This is an amazing place with possibly the best people you could ever meet. Wynn, the owner, is absolutely amazing and helps to push you to better yourself while also making sure you dont push too far. He holds an amazing program for teens at his gym that I got to join. Meeting the people here are definitely something out of this world that you cant find no where else. If youre looking for a small gym with a good community of people this is the place for you

I have been working out here with Wynn (the owner) for over 6 years now.I never expected to find a non-big box gym to workout at that Id love as much as I do the Danger Room. The difference is the owner, Wynn, and the people. Wynn sets up workouts like Ive never seen before. You have several options of what you want to do each day and they are always changing, so you dont get stuck in a rut. You arent required to follow any specific program, you can do what YOU want to do, or you can ask what Wynn thinks you should do (hes usually right).I spent 10+ years previously at big box gyms lifting the same weight and my body composition unchanging. Since I started at the Danger Room I have added 100s of pounds to my power lifts while SEEING real results in body composition.In this price range, theres no other gym you can walk into, have so much space, use several barbells at the same time, and always have someone around to spot you. Whether youre in it to just stay in shape or to grow and hit PRs, you can make it whatever you want it to be and Wynn will get you there.Ive made a lot of lifting friends here too, the people you get to workout with makes a difference. Its nice to have a place where people push each other, lift together and are all focused on health and fitness - give it a try, you wont regret it!
