I needed to get my fingerprints done for our liquor license - Michael was very helpful, professional and extremely quick. Will for sure got back.

I came here to be fingerprinted for medical school. They are in a great location and were open on a Saturday. The process was very quick and well done, and the staff were very kind!

I could not recommend this place enough! Michael is so friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process. He also helped me with coordinating some other legal processes when I first moved to town. Again, Id leave 6 stars if possible - Michael has become like family and you wont regret going to see him!

Before heading down, I called to verify if there was a wait or if I needed an appointment. I was told to just come on in. Upon my arrival, I wasn’t even acknowledged and a young gentlemen came in after me which was given priority. After 5 minutes of being there and patiently waiting still without acknowledgement, I finally decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. As a business owner, I pay close attention to how others run their business and most importantly handle their customers and the customer experience. I’m not sure if the staff was the owner or not, regardless He was completely disrespectful and showed zero regard for me and his the business. I am however grateful for this experience as I did end up going to a different location which only charge $35 versus the $80 that he was trying to charge me. I would not use this business for any of your needs especially when it comes to fingerprinting. The spy shop on 90th is where I ended up going and they were professional and I was in and out in less than 5 min.

I came here for work required fingerprinting, which was very quick and easy to schedule, I showed up 45 minutes early for my appointment and was still helped right away. On top of that I was planning to submit an application for a concealed carry license which also requires fingerprinting and they were quick to help me with both my work fingerprinting as well as my CCW fingerprinting in one visit. I would highly recommend this place for your fingerprinting needs.

Honestly this place was a scam! Was told by my new job I needed fingerprinting, came here to do so and was charged 85 dollars for a card when the ups store was free! Save your money and dont waste it here. Especially when the workers are rude and unwilling to help you. When I called to talk about the charge I was mocked and told they werent willing to do anything. Dont waste your time or money here! Now Im stuck with a useless card I dont need, and am out money I could have used for something else important.Edit* You claim I knew exactly what I needed, but also that you wish I knew what I needed? Thats contradictory. Youre the one who does this as a business, I should have been informed that there were multiple processes, I didnt know digital was a thing. If I had been told, I could have contacted my employer and they could have told me what I needed. Excuse me for taking the word of the one in this business. I think you just wanted the 85 dollars since the digital was free, and you didnt care what I needed. Unprofessional.

I have been here three times for fingerprinting. Michael is punctual with his appointments and very professional. Plus, there’s always good conversation! If your fingerprints get rejected, they will redo them for free, but that’s never happened to me because they really know what they are doing. Michael, the owner, is also a great community man and business owner!

I needed fingerprints for the board of nursing and Michael was amazing! I read the website wrong and showed up before they were open, as I was standing outside with my 2 year old he arrived and offered to open up a little early so my daughter and I wouldnt be standing outside in the heat. He was prompt and professional and was so patient with me as I took care of my toddler and tried to get this task done! I really, really appreciated his friendly demeanor and kind attitude. I am teacher and needed to renew my fingerpint card ASAP. I am also getting chemotherapy every three weeks and was very concerned about going out during this pandemic. Called this place looking for help. All the guy would say is are you doing them electronically or are you doing them digitally...literally wouldnt answer my question.Isnt electronically and digitally the same thing?Wish I had gotten someone more helpful on the phone.
