They approached us while we were getting gas. We got a free car wash and oh my God they were so excited and happy. I loved it. Great wash too, and our car was just filthy. I would visit again

I showed up for a much needed car wash at 07:30 before showing real estate today (Sunday) I had checked their web site before traveling to the site for hours of operation which stated 07:00 am opening. I was told that the car wash does not open until 09:00. This false information cost me and I will avoid using Clean Freak from now on.

Your screen to pay for your car washes is a PITA...I usually try to go somewhere else

Our car had a light film of dust from sitting in the garage for a month. We got the 2nd best wash Clean Freak offered, the car ended up covered in water spots and giant oil streak down the bottom of each side. So the car looked worse when it came out of the wash compared to when it went in. We ended up taking it to another place and paid again to have it washed.

Good wash that manages to get all the dirt off the paint, but after getting home I see now the door has been perminantly stained by their chemicals. I paid for the $6 basic wash.Never again clean freak.

I signed up for unlimited monthly washes and got a hand wax for an unbelievable price. My truck was really dirty but looks great now! Great attention to detail

This car wash on Via De Ventura is awful. My car came out of the wash half dried. I asked the attendant for a towel to dry the rest of my car and they had the audacity to try and charge me for the towel... I refused and they gave me the towel for free after I had to beg. NOT only was that annoying - but a rock or something was in the wash and it scratched up the hood of my car very badly. It cost $608 to repaint my hood because of it. NEVER GO HEREEEEEEEEEE. WISH I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS

I love this place $20 a month unlimited car washes and they scrubs the wheels and shine tires

The dryers at this location arent that great and theres no air pressure hose to get the crevices.

Bent my light bar on my Jeep and was told that they didn’t see any damage so the most I could do was fill out an incident report. Also they don’t do rain checks so watch the weather. Overall bad experience. Better place with much better customer service all over the valley.

Car wash is ok... But this gas staion is amazing!!!! Its on the reservation so cheap cigarettes, A great little kitchen inside and some of the most (genuinely) friendliest staff Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!! Emo chick is super awsome and genuinely seems to care about people!!! 10 stars, easy acsses off the 101. Swing by its worth it! I drive 30 miles for my cigerts to save $20+ and to come say hi!

Bring a towel to dry your car after. Ive had 3 vehicles while using this car wash, and none of them dry properly. The wash itself is great though, and very convenient.

The drive thru machine is so good there is very little touchup drying after. The self clean vacuum stalls are awesome and free. Makes cleanup quick and efficient. So worth the price.

Took my car on 07/15 for a wash and the machine caught my wiper arms and ripped both of them off a new sports car and damaged the wiper motor. Its an accident. It happens. Filled out an incident report and was told that the manager would contact me within 48 hours and they would pay for the repairs. Five days later and still no call or response from them. Took the car to the Audi dealership and had to have the mechanism taken apart and replaced. Had no wipers with the rain and monsoons. Terrible customer service. Non-exsistent. Do not take a nice car thru this car wash. Turned out to be the most expense wash ever.

Great place really friendly people constantly smiling and excellent groupon got me a 26$ wash and wax valued at 52$. 25 Mile drive but so worth it.

They do an excellent job of handwashing and detailing vehicles.

Usually results in a clean vehicle but not all equipment always working and there is room for improvement

Its convenient and close, but as far as the unlimited wash deal goes, Im not impressed. Always a long long line and I have a fast pass??? Half The time the detector that scans my barcode doesnt work, and they cant seem to check people out quickly. The machine often breaks down and it doesnt wash well at all. The vacuums are often clogged and dont work effeciently. I only stay there for the conveniece factor.
