I want to start by saying Jake and Kristen are carpet and tiles gurus and masters in their trade. I was referred to On Target Carpet Cleaning by multiple past customers in an ISO I posted in the Facebook Group, Go Gilbert. All had nothing but good things to say about them.Within minutes of requesting a quote on their website, I received a text from Jake to schedule an appointment. He and Kristen showed up the very next morning!Unfortunately, our tenants skipped out on their lease early, leaving the carpets and tile floors disgusting. Scrambling to find a service to put the proverbial “lipstick on the pig” of atrocity the previous tenants left behind, I completely spaced calling the city of the Mesa to reconnect the water. That is until Jake called to inquire about the non-existent water.Unfortunately, the city could not turn the water back on until that evening.Jake and Kristen, having already made the trip, set up their machinery, and prepped the floors for treatment, were understanding and, without hesitation, offered to come back the following day.When I said “lipstick on a pig” earlier, I was not exaggerating. The floors were disgusting. Pet hair, stains, baby food, and what I hope was milk covered the bases throughout the house. I honestly did not expect much results, if any. Boy, did I underestimate them!Jake and Kristin not only removed the mounds of dog hair, the carpet stains, and what I thought was permanently stained grout, they brought life back into the carpets and tile. I’m not joking. The carpeting and tile look brand new!I could not be more thrilled with their customer service and quality of work. On Target Carpet Cleaning saved me THOUSANDS of dollars and has earned a lifelong customer. Seriously, if you’re on the fence schedule, you will not regret it.

If I was able to do zero stars I would. This company was referred to me by a colleague and came highly recommended - my initial interactions with them were great. They were responsive and friendly - they are one of the few companies that I found in the Valley that have a portable unit that is able to clean condos so I was excited to give them a try for some clients of mine. I booked the appointment for Friday, 7/9 with an arrival time a 8-8:30, told they would call to confirm price before proceeding. 9:30 rolls around, no call, I call - no answer, but I get a text that their machine is not functioning properly and could they come Saturday afternoon - sure, no problem - they confirm they will come at 11:30 on 7/10. Saturday morning rolls around, and they are unable to come once again because the machine is not working again, they ask if they can come Monday, again I agreed because we need the carpets cleaned - they assured me it would be taken care of Monday morning (today - 7/12) 9 am this morning I text for confirmation- no response. 11:15, text asking for an update - no response. 11:40, text again - no response. 12:36 - text again, no response. 12:37 - call - no answer. 1:21 - call, no answer. 2:18 - call, leave a voicemail - no answer or response. It is now 8pm and I have received no communication, no response, and no service from this company. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I am completely understanding that things happen, machines break, appointments need to be changed - but to just completely ignore a client with a scheduled appointment that you have changed 2 times, is unacceptable and not a good way to run a business.

I asked for a carpet cleaning service on a neighborhood group and Jake responded right away. He was at my house the very next day and did a great job! It was the easiest service I’ve ever booked. Definitely would use this company again!

These guys are amazing! Fast service (they could book me at the same day I called), super professional, it took them less than an hour to do the carpets in my bedroom and my walk in closet ! Jake and Kristen at On Target Carpet Cleaning are the best in the business! We had them come and color seal our grout. We went from white to a light gray color. So much easier to maintain! They showed up on time and were incredibly professional. The change made our tile look brand new. All our Carpets are white so I was apprehensive on how clean they would come out, after he finished cleaning them I was more than happy I was ecstatic with the results. I have been a Realtor in Phoenix for close to 9 years. I regularly have to call carpet cleaners out to get a residence ready to sell or rent. This is the second time I have used On Target and would highly recommend them. Very professional and courteous took the time to explain the process was very thorough and was very considerate to wear mask, gloves and booties and sanitized everything they touched and even things they didn’t like door handles too rooms and so on had carpet cleaning and tile cleaned and they did an amazing job!!
