Purchased the supreme $25 full service car wash which was supposed to included air freshener, tire dressing, wheel cleaner, and the lower tier wash add ons. As per the photos, they failed to vacuum under the seats, no air freshener, no tire dressing, and rims are still dirty. Couldn’t even wipe down the glove box. Needless to say they failed to provide the bare minimum of their basic wash. I have taken my car many times for oil changes here and decided to get one of their higher end full service car washes a try but I won’t be coming back after this.

After three hours of waiting, when I was told an hour and a half, I picked up my car to find it barely vacuumed, everything was covered in grease as if they didn’t wipe any of the cleaners they used, didn’t return my mats, and rude service. When I returned to get my mounts I reported the insufficient service and was told that they could “run it through again” I had paid 300$ for a by hand service. When calling the manager to ask for a refund or redo of service he told me no and to call the GM in the morning. 300$ for a barely cleaned car. SO over this place

Went and purchased the Ultimate package today. My car is about a month old, so its not too bad. But I do have kids and dogs so I figured it was a buy to help me keep my car nice. They pulled my car through the car wash and wiped down the dashboard and dried the car off, and that was it! So I pulled back around and got the supervisor, Treyvon. I pointed out the fact that they didnt even wiped down the dust or dirt on the doors and steering wheel. And the never vacuumed it. His response was I got you! He starts wiping down my door. Then we opened up the back door, where I pointed out all of the dog hair, dust, and dirt again. Once again he said I got you! But he had a tone as if I was bothering him or telling him how to do his job. So I told him that we would go sit down and let him do his thing. He pulls up two minutes later and says Is this to your liking? It was still not vacuumed! The car was exactly how it was when I pointed it out to him! Having somewhere to be, I just said Its fine! And got in the car and left. I will be going back to speak with a manager tomorrow, but he is definitely not someone who is supervisor material. $40 and I have to clean it myself anyway. I could have paid $7 at Costco for what I got today. Hopefully there is a better location near me or else Im requesting a refund.

This business violates the Americans with disabilities act. They have a sign that blocks wheelchair access, it also blocks disabled van access (they have a van access sign on the building)

Car wash ripped my license plate off. Taken my car through many car washes and never had this happen. I live in peoria and just happen to be in Scottsdale. Manager was combative, unapologetic and wouldnt even stop the wash to look in the track for my plate because it would stop their business. Had to drive home without my plate and they found it at night. Cane back the next day to get my plate. Plate cover is completely destroyed. Asked for a refund since I had to replace plate cover and was inconvienced. Was told the best they could do was a free wash. Once again no apology and rude.

So disappointed in the service here. Ive been coming here for a while and the quality of service continues to go down. I paid $150+ for a detail and the inside of my car looks exactly the same. The car is only 2 weeks old so the interior didnt have much to clean! You can clearly see that they didnt even bother to wipe anything down. There are cheaper places nearby where you actually get value. My recommendation is that you support business that support the community. This service was a waste of money and an hour of my time.

Requested a hand wash for a larger truck and was shocked it was $70 when I went to pay. After getting the truck back, there was still dirt on the lower half. Requested it to be re-cleaned with an emphasis on the dirty area. The re-clean consisted of “armor all” on the the steps. I let the cleaner know that was not needed and pointed out the dirty area. He said that would require a polish and wax. I then ran my fingers along the dirty areas and showed him the dirt which was never cleaned to which he responded it needed a polish.The wash also left a greasy film on the windows which I had to clean off. I felt the truck left dirtier than when it arrived. All around disappointment.

I have a 2011 Ford Mustang that I bought in February of 2021. The previous owner had put vinyl decals on it and they were peeling badly when I got it. I took the decals off myself and went here to have the rest of the adhesive removed and a paint sealant. On July 17th I had this service done, it states it should last 8-10 months and it cost me 300 dollars. I definitely regret it. Not even a month and a half later and the wax polish is coming off and it’s creating a white milky film on my car that won’t come off now. Spending 300 dollars on the service I figured it was going to be a good job but honestly it was and is a waste of my money and I should have just done it myself. I hope someone can fix how they do this job because it’s definitely not worth the cost.

