Great experience with Ryan. He dropped by on Monday for an estimate and returned the next day for the cleaning. He gave a very reasonable price for all 3 rugs. Loves that they use all organic products considering I have a baby. Would definitely recommend!

Was not told of “large room” charge (which was nearly double price) until after job was done. Asked for pet stain “deep clean” and now carpet smells worse. I Called Ryan and he kindly agreed to come by to repair. UNTIL he decided to tell me right before showing up that he will be charging me $375 to rip up my carpet. His exact words were “This is how this is gonna go” and would not let me get a word in edgewise and kept talking over my husband and I and was extremely rude. Nice guy Ryan went out the window and when I told him I would be charging back my services he claimed his “law firm” family that I heard about for 20 min at my home along with “celebrity carpet cleaning clients “ would be contacted. Needed a mattress cleaned. He was very informative and thorough. Mattress looks and smells great! I have a crazy house right now and he was very kind and understanding while I tried to corral kids and dogs. Very quick process as well. Definitely recommend and will be using for future needs!!!

He has helped me with cleaning upholstery in my store, with cleaning the carpets for my real estate listings and both services for my interior design clients homes. Worst company ever!! This guy came in our home and immediately started upselling us. We were quoted $150 and our bill was $355 when he was done. Im okay with being offered additional services but the problem is he didnt tell us about any additional charges until after he completed the job. We were still nice to him and paid the $355 without any question. The main problem is that the next day our carpets were worse than before he cleaned them. We called and asked him to come back and fix the job and he said okay. Then on the way to our home he called and immediately started trying to upsell us again and telling us that he would need to tear up our carpet etc. When I told him we were not interested in having our carpet pulled up or being up sold and that we simply wanted him to clean the carpet properly he interrupted me and got all snippy And started yelling at me. He said Youre going to listen to me. I told him that we would be charging back the payment if he didnt fix his job and he threatened me that he has a law firm and would sue us. This guy Ryan is a complete whack job and will milk you for every penny he can while giving you the worst service possible. Save yourself the time and money and go elseware for your carpet cleaning needs!

My home has mostly tile floors and they did grout cleaning for me; it was the highest estimate I received, but I chose them for safe products around my dogs. The other two estimates I received told me it would take 2 days, one day deep cleaning, the next day sealing. Simply Clean was in and done in 3 hours total, including sealing. You can easily see the areas that were not cleaned or sealed; and they didn’t move all furniture, like I paid them to do. I can’t speak to carpet cleaning, but I would definitely not recommend them for grout cleaning. Additionally, they guessed at my tile square footage and actually overcharged me. Never again.

My dish was too spicy, unfortunately, because it was delicious. I will be back. Love the vegan and gluten free options.

Had to leave for 1 week for an emergency leaving behind 3 cats that absolutely destroyed the carpet with urine and other stains. It was so bad i thought i will need to replace it. But simply clean did the job for a great a price and even offered to come again free of charge if it still smells. Highly recommend, friendly and professional service.

I have Saltillo tile and they are very hard to keep clean- the grout always looks terrible. I had a few quotes and asked Ryan to do the job. I had found him on another app recommended by a neighbor- Ryan is funny, hard working and very professional- he worked so hard to make someone elses mistake, right. Im so happy, the floors look amazing and he even took care of a stain he saw on my couch, whilst waiting for an area to dry. Efficient and courteous and very hard working. I highly, highly recommend, you wont be disappointed.

I was very impressed with the job they did on my floors and carpet when moving from one apartment to another! Very professional. If you have pets and or children, this is the company to choose! There was no harsh smell, they didn’t leave the rooms with still wet surfaces, and it wasn’t necessary to open the windows to air out the apartment when they finished. Highly recommend!

I hired them to clean the linen fabric couch, you cant see the dirt but after 1 year, I figured it was time to get them clean. Ryan did an amazing job, the dirt coming out these gray couches were unbelievable. The products he used were odorless and he even did my area rug for free. About a month ago I had 2 rooms cleaned with carpets that had a few pet stains and some deep traffic areas. The carpets looked like new by the time Ryan had finished. I also had my tile and grout cleaned and the results were just as impressive. They have never been so clean. I received great service from Simply Clean Organic, they were on time and kept in contact with me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A month later, the carpets, tile, and grout still look amazing. I am really happy with this company and their service and will definitely be using them again!

