Good drive through car wash. Easy to use vacuum. Better and newer than others in the area.

This place did a phenomenal job on my SUV. I have a kid and made the mistake of giving him a chocolate milk. He spilled it, of course. They detailed it inside and out beautifully and made my 10 year old car feel new. Thank you!

Unfortunately, Im very disappointed in the quality of service!I went a week ago ND got my car detail for $100 and when I tell ya NOTHING was cleaned correctly, I mean nothing! I literally had to go back in and scrub everything again. Very bad business and I will no longer becoming here again. I will also be leaving a review on your fb page!

The service is great at this car wash and they do a thorough job inside and out. With monsoon season here it would be great if you could bring your car back if it rains within 24 hours. The vacuum price is rather high but I love how clean my car is when they are done with it

Deserves more than a 4 but not at a 5. One of the best places Ive been to. I dont allow chemicals on the interior and usually when I tell people that it becomes an argument or they get upset. They had no problem with it and still did one of the best jobs Ive had done. Prices could be better for the basic.

Not friendly. Do not go here... First thing guy said at front was going to cost extra to get mud off and wanted to charge $35. Went down the street to Desert Auto Spa; very nice, attentive staff and only charged 5 bucks for mud wash.

I have found their service and attention to detail to be professional, especially the finishing touches after the car goes through the large wash. When I moved to Scottsdale, I tried a few car wash facilities and none did as good a job as Prestige does consistently. I usually get the $22 option, if that matters.

Hands down they do an amazing over the top job! I saw a few reviews saying they were pricey - thats BS! Their prices are way more reasonable then the Cobble Stones in the area and they are way more friendly! They are conviently located close to the Fashion Square Mall which is a plus for me. When I go to Phoenix this is going to be on my list from now on to treat myself!

They were FRIENDLY and was able to take me in last minute.Took longer than the estimated time but I did agree when I knew they had a few cars ahead of me plus I did come last minute, so, thats fine.

I pulled in ask how long it would take to do a detail on my truck. The guy told me a hour or so. He told me they will do the vents, carpet and leather seats as well as hand wax for $150 dollars. I gave my keys to him and walk to a nearby place to have a beer. When I returned to pick up the truck it looked great. As I was driving I noticed the job was not very good. The vents and dash was not completed, the floor mats were in the back of my truck unwashed. The job was good but not what I paid for.

I went to Prestige for over 7 months on a 49.95 unlimited pass. Washes are subpar, prices are high, Ive been stuck in a broken wash twice and if there is a single cloud in the sky it is closed but the staff was super friendly and worth paying extra for. After being in an accident and needed to switch my pass to another car I was informed that I was not allowed to get another unlimited pass because the OWNER thought I used the car wash too frequently hence the unlimited pass isnt unlimited. There are plenty of better car washes within a couple miles and Id like to Thank the owner for saving me money while getting better quality car washes going forward. Dont waste your time on money as Ownership cares about taking your money not providing high quality service.

If I would give this like a 4.6 I probablywould. This place was very timely and I was very impressed with the service. However I think considering how much I paid my wax/polish job could have been better. Also they closed early a few times and I really relied on them closing at 6 due to my work schedule conflicting, I had to go on my day off. I wont go anywhere else for a car wash though! First place to actually get the bugs off.

Had been going here for years. Price for a basic wash has gone up again and now it near 16/17 dollars. Then i was told that my SUV needs to be hand washed because of the roof rack and I cannot purchase the basic wash. This was due to the possibility of the wash curtains getting stuck in the rack. This was the owners new rule. There are much cheaper washes in the area that provide the same service for less.

We paid $300 for the car to be buffed and deep cleaned. The car was a mess when we picked it up. Was not vacuumed out, nothing was buffed out and the car was dirty. The manager claimed it had been sitting outside yet when we called they said they had just pulled it around. Very unhappy and will never be back. They just offered to revaccum it while we stood there. No money back nothing. Terrible customer service.

