My experience is always wonderful at diva nails. It is a comfortable, relaxing professional atmosphere. The pricing is reasonable. Sue takes care with everything she does and is such a lovely person.I will be a customer for life. I highly recommend it

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I made an appointment for 6:15 over the phone, and they confirmed it. I came to Diva Nails right at 6:13, and the first red flag was that I was given no time to pick a color for SNS dip. The male employee who did my nails grabbed one of my hands the second I sat down and started aggressively and quickly scuffing them, so I only had one hand to look through the colors. The entire process was extremely rushed and aggressive. He didn’t even file/shape my nails before starting the dip process. He would throw my hand down each time he was done with that hand. It was the least relaxing “manicure” - he did my nails so quickly that he didn’t even fix my cuticles first - he did that AFTER the nails were done, just barely around the sides. He was extremely rude and at the end of his rushed “manicure” he rudely said “Come earlier next time.” The clock said about 6:35, and they close at 7. I said “I made an appointment and you close at 7.” He said “yeah but we leave early.” Insanely unprofessional, rushed and horrible customer service the entire time. I shouldn’t have tipped but I’ll definitely never go back here. I highly encourage you to avoid this place.

I went there about 3 and a half weeks ago to get an acrylic set, they were beautiful done and lasted me 3 and a half weeks. Ofc I couldn’t get a fill I was out of town but the full set lasted moving boxes, volleyball and climbing. I got a medium length of acrylics! I highly recommend and will go back again 💕

My daughter and I came here for a pedicure together as a treat. She had a wonderful treatment with Sue, but I had half focused treatment with a guy that had died blond hair on top. He was more interested in what was going on in the shop and more interested in his phone. It really took away from my pedicure experience.I had waited a long time for this and was disappointed of the experience I had.

Tracy,Tina, BAO, and there is one other woman I didnt get her name! They are great. I had to find a new nail place since my nail tech left and not sure where she went its so hard to find good nail techs I would recommend BAO. Tracy is amazing with toes and waxing. Tinas very friendly great customer service I will definitely continue to use them

If I could give one star I would. I got a set of SNS dip nails with tips and 10 minutes after I left 2 of the broke off in my car. The way they were done were very thin, and the dip nails need to be done thicker so they don’t break. I didn’t even hit them on anything. When I came back to let them know to get them redone they looked at me like I had 3 heads and made me feel very uncomfortable, like they were annoyed I was there and were judging me. They told me they didn’t have any spots open, but they were accepting walk in’s. Not only that, but I had a coupon to use when paying which they didn’t accept even though it was not expired. Never going back.

Most of employees are nice and the salon is nice and clean. However, this gel manicure in is my top 3 worst manicures. My nails aren’t filed evenly, the gel is piled up and uneven, and it’s all over my cuticles (which weren’t cut back properly). The gentleman was rushing and wasn’t neat at all. Three stars is generous. I won’t be going back.

Dont book an appt online. You will get an auto generated confirmation and they will have no idea who you are when u arrive, let alone the other 7 people I booked appts for since we were a wedding party. They were very nice and did accomodate all of us as walkins but irt was kind of embarrasing when others in my party arrived before me and.no idea what they were talking about.

You can’t go wrong here. I’ve had multiple nail techs and they’re all spot on. I’m very indecisive and they always help. Eyebrows are great too & their lashes are always incredible looking. 10/10 will not go anywhere else

This is my 3rd time visiting this shop. The first time they were perfect and I left a $40 tip. The second time they did my $100 pedicure at the same time I as my gel manicure, which I found to be rude and not at all relaxing. The third visit I Just left with square nails (if you can even call them that) that are supposed to be coffin .. I leave for Chicago tomorrow and I look like I did my own nails. The man told me they “don’t look any different than coffin” but they were done with square tips not coffin tips. I’m

I just got my nails done and not even 15mins after one broke off. Then my friend got someone who just kept filing her nails and then stopped to do his own, she also asked for gold leaf and they told her yes they have it and and ended up brining out greenish gold circle glitter.

I was just in Scottsdale for the day & this place was close to my hotel, so took the hotel shuttle over when they opened. They were so awesome - just walked in with no appointment & got the standard pedicure. But the lady who did mine was SO nice & came up with a custom color at no extra charge to match my nails. And the standard pedicure included a massage, hot stones & peppermint oil! If youre in the area, check this place out.

I dont know how they do it but my nails look better and last longer when they do them, seriously. And the same is true of my eyelashes. Fantastic staff - Fun, cute, adorable. Beautiful salon. I cant say enough nice true things.

Front desk girl was nice. Everyone else made a big deal about me asking for hombre, seemed as though nobody knew how to do it so I said fine to just do one all over nail color. Then guy starts electric filing down my old gel and going way too far down on my already thin nails. I had to yank my hand away 3 times on the first nail it hurt so bad! When I asked if they could wrap in foil first, he said no and started yelling at me! He had only filed 3 nails before I got up and walked out. My hand stunk like his overpowering cologne even after washing them twice! NEVER GOING BACK HERE! Should have taken a hint when I walked in there in the middle of a weekend day and nobody else was in there! (Always a bad sign) save your nails and money and go somewhere else!

I went here and got the upgraded pedicure and gel nails. I spend $80 as I got to my car I realized that they didnt even shape my toe nails evenly, I do have super small nails but it was Chopped uneven please refer to picture..Anyways, on top of that I believe the since I got the upgraded pedicure with the wax treatment it caused my toe nails to not take to the finger nail polish and make them really gooey. I went in and I am currently trying to have them fix it . As for my gel nails I have many hairs under the gel part and the French tips do not even go from side to side. Please again refer to picture. I have been coming to this salon since it opened and I LOVE IT! The staff is super friendly and I am particularly fond of Karyn. She is friendly, kind and fun to talk to. Too many choices in this industry to go here. Always changing your appointment time. You can be pulling in the lot and they will call and try to move you. But try to change your time or cancel and they freak out on you. Find an alternative. This one is a joke.

Diva Nails Greenway is an incredible experience. The salon is new, super clean, bright fresh and glamorous. I had an amazing mani pedi by Kim. She did my nails exactly how I like them, which is super square! The variety of shellac nail colors is unbelievable. I get my lashes done by Cindy, the owner. She is by far the best in town to get eyelash extensions from. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a top notch experience from nails, to lashes to microblading!