My initial call was answered quickly by a person, not a machine and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. The cleaner showed up on time, was done in about an hour (including the time he spent running after our dog who escaped) and the carpets and rug look like new again. The carpets and rug were not left wet, only slightly damp so we had immediate use of our house. They felt completely dry within an hour or two. I will definitely call Simply Clean Organic the next time I want the carpets and/or rugs cleaned and I felt they were reasonably priced.

I used Simple Clean Organic recently to do my master bedroom at my house. I have a toddler and I always am concerned with chemicals in my home and I am very sensitive to smells as well. I was very pleased that there was no strong smell or odor just a light fresh smell. I was not only pleased with the lack of smell post cleaning but it actually took away the area on my beige carpet that gets horribly dirty from foot traffic of my husbands shoes. This is my second time using Simply Clean Organic and each time we get prompt and very friendly service. They are very kind and easy to work with. We will definitely be using this company again.

Just about the worst experience Ive had with a cleaning company. They showed up 4 hrs late rushed my job. Claimed they could repair my lifted tiles and then they did not do it correctly. Burned my grass in three places dumped tile mortar and to my fresh bark that I had in my landscaping. A total train wreck of a service. I got a story about a family-owned business for 20-plus years seems like this guy Ryan is just a independent guy blowing smoke getting jobs and rushing through very sad. Beware.

I was really impressed with these guys. They did a Extreme Deep Clean that turned out better than we expected! With or 3 dogs we really needed up the deep clean... the results were far better than others we have used, we will definitely use them again😀

After my dog got sick in our sons room we needed it cleaned ASAP and Ryan was able to fit us in the very next day! He got the stain out completely and was so kind and patient with a busy toddler and nosey dog trying to help him along the way. With thanksgiving coming up fast we were in full house cleaning mode. One thing i love about the holiday is that it gives me the motivation to clean deep.I found Ryan on Yelp (along with a few other places I called. He was willing to give me an estimate over the phone and was nice. Turns out he know how to clean too!The carpets we have are about 10 years old and they have never looked as good. There was some bad spill spots that Ryan was able to make look like new. There was one really bad stain that he was able to minimize but he couldnt make go away completely. Not for lack of trying though, he really gave it some elbow grease!I am embarrassed to say i didnt know out tile (especially the grout) were that bad. Holy Bolognese the tile looks amazing now.Very happy.

I can’t say enough about this fantastic company. Ryan and his crew came today and quickly helped me assess the many pieces I needed cleaned before our upcoming move. They were quick and got out many heavy traffic stains on Upholstry pieces as well as several carpets/rugs. Some pieces I had given up hope on look almost brand new! The best part is they use only organic products and with 3 kids under 4 years of age this puts my mind at ease. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

We’ve known Ryan for awhile. We called him up to clean our old apartment carpet which we thought it couldnt be restored back to its normal due to the heavy traffic from the parking garage & OMG IT IS LIKE NEW AGAIN?!!! Wow!! Ryan is going to be our go to Carpet Cleaner every time because he is very professional, kind and a Family owned business. We trust him 100%!!!

They actually did a decent job, but when I pointed out the things they missed the owner became unprofessional with me and started arguing aggressively. He also asked inappropriate personal questions during the estimate that I didn’t think were necessary. I’m definitely more of a perfectionist than most, but when I paid for something to be cleaned and it looked like it wasn’t even touched we have a problem. Also, some of the grout was tore up and missing. I don’t fully blame them for this, as it is older and I imagine some could come out with aggressive scrubbing and whatnot. However, no ownership was taken on that either. I also paid double what other companies were advertising per square foot for the tile work because he said they were picky and do it right. I the end all he had to do was be a nice person and everything would have been great and I could have left a sparkling review.

Fast and good service. My roommate and I had a bunch of stains in our living room from drinks, and these guys cleaned up the carpets for all of the rooms. Our apartment was clean and smelled great afterwards.

Amazing experience. Quick and efficient and removing years of stains from our children on sofas and carpet.

The floor was not cleaned properly before the sealant was put on so dirt was sealed with the sealing of the grout. He said he would come back as many times as needed but that has not happened.
