not to mention the painful cuticle pushing and filing of my flipping skin!

I love getting my nails done here! Jenny does my manicures and Lee does my pedicures! They are so gentle and very talented! It’s a great place to go when we are in Scottsdale.

I will not get my gel manicure or pedicures anywhere else. Everyone is friendly every time and always does an amazing job. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this salon to anyone in the area.

I have been going to Scottsdale Nails for over 5 years and absolutely recommend it. They do an excellent job every single time, the place is immaculate, prices are affordable and everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly. I always bring my friends and family here and they all have had excellent service every time. I highly recommend it. I have gone to many nail salons in AZ and this is by far the very best.

I am a nail tech by trade and a RN as my career and I must say that Tom and Lena know what quality and precision is all about when it comes to nails. I got a full set acrylic with Lena. It has been one of the best sets Ive had in years! Almost 3 weeks old and they still look like new! Several of my co-workers go here and it this place rave reviews. After shopping around I am so happy to find a new reliable salon.

Came here for the first time and was very disappointed.. I will not name the individual but she did a whack job of my pedicure. She cut a hole in my toe that got infected, my nails were not straight or the same length and she did not do anything with my feet as in taking the dead skin off. She spent more time rubbing legs than anything. I dont understand how they have a 4.7 rating.. Will never go back.

Was a walk in client, i waited for awhile with my feet soaking for about 15 minutes, until finally someone started working on my toes. he definitely was not experienced... he looked at the tools as if it was the first time he’s used them, he barley scrubbed my feet, and had no clue how to cut the cutical.. it hurt. The message was horrible. I felt as if they had givin me someone that wasn’t even supposed to be doing nails. i left before he started polishing. Most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had.

This is one of the absolute worst nail salons I have ever been to and will never visit this establishment again. I expected the quality of this nail salon to match up to its location but it surely did not. This is the very first online review I have ever posted and it is because I am extremely dissatisfied and feel Scottsdale Nails is a terrible business whos employees dont care about the health and safety of their customers. During my full set of acrylics the nail tech cut me multiple times very deeply and laughed at me one of the times. I asked for a refund on my acrylics (not the tip I gave or the pedicure I received but only the $45 I spent on the botched full set) and they refused me. I brought in a friend with me and they botched her pedicure as well and didnt even trim her cuticle or nails although we paid for a spa pedicure. Over all we had a terrible experience here as far as the quality of service we were given and I would never recommend ANYONE ever get their nails done at Scottsdale Nails.