Not that Ive been here but wow everytime the owner responds he takes no responsibility and has a lot of buts. You should probably train your crew better. I will not be coming here. Off to look for another car wash! :)

No commitment to posted hours. Arrived in plenty of time 45 mins before close. They decided to close early sorry. Try other places first.

Not happy with the cleaning service. Wheels not cleaned, windshield with streaks and interior not cleaned after paying for more expensive wash with tire dressing and interior cleaned. Didn’t wipe the bugs off the front and lots of water spots because of the bad wipe down. I reported it after noticing everything and the person on duty stated the interior gets lightly dusted. I have pictures of everything not completed. Also my passenger visor was broken. I have sent two messages and the manager was supposed to call me back after I spoke to him last week. They also try to upsell on everything. You even have to pay extra for spray in the interior to make your car smell good. Terrible cleaning job and customer service.11/16 the owner sent me email today and everything is a complete lie. Shame on the owner not taking responsibility for his employees. Security camera verified per his phone conversation. Here is his statement to me:PJ is his name: “So I am not again willing to touch your car as I am afraid again you will blame us for something else that is broken on your car.”Pictures of dust all over inside, tire showing no wiping, paid for bug cleaning and bug splats everywhere. The employee just must have yanked my passenger visor when doing a terrible cleaning job on the inside of the windshield.

We wanted a basic car wash and guy told us he would have to charge us $20 extra (+$8) because he said we had driven thru the snow. We did come from CO, but had not driven thru any snow. They never charge extra In CO when you do. We had to back out of the car wash - no other way to get out. What a scam!We went down the street and got a fine wash for $5!!

Talk about up selll!! Grabbed my credit card without even telling me the price. Tried to charge $200 for a detail. Seemed annoyed when I asked for something cheaper and snapped at me that he was giving me a discount at $200. The staff is incredibly unfriendly. There was a young woman there working the register and she was the only nice person in the place. Save your money!

Excellent Car Wash! The owner is a great person and really cares about his employees and his customers!

WARNING. DO NOT GO HERE! This place broke my mirror by folding it in too far after taking my car. At first the owner denied responsibility, but after reviewing the video he offered to replace it using aftermarket parts with no promise of when it would be done. The owners office is stacked with mirrors that others got tired of waiting for. The Toyota dealer fixed it the next day for $500, but the owner of Prestige only offered to reimburse me $100. I will be taking him to court.Response to Owner- The owner was not present when this occurred. The manager onsite unlocked the office and showed me the mirrors and said this happens a lot. He also mentioned that he was quitting if the owner didnt do the right thing. He called the owner who was rude and wouldnt give his name or insurance company. In fact, when pressed, he said his name was Donald Trump. I found out later that his name is Praveen Jain. I did try to use the BBB and it was not resolved. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY TAKE YOUR CAR AND CLAIM NO RESPONSIBILITY IF SOMETHING HAPPENS.

Good service. Takes about 40 minutes to do a wash and detail. They are very thorough.

I spent 40 dollars on my wash and still had bug splatters on my windshield and front grill. Unacceptable

Their services was a bit lower than my standard. Although my car looks clean but when thoroughly examine their cleaning wasnt enough, dirt still lodged in the corners.

Gentle wash and really nice employees. I have the monthly $29.99 membership and it saves me a lot of money.

This is the only car wash left that hasnt disappointed me. Every time I need full detail work I come back here since I live in Queen Creek, if Im in the area Ill get a regular service too.

Awesome job cleaning my car after camping trip

When it says unlimited car wash it means unlimited. My car was so dirty i had to run it twice was told you can run it once. Sometimes I come in for a wash and there is a problem with the washing machine.

Take your $22 elsewhere. They don’t even vacuum the seats. Smudges and water stains all over my back window. Even the small amount they did wipe down inside was a crappy job. 1st time I went and never again
