I paid for a full interior/exterior detail. I was called and told my car needed to be picked up asap because they would be closing. It was 1pm on saturday and they said they were closing due to weather conditions. When I picked up my car, the interior was soaking wet. They said I would need to leave windows cracked for the next few hours. My clothing was soaked driving home as all the seats were still fully wet. They neglected to clean several parts of the interior; my roof interior, sun visors, center console, cup holders, dash board, and large stains remained on the floors. They broke off a clip on my drivers side pull down mirror/sun visor, my windows had finger prints all over them, and some of my steering wheel buttons do not work anymore. My car now reeks of mildew, is damaged and dirty still. I do not recommend.

Quality of this car wash was terrible. I left and immediately went and purchased some spray cleaner and did it myself so I would calm down. Doors were not wiped, pretty much all they did was vacuum and wipe the dash off. And I paid almost $30 for a special wash because my car really needed it. Never. Again. I also posted on social media and told pretty much everyone I know who lives in the area to not waste their money. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is the only place I’ll get my vehicles washed. I pre pay for my washes and my details from here as it’s cheaper that way. I love that their washing drive through does not use the spinning brushes and that the only time they touch the vehicle is when they are drying it. I’ve been a customer here for 6 years now and visit almost every other weekend.

I typically don’t leave reviews but I’m not happy with the service I received today. Someone motioned for me to pull up under the canopy area so I did and got out of the car. No greeting or direction after that... went inside and sat down to wait. No one told me where to go to pay or where to go. I actually had a pre-paid booklet from my last visit (which I wish I didn’t buy now). Waited exactly an hour, which is fine since it was a Saturday. When I got my car there was still soil in my seats from transporting plants and dog hair. I don’t know what material is used to clean the center area but it’s all scratched up now. You can still see dirt too...

If you want your vehicles or trucks cleaned this is the place they hand wash your vehicles by hand no more going through car wash that us brushes it hurts your paint job. My truck was very very dirty inside and out when the crew was done it was spot less fantastic job by everyone there Ill be coming back there. Great Job 👍 👌 👍

Had to wait 6 weeks to use a Groupon deal but they did a fantastic job with the detailing.

Hubby took my car there because we have been unhappy with other places. Although it cost more, the job was GREAT!! The interior, exterior, windows were spotless. Well be back!!

They do good work. Dont wait there for it. Leave it and pick. It up 4 hrs. Later. I had a buff / wax done. They are very, very slow. !!!!! Even the people who just had a car wash were waiting 45 min. Or so. And they werent busy. Hard to go back because of time element.

I typically dont write negative reviews, but this had to be shared. I went in for a $100 rim detail and the quality of the detail was horrible. After an hour and a half it was finished, however when it was done the rims were still just as dirty as they were when I arrived. I was assured that they would get it right and that was not the case. Then the manager said they would no longer work on the car. The sales associate afterward helped clean it himself after the detailer failed to clean it. I was not offered a refund for this horrible job. The pictures that were taken afterward look like the car was not touched at all.

They always do such an amazing job! I get the VIP (so plan for a little extra time)- but it’s more than worth the wait! 🤗

First timer at the wash today. Big fan of hand washes so had to find a good one in town. Usually I wash my own car but sometimes it’s nice to get a full wash and wax at a joint like this. The guys at Arizona Auto Wash did a great job. Hand washes are hard to come by these days and most machine washes are just flat out bad for your paint. Really appreciate the time spent on my car today and will definitely return for another wash soon. Prices were reasonable too. Thanks

Fast and a clean getaway very happy

There exists no shortage of car washes a stones throw from my home. Ive been to all of them. The choice is obvious; This is the farthest and well worth the drive. I have yet to be disappointed.

Chose the VIP, they didnt vacuum and they couldnt care less.

Went here for years, but had to stop 8 months ago due to bad aervice. Came in this morning at opening. Very annoyed that my car was still dirty on the inside. Will go back to washing my own car.

I Called ahead to ask how much the detail was and explained what I was looking for specifically (mainly carpets and seats). I was given a price of 60 bucks flat with the car wash included and appreciated there was no appointment that had to be made. When I showed up I was told carpets and seats are separate and cost 60 EACH. I would not have driven 40 minutes for the price I was given the second time. Not professional and falsifying prices so that customers will show up. I do my homework before purchasing from businesses and do not appreciate being mislead.

They actually hand wash cars here and this is the only place I will continue to bring my car. The service was quick and the quality was comparable for the price. Whole wash inside and out took less than 20 minutes.

