A little secluded to access (go through the Agua Caliente arch then turn left) but all in all a good experience. The tap to pay didn’t seem to work, so I had to use my physical card. Car well cleaned.

First time to a drive through car wash. Staff member directing my wheels into the car wash track was impatient.. I didn’t know how it works, and didn’t know how to pull my car in correctly. He became irritated, and even yelled at me when I asked him where to aim my front wheel. He gets paid at least a 15$ minimum wage to direct cars into a self serving car wash/press a button. I thought he could have been nice about it.

Matt took care of us and my truck looked amazing. Money well spent and extra touch by Matt. Live in Gold Canyon and this was worth the drive.

Let me first of say. I was a regional manager for a very large chain of car washes for 20plus years. This organization is very Poor. All of their car wash locations are quickly run down due to lack of management/ Supervision. When you are lucky enough to see an employee. They typically look stoned out of their mind. Im in the process of canceling my membership this month.. GET IT TOGETHER CLEAN FREAK OR YOUR NOT GONNA LAST..

Only change I would make is to add towels to dry the vehicle with. Vacuumes SUPER powerful

Great car wash! The staff is always very friendly.

Looks like a car wash, and thats about as good as it got. Paid for the second most expensive car was, and my car somehow came out dirtier than it was. Pushes your car too quickly through to do any real cleaning. Left hard water and dirt marks all over the car. Didnt clean the tires, left soap and water all over the rear over the car, driers didnt dry the car well at all. Feel free to swing by and vacuum your car and grab a soda. But youll have a better chance of cleaning your car by drinving by a broken sprinkler than running it through this wash.

Its not a very good car wash. You have to wash your own bumper to get it clean, they dont do it. Its not worth the money at all. If you have a hatchback it doesnt wash it properly and a lot of soap stays on the rear of the vehicle. The dryers barely get the water off.

Its an automatic car wash, you get what you get.They do keep it clean and tidy.

I love that I can visit as many times as I want for $22 a month! Their blowers dont always dry the windshield on every visit so have to do a little extra work mysel.

Always have a great experience here compared to any other clean freak in az. Does an alright job, but it doesnt remove stick on bugs and rims dont come out clean what do ever. There are better washes out there for less money. Do your homework and youll find them as well.

So easy! I have the subscription & wash my car 1 or 2 times a week. The vacuums work very well, as does the sprayer to get in nooks & crannies.

Decent enough car wash, but the dryers dont do a good job of removing water at the end of the wash. Kind of defeats the purpose ifninhabe to get out and towel dry my car.

They keep stealing money from my bank account after they cancelled my membership this company is still taking 30 dollars out of my bank account and I never once agreed to pay 30 bucks a month for there service I literally paid for a single car wash during a promotion and for about 6 months they been stealing money in fact one month they charged my account twice in less then ten days this company is a con and thiefs and I even tried to talk to one of the sister branches about the name they use to pull the money out and they never heard of true blue car wash on shea blvd.

First time . Got the $11 wash. Not as spotless as Costco, I thought..but the free do it youself vacuum was nice.Also, the beggar wandering around asking for money..and a cigarette.. was a surprise. I thought he worked there for a minute!

Employees are friendly however the machine barely dries the car and then they charge for a towel to wipe your sopping wet car down. Plus the vacuums are too short to reach the trunk... Go elsewhere.

Always helpful associates. Exceptionally clean vacuum areas, with good vacuum suction, air dryers, trash receptacles, and even a clean restroom. The monthly plan they offer is a tremendous value.

It was my first time going through this wash today. The attendant at the kiosk was very nice and went over the pricing, and did a good job explaining the different types of washes. The vacuums are very powerful and there were plenty of spaces there to park. Overall, it was a great wash at a great price, I’ll definitely come here again when I’m in the area.

This location had a tough time with my compact SUV and missed several spots. I bought a middle package, which included wax, but o had to do a lot of work one I was out of the tunnel to counteract the slightly spotty wax application. Nevertheless, this wash is unique in its offerings. The dash wipes are nice (and smell great), the compressed air guns and vacuums do the trick, and the tunnel itself seemed pretty sophisticated. As far as automated washes go, this one strikes a nice balance of features and price.

Very convenient and nice people, but the other day I backed up into a tiny pole supporting a shade sail by the vacuums. By the looks of it, at least a dozen people have hit it before me. Probably should wrap that thing in duct tape and pool noodles...

Edit (4/20/21): The day after updating my review, the new manager reached out to me, addressed the issue and rectified the problem. While the wait was less than ideal, I am appreciative it was taken care of.Edit (4/14/21): I love the service provided and the value here, but I am disgusted with their customer service. I have been trying for over a month, via multiple channels, to have them remove a vehicle I no longer own from my FastPass plan. I gave more than the required notice and yet not a single soul has responded to me and I am still charged for a vehicle I do not own. I am so disappointed because FastPass management used to be so easy and quick. If I didnt like the service so much, I would outright cancel, but at this rate I will never be able to!Original review: I just love this place. The unlimited wash pass is amazing and one of my favourite things to have happened to my car. I love being able to swing by after work or on the weekends, get a quick wash and a vacuum my car - all under 10 minutes.

After waiting 10 days now for someone to call me I thought it would be time for a review. On March 1st I went to the car wash and the car in front of me had her car in reverse the entire time causing her car to come off the track and hit mine in the middle of the wash cycle. I am still waiting for Edgar who is management to call me. I have stopped in there and was told he is off but they reviewed the video and do agree the other car went thru in reverse. Hope this review will spike a call to me as I am really tired of waiting. And this is only my first review about them. Poor management. I will update if they ever call me.

The car wash knocked off the BMW emblem on the back of my car. I immediately showed the manager, who then found it in the car wash. He had me fill out a damage report and said someone would call me within 48 hours. It has been 3 weeks, Ive called twice and cannot get a response.

Great carwash!! Tucked away location on Shea, but worth looking for in Scottsdale. The equipment always works and the people who work there are very accommodating. I need a little extra time at the end of the wash to shift out of neutral and they are so nice about my request. The site is always immaculate, clean and tidy -- never smells like cigar smoke which was my issue with my previous PV car wash and their equipment. The prices include a 2 for 1 wash and they offer monthly subscriptions.

You get what you pay for. Clean Freak doesnt charge a lot of money, so I didnt expect a perfect bumper-to-bumper detailing. I paid $9 and I got more than $9 worth of cleaning. I still had to dry the usual drip spots, thats what I expect. Free vacuums make it easier to do the interior myself.One nice unique feature is that their free vacuum stations also have compressed air guns so I can blow out the crevices in the car. Ive never seen this before in a semi-self-serve car wash and I love it!

When this place recently changed ownership to Clean Freak there were some unfortunate changes that happened. the price went up a few bucks, they took away the free dash wipe that they used to give and there is no longer a towel dry option from the staff. I still go there out of convenience but if another place opens close to this one, Im out.

I joined in Casa Grande but spend most of my time in Scottsdale due to work. For the price of 2 fast food meals, worth every penny.

Pricy for a self service car wash. Paid extra for the wheels package and the hubcaps were not clean. The dryer hardly dried the car and I had to dry it by hand. Did not wash the back of my SUV very well. Im only giving a 2nd star for the air dryer for drying small grooves and the grill. I will not be returning to this car wash.
