Its a bit easier to use CC to get your receipt from the machine witb the tap feature. It was very difficult to reach up to insert the card. You had to get out of the car unless you were in a high one. Its still the best car wash for what you pay. I have used it hundreds of times, even with EV and only once had a minor mishap where the wheel slipped out of the roller.

It is a car wash. It is busy. Gets your car clean. Fairly straightforward.

Cheap and convenient when shopping or getting gas at Costco. You can purchase a wash from the gas pumps or from the kiosk as you drive up. Weekends can draw quite a crowd, but staff gets everyone through as quickly as the wash can handle. Just know theres no escape once youre in line, so plan accordingly (bathroom break, snacks, puzzle).

Very nice finish product, if they could just keep the line from being so long, I would say this is the perfect place to get your car washed. But, I would say when its a 25 minute or more wait, you might want to look at an alternative.

Its the only place I will take my car to be washed it always comes out nice and clean the staff who takes the tickets very nice very helpful

Gets the job done—at least sorta. Typically takes two run throughs at this location to get the most desirable clean. The carwash seems to get the drivers side clean, but will miss spots on the passenger side. Almost reliably so. But, if youre on this side of town and the carwash line isnt stretching all the way to the 101, its a good choice.

Its a basic wash. no hand dry. does the trick at a good price, currently $7.99. no ups no extras

This Costco car wash scratched my boyfriends car paint. We literally just got it washed and I guess they dont change out their cleaning scrubbers often.

Listen Costco doesnt have these everywhere so when you come across one you have to stop. No levels of payment, one price you get it all, what else would you expect from Costco?!Theres no recipe for success here folks, they clean your car. You pull up, insert your membership card, insert payment, drive forward into the car wash ... you know ... just like every other car wash that isnt self service.Difference? Price. You get a top notch cleaning for the price of a basic wash.Imagine Costco giving you more for less, whod have thought?! Lol.

Went there this morning and it seems like they used less soap than normal. I don’t remember it being so little. Also the mask thing was kind of lame considering he was more than 6 feet away and told me to tear my own ticket. I’ll try again next week maybe the soap thing was a fluke.

Convenient and quick. Does not clean the back of the vehicle well.

Employees that guide you through are very nice and helpful. Overall its a good value. The one thing I would ask is they increase the amount of blowers at the end that dry the vehicle. I always end up with water streaks other than that the truck is clean and shiny.

Unfortunately, not all Costco locations have a car wash. But, when one is available — definitely give it a try.The wash is very thorough for an automated, sit-in-the-car car wash. The powerful air dryers do an excellent job of water removal.Like everything Costco offers, satisfaction is guaranteed. Plus, the price is right!

Does a pretty good job.... I was going to give it 4 stars because it does a good job on the side of your car, but the front and back ends do not get that clean, i had to manually clean both after the wash. For $7.99 & from Costco, I would expect more.

Drive through car wash but be prepared for a line and bring a microfiber towel

Love Costco car wash! Best value. All my vehicles gat squeaky clean except for the F-250. Does not even come close to cleaning the nerf bars! Literally were still covered with mud! Body was clean though.

We really like the ease and low cost of $7.99, for a car wash, especially one that really works. I like how my tires get so clean! I also like the undercarriage clean look and rust proof spray. The shine is good too, especially since my FJ is black.

I have been many times before with a Honda Accord; it never gets dry, doesn’t get totally clean, but an ok job for an ok price and it’s fast. This time I took my 2017 GMC Yukon through this car wash. The Costco car wash scratched my car up so badly- thousands of tiny horizontal scratches all over both the sides of my car where it is the widest. I noticed it when I got home to unload. I felt like I had been in a car accident. It looks so horrible. I drove straight back and filled out a report. A woman called me a few days later and told me since the wash manager said that nothing was amiss with the machine, and no one else out of 600 cars that day complained- that there was nothing they could do about it. I have been a Costco customer for over 20’years, earn over $1200 annually in Costco cash back and have never in my life been involved with something so horrible as this happening to an automobile with no recourse. If you have a large or wide car and don’t want it all scratched up, save yourself the frustration and unjustness and do yourself a favor and skip this car wash.