Did a terrible job on my truck. Didnt wipe down the inside and only vacuumed parts of the floor.

Car detail was good, didn’t get out most of the stains, which is fine. My problem was that I told the worker 3 times exactly what I wanted, and he added a full car wash without me knowing. I didn’t know the prices exactly, but I assumed a carpet and seat detail was around 130$ so I didn’t think twice about it. When I pick up my car, it is completely washed on the outside and I checked and sure enough 22$ wash added on that I never asked for. I know I didn’t say yes to a wash cause my friend came with me and he can confirm I did not. I did not ask for a refund at this point because they had already washed the car, and there’s nothing I could do about that. I probably should’ve checked twice, but if a customer is telling you 3 times exactly what they want, don’t add on a wash cause she is a girl. I work in the Pavilions and definitely won’t come back cause I don’t want them to overcharge me again and trick me. I can say the actual workers did a great job, and I tipped them accordingly even though I had already paid their tip money in a car wash I didn’t ask for, but the guy making the sales did not. Moral of the story: if you come here, please check your receipt before you pay.

Manny did an amazing job detailing my Jetta that had a bunch of long dog hair in it. Outside looks fantastic and tires beautifully shined up. Found a great Groupon they have running most of the time.

We rented a filthy mustang convertible from Dollar rental. The girl at Arizona Auto Wash made it look how we should have got it from the airport rental! We tipped her well for a job well done! Best place to take your car.

Waited in line for my turn, no one came and asked me if I wanted a wash, another car pulls up next to me and immediately they ask him what services he wants and let’s him go but after that the attendant literally walked right past me and didn’t say one word to me and goes to chat with his friend. So I had to reverse all the way out of the damn driveway.

My car is always clean and looks like new when I leave here. In 2 years of coming here, Ive had one time when my car wasnt cleaned well by a young guy that just wasnt into his job at all and another time when a pushy windshield chip repair guy didnt want to take no for an answer. Both times, I said something to the manager and both times my issue was addressed and fixed immediately! Management cares about this business and makes sure your taken care of!

Been coming to this car wash for years and unfortunately it will be my last visit here after the experience we had today. We came for a seats shampoo and 1 mat shampoo because of a spill that happened in the car, and got haggled into a basic car wash for 10$ on top of that. The service took 1.5 hours and we didn’t have a problem waiting.On the way back in I felt like I was verbally being harassed about my windshield insurance and how forceful they were about replacing my windshield through them (which I don’t have a SINGLE crack in my windshield) and I kept trying to walk away from this guy, and after I had stood listening politely my boyfriend for the 6th time had to tell him we weren’t interested and finally got away.Car was ready and we opened the doors and they shampoo’d one seat and the mat, and none of the other seats had been Shampooed.So the man that cleaned our seats got his manager, and he pointed to the window, clearly he just read it wrong. Guy says “it will take ten minutes let’s get it back in there” but doesn’t apologize in any nature and we now are getting an 80 dollar service done in ten minutes, so both my boyfriend and I were upset.My boyfriend even tried going in to talk to the manager and the manager just kept saying “you’re getting the service you paid for I have two guys on it.” And still no apology.My boyfriend and I both work in customer service (me in retail and him in the restaurant industry) and we 100 percent understand that mistakes may be made in the process of the customer experience, but how they ultimately treat the customer through the experience is the biggest part. I was just blown away by the lack of empathy on the company’s part through this entire situation.I was really appreciative of the waters that were given to us while we waited outside by the man at the desk because we mentally couldn’t sit inside because we were so upset.Thank you to the sweet men that cleaned our seats though!I’m no longer upset, but wanted to post so that the company was able to read about the feedback and maybe take this as a learning experience to grow their brand and the way they treat their customers.

Good car wash for the price, but it gets tiresome to constantly be up-sold on everything. Third time in a row they’ve tried to replace my completely fine windshield. (Not sure why I would get that replaced at a car wash anyway)

I brought my car in for a $150.00 Detail they said 4 hours. It took 6 hours. I had to call twice to check on my car. They couldnt even bother to call me to let me know they are behind. When I picked up my car, the inside windows were not even cleaned. I had to point this out to them. They were not even sorry.Wont go back.

Ive paid less and got more done. The guy out front tries to upsell you and then half the time doesnt give you what you asked for. They do a good job but I was definitely overcharged last time and didnt even get what I asked for.

