I called this company after reading 5 star reviews to try to have them quote spot cleaning the carpet at work. Its a small business. They always answered the phone (never got voice mails) and they were straight forward about the pricing. They gave me a good quote and they communicated multiple times between the time of quote and the time of cleaning to make sure everything was all set for the cleaning. They came out on time, measured the areas of cleaning, and gave us a quote that was even better than before. Most importantly, they did a fantastic job removing the spots that had been there for years! I highly recommend this company for its quality work, good pricing and the effective communications!

Russ runs a 5 star operation. I had a carpet that had 3 days of my poor dog being sick on it and Russ had it cleaned up in 45 minutes.Hes a total pro. If hes booked, wait a day. Hes worth it. Highly, highly recommended!

This is hands-down the best carpet cleaning we have had in our house. Very reasonable pricing. Weve been using Bennetts for years. Theyve cleaned our couches, carpets, and area rugs and our house feels completely transformed afterwards. Russ is the nicest guy and he really knows his stuff.