This particular Cobblestone used to be the bomb. Now the service was incredibly slow and they had very few cars. Numerous employees moving slowly, fooling around with each other. For the prices they are asking now, I’ll go to Costco for a great 7.99 outside wash and clean the inside myself.

Today I called in to see if they do oil changes and asked the girl on the phone if they could fix the leak in one of my tires, to which she said YES. When I got there I drove into the oil bay and I explained to the kid working there that I needed an oil change and that I had a leak in one of my tires, not once but TWICE and the kid said they’d check it out. They did the oil change, cleaned my car. When I got my car back the TPMS was still on so I went to the discount tire shop in the same parking lot to have it checked. They found a nail in my front left tire and told me my tire pressure in it was at 30. This means that not only was I lied to MULTIPLE times in my interaction with Coblestone employees, BUT THEY DIDNT EVEN SO MUCH AS PUT AIR IN THE TIRE EITHER.The cleaning job on my car was good, but that’s not either of the reasons I even brought my car there.

I totally got ripped off. I paid $40 for their Premier wash. My dog could have done a better job. I ended up having to pay another place to actually clean it. Ill never go back here!

Anthony answered my questions about the variety of packages for car washing, vacuuming and waxing on a monthly plan. His assistance resulted in my obtaining a Ultimate wash. Katy in the convenience store assisted my in confirming I could change my plan for February to a different system in March using the web site and her assistance. Staff members are professional, friendly, attentive when I wanted some personal touches when staff were working on the interior. The staff members work quickly making wait times very reasonable when popping in on any day to get the service.Thank you for your service. Leslie

I was around the area waiting for my husband while he was in an appointment and decided to take my small Ford Focus in for an overdue cleaning and let me tell you, they made it seem like I didn’t have a 10 month old baby and a 4 year old kid that like to get messy. So I thank you! I felt like I could breathe again, even if it was just for a moment. Also thank you to Shawn for making sure when I left there, I was a very satisfied customer. This location is normally out of my way, but it might be just worth the trip if it means getting this customer service every time!

I have been to this place many times. The latest visit was really disappointing. As usual, I ordered supreme service. I am so lucky to see extra $2 charge on the bill just because my SUV has 3rd row which I never used. The quality of service was also not as good as before. Even the windshield was not cleaned properly. I have to re-clean it myself back to home.

AWFUL customer service. Rude and snotty employees unwilling to help and do a terrible job on your car. my five-year-old could have done a better job. Biggest waste of money I’ve spent in a long time. Take your money somewhere else.

After speaking with the manager today he informed me that they are making improvements as we speak to their car wash. I will give it another go as see if things have improved. I went there for an oil fill, and everyone was quite nice ! The price was a little iffy but it isnt too bad ! The only reason Im only giving this place three stars is because the person who changed my oil said there was a really bad leak .. but when I checked it myself, it was literally just a drip. Good place to go, but always check your oil stuff yourself, or at least get a second opinion.

Nick Abu-Taha, the car wash manager is the best in the business. The package included clay bar, which made the paint fell smooth as glass, then hand wax, and total detail. I even had them detail the engine compartment . My 14 year old Tacoma looks like it just came out of the show room. What a great team. Thanks Nick

Ive been coming here for a few years. I get the exterior Polish & Protect every year, so that the Arizona sun doesnt destroy my paint. This year I saw a coupon $219 for Full detail interior & exterior so I went for it. What can I say, the car looks brand new. They buffed out some of the scratches and put the polish on and it feels like silk when you touch the car. The interior, well Ive never seen it so clean. Even the vents were cleaned. Every inch looks absolutely show-room brand new. Not bad for a 2013 vehicle that has been doing double-duty as a work truck and baby-mobile... I highly recommend these guys.

I went to get my car wash here. Paid for the deluxe, the turn in is extremely narrow, you will scrap your tires. I waited for 10 minutes and several employees past me before anyone helped me load my car. One employee seemed annoyed they even had a customer. The wash job was terrible. I took my car to the Road Runner afterward. I will never go back to Cobblestone. This is the second time I went there for lousy customer service.