This is a great car wash! Best bang for the buck and a job well done! I have been taking my car here for years and always been please with the service. People are nice, quality work, and easy to talk to. I will be taking my car here again in the near future, as it is too hot in our state to wash cars ourselves. I paid $42 with a $4 discount and I still had bugs on the front of my car and some Bugs on my Windshield. I expected more. Car should be flawless for $42. 2017 Tacoma Tacoma. Will never go again. In about 1 1/2 hours I can have it flawless inside and out.

Initially, I was a bit skeptical about getting my car detailed (inside and out) because it was so pricey. My car is 9 years old and has never been professionally cleaned on the inside, so although I take pretty good care of it the floors and seats were faded, dirty, and to the point where I could not clean them and make them look decent. They called me after 2 hours and my car was SPOTLESS. Like, I just got it from the car dealership. I mean, no stains, not even a speck of dirt. I was in awe!! My car has not been this clean since the day I got it. Would recommend 100%!!

I will never go back to this business!! I used to always get my car washed here and they USED to do a great job. But recently they have significantly declined in service. Now when you pull up you have to deal with a third-party windshield company who will hound you about the smallest scratch because they want to replace your windshield for the insurance money. Even after saying no thank you they wont leave you alone.Then you pay an outrageous amount of money and they didnt even move the mats in my car to vacuum under them, or clean the ENTIRE BACK AREA OF MY SUV. I just opened my back door and it doesnt even look like they opened the door!!! And Im shocked if they even tried to get my rims wet, let alone put some soap on them.I will no longer be taking my business here. Look for someplace worth the money.

I made the mistake of prepaying for a future detail. The price was great and it sounded like a good deal and I knew I was going to need it. When I called in to schedule the detail, I was told it would be at least a month before I had any chance. I went to the location to see if I could get my car detailed (didnt mention my certificate) and they of course said they could fit me in right away. What a joke!

All the men are nice but unfortunately my first visit will be my last. $60 for just cleaning seats is a bit steep and it only took maybe 20 minutes. I really don’t like the sales tactics they use. I was clear on what I wanted and he still tried to write down other services on my window. I ended up having to drive all the way back because one seat still had spots and wasn’t cleaned in the cracks. When I tried explaining where it was dirty I was interrupted and talked over. They did take care of it but I wasn’t offered an apology or any discount for having to come back. The inside waiting area is cute though.

Was not impressed. Still had mud on rocker panels from front to rear. Wax not completely taken off body of truck in many places. Wax was also on window on passenger side. Wheels were not cleaned well still had dirt on every one. But as my girlfriend said the tires looked good

I just had my car washed & they didn’t touch the inside. There are water marks all over the outside & the inside is filthy...untouched. I have been using this car wash for years but NEVER AGAIN. I am so disappointed that I paid for a car wash & they didn’t do it!!! I should have known when it was a white guy that did it! Hispanic folks have always done a great job! I will be telling everyone i k ow not to use this place!!!

Pros:- Good, quality work for a somewhat reasonable priceCons:- Lots of efforts to up sell. In other words, theyll try to offer all sorts of breaks to get you to buy a more expensive service.- Sell services without being completely open. For example, I was sold a detail deal without being informed that the detail must be scheduled. Also, I was told to give them a call and theyll get me scheduled next week. I contacted them within a week and they said it was 4-5 weeks before they could get me scheduled.Be wary and ask LOTS of questions before paying for some services.

Shouldn’t pay $38 for ViP clean and still have dirt and crumbs...you’d think more pride would be taken for quality of work.

Huge help after our son got sick in the back if our new vehicle - in a matter of minutes what had been a disaster looked like new and was completely sanitized - and very inexpensive for such efficient and effective service!

I have had nothing but good experiences at Arizona Auto Wash. When I got the $19.95 wash the service was exceptional. I couldnt clean my car better than they did. I also just had my car detailed for $149.00 and it was phenomenal! My car is black and there are no swirls from being buffed. I brought two dogs from Chicago via this vehicle and there slobber on the leather that was cleaned perfectly. The car had dog hair that I couldnt get to with my vacuum yet they got all the dog hair! I will go back to them in a heart beat and you should too.

If I could give 0 I would. I had hard water spots on my car so I inquired about a price to have them removed. Quoted me a high $350 then brought it down to $175 thinking it was some awesome deal. I said no thank you, because I wanted to do research, and they proceeded to bring the price down even more. I think I got it down to $125, but I genuinely just wanted to do research. When I said no thank you yet again, the guy said exactly this, So youre going to come to my car wash and bargain me all the way down, then say no thank you? I was baffled and almost wanted to back out, but there was a car behind me. It gets worse... The other guy standing there said, ok well do your windshield replacement too. I have one or two little dings in it from rocks. I said no thank you. He said I can guarantee a lower price than your insurance. I said no thank you. I then get attitude from this guy when he says, Well Im sure the company you use doesnt have good quality glass. I found myself in quite an uncomfortable position and I will 100% never return to this car wash and I suggest nobody does either. Save yourself some uncomfortable encounters!Had to edit review because upon exiting the car wash, I had a crack that went half way across my windshield.

