Convenient locations. The staff there are not just super friendly but knowledgeable about the equipment in thier gym. Signed up during my first visit and will continue going to this gym for the foreseeable future. Thank you mountainside fitness!

Awesome facility and most friendly staff! They worked with my daughter to use the excise room to practice dance in need basis. We are so thankful!

I love this gym. The trainers are amazing. Every day is different. Its like having a personal trainer but not paying the high price cost. They have great challenges that hold you accountable, great classes like boxing, spinning, and stretch!

As I new member I received an excellent tour, and explanation of what services are available. I was made to feel welcome and an appointment was made to meet my coach.

This is a really cool location. A little smaller, but a few friends go there, and its smaller size makes it easier for me to get routines done faster. The aerobics room has everything I like.

This place terrible. Please save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. They do not care about members health and safety and are just after your money.

In a word, unethical. I’ve never provided a negative review in my life, and It doesn’t make me feel good to do so now. With that being said, nothing about this gym makes me feel good. Yet I feel a responsibility to alert other potential would be members considering joining this gym about the unethical practices of this business and their management team.The gym is clean, and the staff is friendly...until you try to cancel your membership. I joined in 2020, visited the gym only 3 times before informing the staff that I did not wish to continue my membership. The staff, again very friendly, told me that I was informing them within the initial 30-day period and that I would not be charged. Well that was nearly 6-months ago and I’m still being billed and still trying to get them to stop charging my credit card. They’ve unethically taken several hundred dollars from me at this point. Again, the staff is friendly, yet their management team at the Ice Den location is clearly unconcerned about core values and customer satisfaction. Hence the review.So my advice is BEWARE! I’m choosing not to post their names yet because I remain hopeful they will eventually do the right thing. In the meantime, I keep receiving texts from their management team, informing me of their unethical (hoops) protocols. They’ve been informed multiple times, in person while on site, and via several communications, ie, texts.I live out of state, so if you are a snow bird, join another gym. Anytime Fitness is a gym owned and managed by ethical owners with several locations in Scottsdale and throughout the country. AF gyms are clean, always open and managed by ethical people.Wish me luck in collecting my money. If you decide to ignore this review and trust them, I’ll wish you luck when you decide to cancel.

This is a really cool gym! I did walk into the sauna instead of the lobby in the womens locker! Lol! I love the juice bar, the selection of equipment and your place is clean and set up very nice.Thank you!

I visited the Scottsdale area for work and exercised here at this location one time. It was a very nice facility. However my two star rating I believe is justified based on not just the two female employees I spoke with over the phone but mainly the general manager who to this day now two some months later I still remember by name, Mike. You see I left my new running shoes and exercise clothes including knee sleeves in a locker after I showered and changed which was completely my fault. Luckily I remembered within a couple hours and called this location. I spoke with a female around 1 pm I told her the exact locker number she said, “I will have a male employee check if it’s there and call you back.” She did call me back and said, “we did find the items you described, we will hold them for 30 days.” I said great, I will be in within thirty days. Two weeks later I was as close to the location as I would be for foreseeable future still, 45 minute drive to the gym so I called ahead to make sure my items were still there. This is where the character shown by staff makes me wonder if they were involved in the ballot counting because I was not only lied to by mike but I was literally made fun of by the arrogant POS. Mike remembers me and he’s probably wondering why I’m not giving a 1 star well because the facility is very nice and I take my exercise serious. If you haven’t guessed I never got any of my belongings. I called several times that day asking if my belongings were there they said they didn’t know what I was talking about that I’d have to come in and “look through rooms full of dirty clothes.” I told them it would be near two hour round trip could I speak with supervisor.The supervisor was upset I was adamant and made sure to tell me, “I’m the general manager.” a guy like that who says condescendingly, “now that you’ve called here several times and have me involved I will do everything in my power to get your answer on if your underwear is here and I promise I will let you know if you should drive here or not.” Mike never did let me know anything I was only there one day I mean it was the worst behavior I’ve seen from an employee let alone GM? Are you serious? And no mike it wasn’t the underwear I was concerned it was my $180 pair of fairly new indoor running shoes 😒 update: in the two or three days since i have posted my review i have received 2 text messages from different numbers of complete spam from this gym, im now going to change my review to a 1 star and upload the images as proof. i have never received a text message from this gym before this. you guys are absolute Losers!!