Pay no attention to the companies response. Its just to make them look like a caring honest business. I did contact them as directed below. The same manager, Cobb is his last name, responded and did absolutely NOTHING to fix the issue. Buyer beware, folks. THESE ESTABLISHMENT IS DISHONEST TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE. I went in here with a prepaid gift card. I told the check in guy I wanted the car detailed. I left the place and when I looked at the receipt later I found they added every upcharge service they did. A $200 detailing turned into a $475 detailing. The service manager NEVER explained what they were going to do. I feel completely ripped off to the max. The detail job is average at best and worth $200. Id go somewhere more honest if I was you. Talked to the manager after and he was nice but could not care less. AVOID THIS PLACE AND FIND an HONEST DETAILER.

The experience was awesome. I was in and out of there quickly and the level of care provided to my auto and the level of customer service (oil change and wash) was outstanding. This is why Ive had every car Ive owned taken to this location for servicing. Thank you.

From the very start this was an awful experience starting with the rude attendant that actually cursed at me for not wanting an express wash. I took it up with the incompetent manager and it was no better. I’ve honestly never had such a horrible experience with a business that serves the public. Other locations are far better but this one was the worst. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Went to visit on Friday 4/30 at around 3pm. Waited about 45 mins for my wash. When car was ready noticed it wasn’t clean. Water marks left on rear window along with dirt from brief rain we had here. Glass wasn’t cleaned on the inside. We get the wash package for$49 a month. This was by far the worst the car ever looked coming from here. I told the attendant that stated my car was ready. When I told him this he stated I had to get back in line again because the detailers already went and started working on other vehicles. This is unacceptable. Why should it get back in line again? I’m going to take pictures of vehicle to show you.

Bought a low mileage mechanically sound 2004 KIA Sedona to give to a friend of almost 60 years who needed a reliable car for errands, church and to visit nearby grandkids. Car was solid but needed attention to detail inside and out and I wanted it to look and smell as fresh and clean as possible for my old friend. Pulled into Cobblestone based on the many accolades my son has heard from gearhead friends of his. My son and I discussed our needs with Service Adviser COLLIN MAAKESTAD who presented a number of cost effective alternatives. When I mentioned that I was giving the car to a friend in need, he threw in some extra services, no charge, just because he felt Cobblestone would want to give something as well! Totally unexpected and very generous on Collin/Cobblestone’s part. I am new to Arizona and I have a 2003 Mercury Marauder that is arriving next week and needs some detail TLC and you can be sure I will be contacting Collin to arrange the service! My son and I have two other vehicles and Collin has made us loyal customers on our first visit. When the Sedona was all done, Collin personally introduced me to the Senior Detail Manager to make sure everything looked right. The end result was their hard work and attention to detail more than met my expectations. The light tan upholstery and carpets came out far better than I had hoped for, the vinyl parts of the interior were immaculate and gleaming and the outside was sparkling white. True professionals who take pride in over delivering.

Update: so i got a new Truck and i was really disappointed when i found out shane wasnt there anymore, but i have had great service ever since Shawn is awesome i got a fast pass for my truck and everytime i come in Shawn always makes sure to go check it over before they call my name. Recently did Diamond plate and couldnt be happier bird poop and most stuff just slides right off. It seems a little pricey but it well worth it thanks Shawn, Nick, and Anthony.Ok just had the best experience ever. I bought a Challenger Hellcat saturday and there was a small disaster to the paint today i took it right this location and spoke with a service advisor named Santos who hooked me up with the car wash manager Shane who was able to sand it out and make it look like new again. I then got a fill up and a supreme wash. This is the nicest car i will ever own and they were awesome all the way through i will bring my car here exclusively from now on. If an owner see this take car of these two they are winning you customers. After going to the one on bell and the 51 i thought Id never go to a Cobblestone again.

I brought my brand new car in that was a week old because I got deodorant on my cloth seat. I was worried it wouldn’t come out. Brought it in on a recommendation and they assured me that this was easy and it absolutely would come out. Shawn the GM showed me the results and asked if I was happy. I was beyond happy. The service guy was super helpful as well and recommended just the spot clean. I was very happy when I left and will definitely go back.

The people here are very nice but Ive been twice and both times what I paid for did not get done. Be sure to check out the finished product. Ive had to show them that they missed things (what looked pretty obvious to me) both times.

