Contacted F & F Carpet Cleaning regarding a carpet bleach stain. Fred requested a picture of the area and suggested a carpet repair rather than dye since the carpet is multi-color and we had extra carpet from the install a few years back. Fred ensured the carpet pile matched exactly and trimmed fibers to match existing carpet. We are so pleased as to how he matched it up perfectly that its hard for us even find. In addition to the carpet repair, we had our tile and grout cleaned ... we were considering new throughout the house, but now that the tile/grout has been cleaned and restored, weve decided we dont need a remodel at this time. This family run business did a superb job cleaning our floor rugs and special tapestries we purchased in Morocco. The colors glow and the fibers are now soft and luscious. They repaired two of the rugs by hand - beautiful detail. We also had them clean the upholstery and air ducts. We highly recommend F & F Carpet Cleaning.

I called in a very uncomfortable situation, my 10 year old lab had a bad case of (sorry for the graphic comment) liquid diarrhea, and during the night she walked around the living room area out of desperation for her inability to control her bowels, I ended up with a HUGE STINKY MESS!I explained what happen, the nice lady than answer the phone made me feel much better since she told me that they have seen it all, and that my awful experience was easy for them to fix. He came and explained the process and the price (super fair, based on the circumstances) and he started to work.When he finished, I came in and the only word I could say was WOW!!! no stains, and NO SMELL!!!! It was a little less than magic.The carpet got dry in less than 4 hours and now (the morning after) there is no residue, no stickiness, no stains and NO SMELL!!!!If you have a bad situation like mine, and you are going crazy with the worries about your pet health and the big mess to clean. I hired Fred at F & F for cleaning a wool area rug that was nearly destroyed by pets (pee). Fred took it away and brought it back looking and smelling like new. A year later, I hired him again to deep clean our master bed carpet. A great job again, but this time I also needed some carpet dying done on some areas that got bleached accidentally. Sandi, the dye master, spent hours here, twice, to get up bleach stains. The carpet looks new! such a better deal than buying a new carpet at $3000+. But thats not all; when Sandi couldnt get the dye to work on two small areas, Fred came back and patched the areas with excess carpet from the closet. You would never know! Both of them do such great work. Ill never call anyone else!! Hire them today when you think your carpets are far gone!

My experience from the start was very impressive. Fred Called me with a quote within minutes. They were able to come out very quickly. And the technician Anderson Watchman was very professional. Called me the time he was going to show and he was prompt. My carpet was pretty dirty and they look so good now. Couldnt be more pleased with this family owned company - from my first contact with Sandi promptly and courteously answering my request for service to owner Fred, who together with is new team member Micah, arrived as scheduled and did a marvelous job of cleaning our carpets. We had some challenging high traffic areas that still looked dirty after previous companies work. Not so with F&F! They left everything looking like new, and were pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They are definitely our provider from now on. And they offer a range of other cleaning service too!

I called at 10am for a quote and Fred was in my house cleaning my mattress by 12:50pm the same day! Prices are way better than anywhere else I called and my mattress looks brand new. Fred was so kind, professional and thorough! He even looked at a bleached spot on my carpet for me and assured me they would be able to dye it back so my apartment complex wouldnt charge me at move out. Give them a try!!

Got to know about F&F in 2011. Was very happy the first time around itself. They were able to make carpets as bright as new. Have been employing their services since then for carpet cleaning, Tile cleaning/Grout sealing, AC air ducts cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. We have also had our area rugs cleaned by them. They have worked on our rental too, and the tenants have been pretty happy. They are straight forward in my experience,and tell you as it is. ( We have earlier called companies for duct cleaning( from some deals advertised), and they tried to cheat us by saying we have mold). They do give price quotes over the phone itself, which is a big help for us to estimate how much it will cost. But final quote is ALWAYS after coming to the home, and inspecting the work to be done. They are punctual too, sometimes arriving before ETA. They also do a clean job, always vacuuming up any extra debris. This year we called them in August, and as i am pregnant, they willingly helped me put back some of the furniture displaced while tile cleaning. That is what I call great customer service!!We have referred them to our friends,and will continue using their services ourselves.

The care that was given to protect our furniture and walls was excellent! I was very pleased with the job F & F Carpet Cleaning did at our condo and also at our sons condo. Anderson, our technician, was very professional, on time (actually a little early) and did the job for the price quoted over the phone. Our carpets looked, felt and smelled great. Very little water remained in our carpet and they were completely dry in 5 1/2 hours. Our sons condo was especially challenging as he has two cats in residence. I would highly recommend F & F Carpet Cleaning.

They did a great job on my rug. I had a whole in my rugs from my two puppies and it was repaired beautifully. If you dont know where the whole was - you couldnt find it. I am more than pleased with the job they did. Better than I thought it could be.