Very friendly and very helpful staff. I was able to do everything over the phone with no complaints.

Being a member for the past ten years, I have seen many changes anywhere from layouts to machinery every day that I have gone I feel so welcomed. The staff is really friendly I also love how clean and sterile all of the equipment is. I also really enjoy doing some of the fitness classes that are offered, I love how they are free and you can sign up through the app which makes it easier to tell if the classes are full or not.

Taylor was great! Answered all my questions which helped to me to ultimately make my decision to sign up with them.

Nice facility. Equipment in pretty good shape. Great staff. I havent been to any other Mountainside gyms, and I do understand that by comparison, this one is on the small side ... but, it has everything you need. Steam room is a nice benefit as well. Overall, if youre looking for a solid place to get/stay in shape in the immediate area ... This one is solid in terms of equipment, cleanliness and price point. Plus, its kind of cool to watch the skaters do their think at the ICE DEN while working out.

Very nice gym, one of the smaller locations but certainly had everything you need for a workout. Staff was very kind and helpful. Kathryn was super positive and knowledgeable, she gave me a quick tour and let me get to my pump. Definitely a solid choice for a gym.

This is an outstanding gym to work out in. I have owned gyms in the pass myself and this gym has everything one could ask for to get a great workout. The staff is friendly and take good care of the member. The equipment is well kept and very clean. This is a gym I can call home.

We went to this gym over a year ago. We shortly moved out of the state. I called and talked to them on several occasions and they assured me they canceled my account. Fast forward about a year and they start charging my credit card out of the blue. I reported it as fraud and moved on. Next thing they are calling us threatening to take us to collections. We literally went to this mediocre club maybe 2 times in the first week and and then cancelled. This company obviously uses bad practice and poor business. I would stay clear of this place at all cost. I would not trust them with your credit card information!!!!!! Would give them zero stars if that was an optionUpdate- they have taken care of our issue in a timely and professional manner. I have changed our post to five stars as we where happy with the gym, just not our billing situation.

Platinum Club is a small, yet cozy gym.They have every machine, and a steam room.Their located in right behind the Ice Den.Sean the GM is always positive and makes me feel welcomed every time I see him.

A little bit of a smaller location but everything is so clean here! Sean is also a fantastic GM here. He will take care of you! Keep it up!

I have been going to this gym for well over 3 years now. Love the staff, location, group training classes and equipment. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They know me by name before swiping in! As to classes this is where I was first introduced to Yoga and Pilates. Great instructors - Sara, Dawn, Jonelle, John B and many more. As to equipment - It can be a touch crowded depending on your timing but if you are flexible and know how to train the same muscles with different equipment you will not stand by idle. If you don;t know how to train, just ask and someone can help you get started. Cheers.

Ive been here a few times. The location is tiny, but is always clean. Good location, but not a location I could use on a regular basis. But like I said, good location. Especially for those that work near here that want to workout during his or her lunch break.

I like this location a lot... Its a little smaller than the other locations but its always clean and the staff is great. I used to be a member at a different club but I prefer the circuit and cardio equipment they offer at Mountain Side.

Compared to the other mountainsides, I feel this location lacks a few of the qualities that make other mountainsides great. i.e. lack of space, natural lighting, and updated equipment and bathrooms. The staff are very friendly, but its just so stuffy.

Love this gym. Only complaint is that’s it’s a little small and gets crowded quickly in the afternoon.

Mountainside Fitness is the only gym I will go too! I like the fact that its a gym and has a spa like feeling to it. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Overall I will be a member for life :)

I like this gym it has all the right equipment and is very clean. Only the class schedule doesnt fit into mine but over all is a great place to get fit.

It doesnt have the size or amenities of some of the other MFs but its nice & has everything you need.