Dont EVER buy their package deals. THEY LIED ABOUT WHAT THE DEAL WAS. WHEN I CAME IN THEY WANTED MORE MONEY THAN THE $160 I ALREADY WAS CHARGED. I asked for my money back but they said it was non- refundable. I wanted to talk to the owner but they wouldnt even provide his number.

I have worked at a lot of car washes in the valley, and this one is by far the best Ive ever seen, and they still do 100% hand washes and the quality of the work these guys do is mind-blowing! They take the extra steps to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of. And as far as the detail shop goes, they have the best detailers in the valley! I have never seen a car come out so clean and beautiful before in my life and if you dont believe me come on in and let them work on your vehicle and I guarantee that you will be happy with the finished product. because bottom line, thats what it comes down to, the finished product! And the owner is a great and fair guy. He will always Rectify a problem if there ever is any. This car wash has a lot of regular customers that refuse to go to any other wash because of the quality of work that this Carwash provides. I guarantee that if you bring your car here to get washed or detailed you will be happy!

I would never have my car cleaned here again. The managers are rude and dismissive if you find anything wrong with the way they cleaned your car. Instead of fixing the problem, they will argue and fight with you. Jacksons does a much better job and its cheaper as well!

Will not be returning to this place. When you steal from me thats not very cool. Lesson learned. DO NOT Initial the underline writing where it says we are not responsible for lost or stolen items, because thats BS.

Rip off! I asked the guy in the beginning to look at my car and let me know if it going to take extra work. He said NO, the $120 exterior detail will make your car look brand new. After they washed and started polishing they call me up and say Im gonna to need to pay for more polishing to get paint to shine. I said no just give me enough polishing and waxing that I paid for. After they finished, my car looked no better than it did from coming out of a $7 basic wash.

While the wash itself was ok, thier willingness to have Hawks of dishonest business stalking you when you pull up is obscene. The wash is responsible as not only do they allow it but they approve of these people. The glass repair entity is a complete bait and switch. They had me do an approval call on soot, set appointment, didnt show and when I called them, they told me it wasnt approved and would need to do another approval call. Dishonest business, occupied my schedule and the attempted to get a 2nd approval. Do not use the wash or this glass company period! !!!

I have been a loyal customer even when they have gone from five locations to just two.Went to get the car detailed today but they said the voucher expired, but for $60, they will do the detail..... When I told them I was disappointed, the said they would do me a favor and honor the voucher.Well, I will do another car wash the favor and take my business to them.Just to show you how serious I am, I destroyed my fresh Mini Car Wash booklet with 5 remaining (a $75 Value).Want to know whats really sad, One of their employees didnt get their $30 tip today nor will the 5 future employees get their $5 tip.

Too pushy with the upselling and the lobby smells musty. Its just ok. If they were as proficient with car washing as they are at upselling, I still would not have bugs on the front of my mirrors and bumper after a wash...

Stopped by for the first time. Went inside and asked if they had a paper flyer listing their services and costs. The guy behind the counter had no clue of what I was asking for, looked at me like I was some idiot. Got home went online and read the reviews----- nuff said!

The sales guys are quick to try and sell you an upgrade, but the service is anything but quick. I waited 45 minutes+ for a car wash that was overpriced.

Very pushy staff. Talked me into a discounted wax from a basic wash. Once I got home I realized not only did they not wax the roof, the didnt event fully wash it. Parked it in an area that made it difficult to see the top of the vehicle. Once I said no to another upgraded service and told them I had timelines and could not stay for extra service, they tried to sell me a new windshield and frequent wash card. Mediocre service, mediocre wash, waiting area is small and half populated with employees like an office/break room. Perhaps if they spent more time focusing on the work youve already paid for rather than upsells, they would get my business again. Will not return.

This is a real horrible group of guys while I was overseas my wife had to deal with them to try to get a refund and those guys tried to act like tough guys with a woman and two five-year-old twins a real group of jackasses that wouldnt stand up to a man. They ended up ripping us off for 600 bucks lesson learned stay away from these knuckleheads
