I was mid-informed about the job I was offered. Roxanne was my recruiter and told me the job was fast-paced and I would be a good fit.XPO (the job site I was sent to) was a joke. I got handed from one person to the other. They taught me things that were common sense and made me stand there and watch for 3 days. They also told me I would have feedback with the supervisor on a daily basis (I had no idea who my supervisor was)My first day the security guard sent me to the workplace with no direction. I was stopped and asked to leave because I had no badge. I left. I called TERRA. No answer until the next day. I entered again and asked the guard to please direct me properly and let the Admin know I needed a badge. I went to the back of the warehouse and the Admin told me ‘come back in five to ten minutes and I’ll have your badge ready’. WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO GO?!? I can’t even use the restroom with no badge. I came back in 10 minutes after waiting feet from the gate (which I got yelled at for because I can’t just stand there; but nobody told me where to wait....?). She rolled her eyes and handed me a badge. My name was spelled wrong.I was sent to trAin with someone who spent 10-20 minutes every hour having personal conversations, but taught me nothing. She asked me to ‘hand me that’ (a bin that was 3-5 feet away) and taught me NOTHING.XPO employees told me to find a new job because nobody lasts. My trainer took 2 hours for lunch while I stoood at the desk waiting for her. I was never given a break or a lunch. But TERRA took off my lunch break and shorted me 2 hours for orientation. I explained that was not accurate and they said they contacted XPO and it was confirmedUmmmm. No. These jobs have a high turnover and it’s because they provide no training, no lunches, are completely disorganized and incompetent.They deposited my check to a completely different account I have no knowledge of and the blamed me for not getting a pay card upon my interview (I didn’t know I was not given a pay card?). Roxanna has clearly never worked a manual labor job in her life and has no knowledge of the job itself. She told me I needed steel-toed shoes. I showed up to work and not a single person had steel-toed. my trianer was wearing converse and leggings.i had 4 different people training me in the two days i worked there. they shirted me 2.5 hours ajd refused tongive me a checkFirst day: trainer ‘Sarai’. Talked sh** about me to coworkers in Spanish. I speak Portuguese so I understood most of what she was saying. But I was just standing there waiting for her to TRAIN ME. She talked about the fact I was tall for a woman, fat, and wearing steel-toed boots.I have submitted documents, voice recordings, and videos of this whole ordeal. Because I asked TERRA to help, but the refused.Please don’t look for a job with them.

Great stuff! I went to their office, filled out some paperwork, took a drug test and they placed me in a full time warehouse job the very next day. It was 34 miles away from my home, but it was a job (and a very easy one at that.) I applied for a job closer to my house a week later and they switched me over no problem. Their offices do seem busy at times but they have always gotten back to me within 24 hours. You guys saved me TONS of stress and exhaustion from the job search. Thank you

Wasted four plus hours including travel to North Scottsdale office, 3 weeks later no call back from them. Left message, website wont let you sign in. The owner must be losing on opportunity to gain business, and losing money on wasted drug screens and background checks. Dont waste your time, found job on my own.

A joke. Another temp agency more lies! Went in filled out the paperwork and did the testing and well I was told by a very rude lady since I didnt pass some antiquated filing test (who uses paper filing system anymore today!?!?) (most companies USE electronic filing system!) I wasnt TERRA Staffing Group material!U call,. phone calls dont get returned or they ask youre name 100xs.