Had someone track motor oil into our office and we had to close off that area to staff and clients so we needed it cleaned quickly.Contacted F & F and they were able to get to us in less than 90 minutes! I wasnt confident that the stains would come out, there were about 10 half-dollar sized spots. All of the spots came out and the high traffic area where the spots were was in need of a good cleaning anyway and now looks great!

This company is so fantastic! The first time I used them, it was a last minute emergency, and they fit me right in. The guy who came was so courteous, nice and thorough; such a professional. Received friendly and knowledgeable service from F&F Carpet Cleaning. The service technician pretreated some problem spots (pet vomit) and steam cleaned my carpet (heavy traffic areas only). There is a VERY noticeable difference in the before and after look and feel of my carpeting so Im very satisfied. Considering that I paid under $100 for this it was well worth it as it was much less stressful than doing it myself with a rented steam vacuum and I would definitely go back to F&F again.

Im a Realtor and one of my sellers was in need of carpet cleaning. They had a beautiful, thick, creamy white carpet however there were several serious stains throughout the home that left the carpet looking like it needed to be completely replaced. A couple of different carpet cleaners came out to assess the project but did not feel confident they would be able to get it clean. F & F Carpet Cleaning came out and had a completely different response. They felt they could treat the various stains and while it may take a second trip, they said the stains should be able to come out. Their prices were higher than the companies that said they couldnt get them out - however, due to the quality of the carpet and the cost of replacing 5 rooms and the hallways, it was a much better option. RESULTS: The carpets came clean! I was completely shocked that they were able to get out the stains. The carpets look brand new. In fact, the clean carpets truly brightened up the whole house. While every carpet and stain is different, for me personally, I would use this company again for carpet cleaning.

I was looking for a reputable company to clean my many large area rugs and found F&F on yelp. Farhad came out to provide me with a quote and after walking through my house, he not only provided a quote, but was able to clean them all at that time. The quality of the cleaning was excellent and he provided some tips for self cleaning and timing of professional cleaning in the future. I highly recommend F&F for area rug cleaning.

I called F&F on Saturday as we needed to get our carpets cleaned for our move-out inspection. They were able to schedule me the next day, on a Sunday morning at 9am! I also like a company that respects you enough to not quote a crazy low price over the phone, and then stick you with a bigger bill. They give you a price after they arrive in inspect your floor. Excellent service and the results were great! My carpets have never looked cleaner. I had a few spots on one rug that they totally got rid of. They also did my upholstered sectional and it looks great too!

I called for a quote. Over the phone they quoted $260. That was the most expensive quote but they had good reviews. When they got here and measured they told me $575. I told them to pound sand.PS: I wasnt trying to negotiate. I was trying to get you out of my house and was upset that you wasted my time. At that price I saw no need to try and negotiate.

We had it cleaned by another carpet cleaning service and it did not look nearly as good. Most all the dirty hand prints on the sofa sides and arms came out. The bedroom carpets looked nice, but in fairness they also looked great with other carpet cleaning services. Beyond the results, he was pleasant to work with, showed a lot of confidence in his abilities, and worked for over an hour on the two sofas alone. I dont think it is the most discounted carpet cleaning service available, but I dont believe they are the most expensive either. The results and service definitely made the fee appropriate. I would use them again without question.

Our medium colored carpet is two years old; we dont have kids or pets. It was in very good shape. When I came home to see the results of the cleaning I was amazed--it looked brand new. We will use F & F again.

I was very impressed with the work they did. We hadnt had the carpets in our office cleaned in years, and in about a hour they were looking brand new. Pleasant experience all around. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall, I was in a bind and they were responsive and quick. They did a good job although my rugs werent very dirty or stained. Overall, customer service good and I have no complaints.

I cant say what his carpet cleaning skills are; he comes into our Scottsdale Camelview community and cleans the carpet of a dog hoarder resident - at least 6 dogs that she doesnt let out to go to the bathroom in 24 hours at a time. The owner of the carpet cleaning F&F then dumps his carpet water waste into the front sidewalk/ street gutters to our homes/ probably 25 homes on our street. So that it runs into a stone drainage canal between homes that goes nowhere- the water contains dog waste, oil, smoke, human pollutants, and carpet fibers. This waste does not drain into a sewer - it sits in the stones across from my house. It is in streams in front of driveways where unsuspecting home dwellers pull their cars into their garages. Gross! When confronted by me, a homeowner, as to whether this is legal, he was rude, argumentative, and dismissive. Dogs pee all the time on your front yard Dont you wash your car here. What a jerk and what a caring environmentalist he is !! WOW! I am definitely taking this further. He can expect it...

My carpet was very dirty. Farzad did a fabulous job. It looks new again! He took his time and even cleaned some spots that I didnt think would come out! Thanks again.

Maybe a little pricey, but totally worth it for what we had done. Carpet looks like new and they were amazingly able to fit us in same day so we are now ready for our guests!

We love F & F! Weve been using them for years. Somehow they manage to get our nasty stained carpet to look brand new! Always prompt and professional, we cant imagine ever using any other carpet cleaning company!
