I was eating carne asada fries in my car and of course I dropped it and got guacamole all over on my seat. I was devastated! I was telling my girlfriend about it and she recommended I find a chem-dry to clean it. So to Google I went. Chem-dry of Scottsdale appeared. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and was able to get me on the schedule within the week. David came out to my place to clean my car. He was on time, polite, and explained everything. David was able to get the 8 month old guacamole stain out of my car set and it has never looked cleaner. I am extremely sensitive to chemicals and their smells and David was great about explaining how the solution Chem-Dry of Scottsdale uses is green certified, so its safe for me and my dog (who goes on car trips with me occasionally.) I was moving out of my apartment over at Optima and my carpet looked pretty rough (kids and pets). Brian was my technician and he did a great job. I had to take a picture as he was half way done with the carpet cleaning. Definitely recommend Chem Dry for any carpet cleaning that needs to be done.

Very prompt, reasonable quote and they were very easy to work with me as I had a tight window to schedule my tile cleaning. David came out and did an absolutely phenomenal job! Just had Lucas come and clean my carpets for the second time. I love this company! They are always prompt do an excellent job, and my stairs and living room look new again. I had some work done in my house and they put a carpet protector down and when they pulled it up it made my carpets sticky and within two weeks they were so dirty. Chem-Dry of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley to the rescue. They are the only company I trust with my carpets because they have a proven record, time and time again they came through which is hard to do these days and if you let the carpet completely dry they will stay clean, no residue to turns dirty. Just super clean new looking carpets.

I called Chem Dry to get my carpets cleaned on a rental I am moving out of. Not knowing anything about it they gave me a rough estimate over the phone. Low and behold Brian gets there and was almost spot on. They estimated almost perfect with just my rough guesses. Great job guys. Brian was early getting to me and was a great efficient worker. The carpets in this place have never looked better. I only wish the rental agency would have used Chem-Dry before we moved in !!! Way to go on a job well done. I strongly suggest if you need cleaning to go with these guys.

My house is nothing but tile and I needed it cleaned before the holidays and they came out gave me an estimate (price was fare and detailed). I had them clean it and was impressed with how the tile cleaned out. The grout and tile look great and I highly recommend them.

I usually have a different company do our carpet and upholstery cleaning, on that note will not be returning to them. I was very very satisfied of how our carpet turned out. I knew certain stains would not come out but they were willing to try, and it came out really good. I highly recommend them for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

They got the stains out and the house smelled good, which can be challenging with pets in the house. Now that we have hardwood floor, we have Chem-Dry clean our area rugs and have been very satisfied with the results and the fair pricing. Nice job

A rare gem. Chem Dry of Scottsdale was scheduled for this morning. Whats more, David from Chem Dry of Scottsdale showed up right on time. He was quick, did excellent work on my tile and was very personable also, an asset to this company. We will keep on going with Chem Dry of Scottsdale and David. An incredibly charming knowledge.

Chem-Dry of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley has been my carpet company for over 10 years now. David is always friendly and professional and does a stand-up job with carpets. When we had wall-to-wall carpeting we were always impressed by how clean and bright the carpets were when they finished.

Lucas and Taylor came out to clean a couple of sofas and they did a fantastic job. They were on time, polite and clean cut, and removed all the spots on my sofas. I high recommend Lucas and Taylor.

I have them come out pretty much every other month because of my dog and they do a fantastic job cleaning up his messes. I dont know what I would do if I didnt have them clean my carpet and remove the pet stains. Thank you and great job every time.

So 24 hrs after they came to clean my carpet and sofa you couldn’t even tell they did anything at all besides the fact that they charged a ridiculously amount and tried to even charge more.I had a very simple request which is to clean my off white 1 year old sofa. They quoted me just over $300 to do the work which is nearly 2x what the competition charged. Despite that (I just figured they really must be good- maybe this is a case where you get what you pay for?).They came an immediately told me the price they quoted was for the sofa. If I wanted cushions to be cleaned it would be an additional $200. Insane. What a scam. But ultimately I explained how ridiculous that was and they kept the original quote (but they tried to take advantage).Worst of all, as the sofa is dry and I am putting it all back together you can’t even tell they came. Keep in mind, this wasn’t extremely dirty, it had a few small marks that were barely visible to begin with. They are all still there. Not a single mark looks different not a single mark was removed. Literally if you told me they didn’t show up yesterday I would believe you other than they took money from me.If you are thinking of using this company to clean a sofa (or likely anything else I would imagine) I would find another company. Take a chance on anyone else as for sure, these people stink.Lastly, I am not a person who rates or reviews much. I may have done this once or twice in the past ever. But when you get zero point zero out of someone and they overcharge, try and take advantage I felt it was worth the warning.