Just went there today and paid for “the works”. Windshield was still dirty (they were too lazy to lift the wipers to wipe below them) no bug removal and inside was not even wiped down, cup holders still dusty, with a small spill. Supervisor stated “wiping cup holders are not part of the service”. Any damp rag with one once over would have cleaned it. Seats were not vacuumed, mats were not moved to vacuum carpet. Will never go back.

I brought my car in for detailing here and they did a great job! The car is a 2007 and had some decent scratches and they managed to remove almost all of them! This is after I took it to a body shop and they quoted me 6k to clean it up. They were talking about replacing bumpers and panels and repainting and blah, blah, blah. These guys did it for under 400! Great value and their main guy Sean was a life saver!

Im writing my first review to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received at the Scottsdale, North Pima location at the 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright.Joseph sold me a $16 Fast Pass, which I got for my nephews car. He tried to up-sell a higher package, which is his job, and was very respectful when I declined... great sales skills. I will definitely come back and spend some money when I need a detail, and Ill come back to this location because of Joseph.Thanks for making my life a little bit better, every time I run through for an express wash. If I could give six stars, I would.

I took my car in for a detailing last week because I was in need after the latest storms that have come through the valley and was very happy with the work. It was super easy to work with Shawn and could see that he really attended to the few things that I pointed out to him with his team. I think he is the GM there, but the whole team was quick, thorough, and attentive like Shawn. I would take my car there again in heartbeat.

These guys did AWESOME! There were quite a few people there, but I had an oil change and detailed cleaning (which i didnt expect!) in less than an hour. They did a great thorough job. And for $64.. which for my car (hybrid) is an amazing deal! I live 2 hours away, but this just happens to be our drop off spot for my stepson with his mom, so it was very convenient. THANK YOU! I will be back.

Very poor customer service. Managers treated me with great disrespect -- like I was not important and not even human. It was so bad that the workers were looking at me with sadness -- wanting to step in to stop the psychological abuse but unable to do so (for obvious reasons). I am not going back for sure.

I went here to get my car washed on 06/27/2020 i specifically requested that they don’t clean the interior of my car and just give the outside some good love. Upon watching them dry my car and clean my windows I realized they began cleaning the interior of my car so I went over and requested that the person doing so stop. After leaving on 06/27/2020 I realized that a precious item of mine was missing from the door, it’s a set of earrings I have had for many years that I keep on a bracelet chain. I called cobblestone and spoke with their GM that very day and he assured me that he would call me right back after looking in the “catch” for the heavier items since they are filtered out. Fast forward to today 07/01 and I still haven’t heard from them so I give them all call the first call I am placed on hold, the GM upon answering doesn’t even give me time to respond to him before disconnecting the call. I call back and he informs me that the morning AFTER they checked this “Catch” and did not find them. Which leaves me with the questions of why I was not called to be informed they were not found, why the staff ignored my requests to not have the interior of my car cleaned, and why I paid $72 for something an automatic wash could have done better.

I was here last week to get my car washed. I pointed out the two areas that I wanted them to pay more attention to. I was assured that it would be done. When the car was ready, nether area looked to have been touched. There was a little build-up on the rear bumper that looked marginally better than when I brought it in. And when I asked the person to wipe it off, it looked like I was inconveniencing him to do his job. He stated that it would take a lot to clean it. He sprayed it and lightly wipe it clean. Basically he did not try in the first place. There was also some tar on my driver side front fender and door. Again, if he had tried, it would have come off with little effort. Plus the interior was only about 75% cleaned. There was still dust on my dash and I could tell that the door was not wiped down. I am so disappointed with this place that I will never go back. By far the worst experience Ive had ever at a car wash. I do not recommend this place.

Cobblestone is really hitting the mark on quality compared to other “full service” car washes in the valley. The management team here is second to none! Thank you Shawn, Nick & Shane for the stellar customer service.

I got my car detailed here not too long ago. The wax they are using makes my black car look glassy. So clear and words dont do it justice. Took less time than Shawn said I would have to wait. Shawn listened to what my desired outcomes were and then talked about how to attack those issues. No pressure, no upsell. Left very satisfied.

