They hire you with a company then go ghost we could never get answers from the company we worked for they always referred us back to apex but then they acted like they had no idea what we where even talking about the lack of communication is horrible I wanted to appeal my termination because I felt I was let go incorrectly neither banner or apex stepped up to help I never received my termination letter from apex I got a how to apply for unemployment Jocelyn is the worst person to do business with and I wish her boss would contact me also its been over 30 days still no cobra paper work... just the worst temp agency ever id never recommended anyone to use them. Unless the stepped their game up but I doubt it because all they know how to do is ghost you or block you from contacting them.

Their phone is like turned off, so if you need something....they gone, cant even leave a message and it doesnt even ring. Been that way for a few days, I dunno if theyll ever turn their phones back on. Had to call the HR dept, sounds like my request is going to take longer, than if they had their phone turned on.

Called me and said I would be a perfect fit for a local agency, went through 1 phone interview with Apex and 2 interviews with company, after 2nd interview I was told I would hear back within the next week, followed up with Apex Systems and was told by recruiter I was working with that they hadnt heard anything, that was over a week ago and still no follow up from Recruiter with apex, dont contact me telling me I was a good fit then ghost me and never contact me again...such a waste of my time!

Apex Systems calls, gets you excited,They talk about a job, they mention a gift card for staying for 9 months.............Lots of razzle dazzle ....Then POOF they have a job, they offer it to you, then when you go in they tell you they wont work with you unless the resume you have meets the companies needs and standards.I was told by Apex Systems they wouldnt work with me or send any paperwork to any company they have for any work, and they will NOT send over the fingerprint check unless I re-did my resume to suite their wants and needs..!!!...Everybody else accepts my resume and 15+ years experience.

Well, the agents are nice and apologetic but be prepared for the bait and switch. They called me with a “ direct hire position” and after we talked on the phone and I was told I would be a “great fit and the employer mention me by name“ a day later they tell me “I’d have to work for them as a temp for two months due to this employer being a new client and the contracts are in the works”. Really, two months to do the contract! I call BS! How about you?

These people absolutely SUCK. They make finding a job absolutely impossible. This is the second time now that after Ive accepted a position from them, they call back a couple days later and say they changed their minds and dont want you working for them for no good reason what so ever. I could have had a great career at Boeing if only the actual job posting was real. Come to find out it was fake and they never even had any connections with Boeing at all. Steer Clear of these people!

My GF Samantha Dehayes of of almost 5 yrs, until August 2018. Kevin A. Who works here force himself on her when she had an interview. When she told me and I told him I was gonna call the police he started threatening me. Calling from his work phone to disguise his identity. He called more than a dozen times.

These guys are bozos. Dont waste your time.

Not really sure about the details of the first reviewer, however my experience with Apex systems has been incredibly positive! Kadin, a local staffing manager, and Daniel and Nicole (From Corporate) Have been incredibly supportive in finding a career match in my case. I first applied for a position that I might have been interested in and was contacted by Nicole, who took a great interest in my qualifications, and helped by suggesting very relevant revisions to my resume. I was then contacted by Daniel to apply for a position that better fit my skill set .I was not selected on the first hire for this position, but Daniel and Kadin persevered until I was given a chance to interview. I WAS hired on the second hire, which was a mere weeks after the initial contact. Kadin MET MYSELF, AND ANOTHER NEW HIRE, ON THE JOB SITE ON THE START DAY with a gift of doughnuts, to ensure we had a great day! After the day was over (it was a great first day on a job), Kadin called and just wanted to know how the day had gone. Daniel emailed me important payroll and benefit information during this first day, and asked how my day went..... I can not express how professional and supportive everyone at Apex Systems has been. They are a first class employment agency that have landed me a career opportunity, not just a job!The follow -through is now up to me.

This staffing is horrible. I was given basic details about the job, when it came to certification they say their client will pay for it. In orientation, the client states they are not paying for anything. When you need to call them, they will not answer or respond to your needs but when they need something from you, they leave multiple emails and messages.

Terrible. They still contact me with nothing to offer.

Apex systems is extremely unprofessional. They are all gung-ho when they are submitting you to a position but then you never hear back from them. They managed to send me to an in-person interview for a contract position but then refused to take my calls or return my calls to find out the status after the interview. Extremely unprofessional company do not do business with them.
