We are so pleased with the service and honesty of the gentleman the company sent us. His name was Brian Johnson. You should ask for him. I was very happy to get our furniture cleaned the very next day after calling.

I requested an online quote in which Dave responded to quickly. He was out within 24 hours to look at the carpets in order to provide an accurate quote. I booked them to come out which was only 1 week out but that was on me due to our availability. Taylor & Brian from Sunrise was right on time, they were very nice, helpful, explained the process in depth and graciously answered all of my questions and concerns. Awesome company to work with, especially for a person like me who knew nothing about carpet cleaning. the process was quick and the work was great. No more stains! Highly recommend!! A++

Im very, very satisfied with the services done today. Booking an appointment online was quick and easy and was responded to in a quick and friendly manner. David came out to do my living room carpet and couches, he was very professional and friendly, very efficient!Im so pleased with the work done, Steve was able to get out all pet stains and paint stains out. This company was so accommodating initially. Scheduled me next day etc for 7:30am. The quote given was between $300-400 for a 3 story apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room - no other rooms.I unfortunately broke my ankle and completely tore 3 ligaments in my leg and had to cancel my appt. The office was closed and there was no option to do anything than call back later.Whilst in the hospital, this company called me 16 times within 2 hours and proceeded to do so. The following day I received further calls to which I answered as soon as I was able. The call form David was quite literally to tell me how disrespectful I am and how rude I am because I wasnt at home at the time of our appt. Whilst I understand this was upsetting for this company. this was highly unprofessional and harassing. I will be filing a lawsuit and the call was recorded. I imagine this company changed names previously due to poor professionalism as their number shows on caller I.D as Carpet Restoration.Thank you for exceedingly making this 10 x worse than it had to be. I imagine the response would be just as disrespectful as the call. I highly recommend finding a respectful company that wont hound and harass if you have any kind of emergency.

I was given Chem Drys information by my mother to have my carpets cleaned. Unfortunately, I had not had the carpets professionally cleaned in quite some time. Brian came and was very courteous and took his time cleaning all the rooms in my house. Needless to say, the carpets looked like they needed to be replaced before he came, and appeared like newly installed carpets after he finished. My only regret was not taking before and after photos for him to share with other clients. He did such an amazing job that I do not even want to walk on the carpets so that they can continue to look so AMAZING!!! I will be using for all my cleaning needs regardless of the costs. Thanks Brian for making my ho e feel a thousand time better.

Johnson Chem Dry is a life saver!The day I was suppose to move out of my apartment and turn in the keys, the original carpet company I had made an appointment with told me they were not going to be able to make it.I called Johnson Chem Dry and they were able to accommodate me the same day and clean my carpets before I had to move. 5 stars for service and professionalism.

Brian and everyone I spoke with and met from Johnson ChemDry were excellent to work with! They were prompt, polite, and so affordable!I am impressed with the inspection and through job they did on my carpets, considering I had many more pet stains than I thought had had based on a black light inspection! 🤢🤢But now my carpets look great and I will definitely use them in the future for and cleaning needs!

Excellent family owned business. Priced right and offered discount for an empty house. At the start of the service, performed a whole house black light inspection to check for prior pet stains, and wiped down all extension cords so as not to leave any marks on walls. Just a very positive experience.