Spent $40 this morning on what turned out to be a very low quality car wash. I expected much more and am highly disappointed. I am glad I didnt pay for the $260 detailing package they immediately tried to sell me. Interior rear carpets werent even vacuumed. Soap was not rinsed out of bed of truck. Overall the exterior wash resembled what I could have accomplished with a hose and bucket of suds.will not give my business again.

I bought the Express Unlimited Plan and the plan description included wheel and tire cleaning. Well, I was expecting something like Weiss Guys Express, were they physically wipe down car, the wheels and dress the tires. With Cobblestone...its just a drive through car wash, nothing is wiped down or cleaned. I would have bought a full unlimited package but I did not want someone in my car and I did not want to hanging outside of my car.

This is the ONLY place I go for my oil change and car wash. They are always very friendly, clean, organized and quick. Thanks guys!

I was signed up for their monthly membership without knowing or consent. Service writer casually asked if i wanted my credit card on file without explaining I would be charged monthly. I continued taking in my receipt with my PRE-PAID car wash vouchers that the cashiers gladly took even though I had this membership I was being charged for. When I realized this after looking at statements, I canceled on their website as instructed. 2 months later and Im still being charged and having to dispute it with my credit card company. Shady predatory business practices.

Mediocre interior detail and exterior wash for $166, 2017 lexus IS300. not worth the price for the quality of work.

I just wanna say this will be the place I bring any car of mine for a detailing. Long story short I had horrible mineral deposits on the front end of my Camaro from going out of town for a couple weeks and sprinklers were just killing my car. I brought my car in and Nick, Shane(the manager), and Anthony all pitched in to get my car back to me with the mineral deposits gone. I came back the next day and my car looks better than I could even imagine they even went the extra mile and got a big mark off of the side of my car that I didn’t even ask about. These guys are LEGIT.

This is one excellent place to go to, to get the car all cleaned up. The people there are fantastic. Plus, being a Veteran, I love the respect they give to Veterans, and the specials they give Veterans on our patriotic holidays

I just took my BMW to this place to get a good car wash. After I gave them my car it was returned to me with a broken back window. The manager gave me every excuse as to why it was not his responsibility. I now have a broken window in this heat. I will advise every one I know to not use thare services.

I had a paint spill on the back floor of my car and went to Cobblestone for extraction. In the process, the leather seats were damaged in my brand new vehicle. The carpet became an almost non issue because it is more easily repaired. I didnt hold out a lot of hope that Cobblestone would follow through and accept responsibility for the damage and make it right, Nor did anyone else for that matter, but ... they did! If took some time to find the right guy to make it happen. (he is from Leather Medic.) I can still see the damage, but no one else probably can. The color match was excellent and Shane paid for the repair on the spot. I appreciate that through the entire process they took responsibility from the start and never gave me a runaround or worse, excuses. That folks, is how its done! Thank you so much for working with me, we all had a learning experience that we will keep with us for the future. TARPS!

Just wanted to take the time to appreciate one of your employees, Lorenzo. Genuine soul and impactful human being and thats the goal which he has met on all levels. He genuinely cares and connects with every individual, always with as steadfast heart and smile on his sleeve and face. Even through My mothers battle with leukemia, he always made sure I was good, that it wasnt more than what I could handle. He stands out from the rest, true human being with decency and an authentic heart. I hope you realize just how much of an asset he is.

I had a very good experience at Cobblestone. When I first got there, some glitch in the paperwork, but Shane got it handled quickly. I dropped the car with Santos. Service with a smile. Both guys showed great customer service. I also dealt some with Sean and Gordon. I write reviews when they are good and bad. And this was a very good experience. Friendly and efficient.

The washers are always friendly and I enjoy coming to the location because they do a terrific job. If something needs to be redone they help right away. Your sales reps are cool too, always hook me up and earn my business again and again.

Was given cards signed by an existing Cobblestone attendant for free washes to motivate me to purchase an auto detail. I own and over the course of last year on multiple occasions have washed 5 different cars at this location so would consider myself to be a really good customer. Yesterday the 3 unused cards were taken from me by Sean (new manager) and I was told they were no longer good and could not be used. Apparently, attendants who have since been terminated used cards as incentives to sell auto detail. While I understand the challenge and cost to Cobblestone I made the decision to purchase detailing base on addl free washes. In other words it is not my problem Cobblestone is have issue with previous employee. This situation should have been handled differently and Cobblestone should have honored cards!

