I dont understand the negative reviews. Im glad Bernadette wanted to see me in person before sending me out to a client. Shes good at what she does. She understands the culture and environment at the companies she represents and knows the qualities that are important to them. By screening me first, she saved both me and the potential employers a ton of time. I found her to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. She didnt waste my time by promoting me to a bunch of places where my skills wouldnt be appreciated. The 30 minutes spent with her were much more valuable than running around to interviews for jobs for which I wasnt a good fit!

Bernadette kept me informed through out the process and was able to give some great feedback and advice! I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a new position!

I highly recommend The Resource Link! I was having a very hard time finding employment in this area that wasnt a call center type position. Bernadette was able to place me in a position where my personal and professional skills were utilized!

The one and only review is correct. They are very old school in their process. You have to drive all the way out there for only 10-15 minutes of time. It is a complete waste of time and could be done over the phone or by email. They have next to no positions available and therefore not worth battling traffic to go to one of the busiest parts of Scottsdale! Not to mention the recruiter had the personality of a nat. They provide a good song and dance to get you to waste your time to drive there. It seems more of a temp agency and not staffing!

The team at The Resource Link was instrumental in how I found a new position. They took the time to give me feedback on my resume and how I presented myself in an interview. I am really glad I met with them.

Im writing this review primarily to counteract the couple of inaccurate, thoughtless negative reviews.Bernadette has been a trusted business partner for years. There are exactly two accounting / finance / backoffice recruiters in Phoenix whom I trust and would refer people without hesitation, and Bernadette is one of them.Unlike big agency sweatshops who focus on volume at the expense of quality (spray and pray), Bernadette spends time getting to know both candidates and clients in order to best serve everyone. If all recruiters adhered to her level of detail the world would be a better place.

I want to say that out of every recruiter I have ever worked with, The Resource Link is the ONLY ONE that didn’t ghost me after a month. If I ever find someone that needs a recruiter I will refer you exclusively. Thanks again!

I would not recommend anybody to this company it was an hours drive and a complete waste of my time. Nothing but the runaround they didnt even have any valid positions available as they had advertised