You guys do a super job. Im very impressed with the attention to detail. I notice that every employee involved in the process takes their time in getting my car clean and looking just right before you give it back to me. Thank you!

I went there for a Oil Change and got full service with a car wash, from the time I enter the garage for oil change to sitting in the waiting area, the atmosphere from oil change tech to the cashier and even when they was finished washing my car everyone was so helpful and friendly, I will be back!

We were at Cobblestone today and paid for a diamond+ car was. When it was done, it looked somewhat clean but there were spots all over the car, hood, roof and trunk. Whats worse is that they didnt vacuum under the floor mats in the front and on the sides of the seats. Who does that? Seriously!. You pay $45.00 to get your car clean. You expect it to be cleaned. They gave us a free Supreme cleaning for next time. Thats not the point. We are at home now. Me with the Windex and hubby with the vacuum cleaner. Thanks for a lovely Sunday Cobblestone. I will make sure to visit it you again. WHEN HELL FREEZES OVER!

Two hours to do a basic oil change on a thursday afternoon. no warning about running dreadfully slow.

This place damaged my friends vehicle and is currently driving with a window down in this heat and management took ZERO responsibility. If you have a nice vehicle STEER CLEAR!!!!!! I certainly wouldnt trust them with mine.

I love this place great customer service katy shes the best super energetic girl big smile we need more people like her she gave free balloons to my kids they were super happy, Ive been in other cobblestone location and theyre are not nice like this one my car was amazing I have 3 kid now u can imagine how dirty it was love it... thank you for a great service u guys made my day...

I got my car detailed on the inside and outside. They did an amazing job! My seats were shampooed and the inside was spotless. Shawn provided awesome customer service and made the experience incredible. Shawn made sure My car was taken care of. I will definitely be back! Thank you Shawn!

The guy who is really impressive and I think is the car wash manager, is a man by the name of Nick. He doesnt hesitate in the slightest to do something that you asked and he genuinely seems to enjoy interacting with the customer. Please give him some Kudos because this guy is very impressive. I am a psychotherapist and specialize in addiction and I have to have certain insights and this guy is really, really good.

There are many places to get your car washed and detailed in Scottsdale so the competition is pretty steep. I picked Cobblestone above Jacksons which a friend recommended. I did not check Google or Yelp first before coming here. As you can imagine I was a little nervous since it was the first time I had my beautiful Lexus detailed. Nick came out to meet me. I was in luck because there was a big sale and the price went down a little from there. (I always appreciate knowing there is one price for everyone which is why I gave C 4 stars.) But OK I put my faith in Nick. He said it would take 2 hours. Just like he said it was ready in 2 hours. It looked fantastic almost like the first day when I drove it home on cloud nine. I want to thank Nick for a great job and I will bring it back again! Next time Ill call attention to a few areas of crumbs on the floor and dash. Overall I was very pleased!!

I travel the entire valley everyday. I have used the majority of the Cobblestone Full Service Washes on my monthly Fast Pass. All of the stores are good but the Cobblestone in Hayden and Frank Lloyd Wright off the 101 is the best. Why because Nick, Colon and Joseph do a fantastic job. They always offer exemplary customer service. These 3 gentlemen need to be recognized by Cobblestone and other customers for going above and beyond the job requirements. I give them above 5 stars! I’m sorry I left out Mike and Lorenzo on the finishing and drying end

Pretty good. Allow me to preface this with, I am neurotic about my car. I detail it all the time and recently have been driving across the country. I typically only use no-touch car washes. This wash didnt appear to leave any noticeable scratches. Unfortunately, it is attached to a gas station and trying to get a spot to dry the car off is rather limited.

This was my first time coming to cobblestone and I must say I am pleasantly surprised! Most of the time there are two or three things wrong with my car when I take it to “the other guys” but coming here I left with everything looking great! I’m so excited I found a new wash and what makes it even better my new car wash guy Joseph was amazing! He told me about all the special offers and quick passes and was so polite I can’t wait to come back! Cobblestone on Pima gets two big thumbs up. I’ll be telling all my friends about this location and my awesome car wash guy!
